Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh discount terhadap minat beli di toko Aldilla. Sempel dari penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah pernah membeli di toko Aldilla dengan jumlah 60 responden. Uji validitas menggunakan nilai Outer Loading dan uji reabilitas menggunakan nilai Composite Reability dan Average Variance Extraced (AVE) lalu ada uji hipotesis berbasis aplikasi PLS. Dari ketiga hipotesis yang diajukan semuanya terdukung. Kelemahan dari penilitian ini adalah kurangnya jumlah responden yang masih terbilang sedikit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Promosi dan Harga memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di desa Keagungan Ratu kec. Tulang Bawang Tengah, Prov. Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode hasil pengumpulan data. Abstract

Sharia stock trading is a transaction of buying and selling sharia shares in the short term with the aim of getting the maximum profit. In this study, the development of sharia stock trading is shown by three sharia stock indices, such as the Sharia Stock Index (ISSI), the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), and the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70). The results of this study indicate that the development of Islamic stock trading from 2017 to 2020 can be said to be stable. This is due to the stable Islamic stock index in those years. Although in 2020 the state of the Islamic stock index had decreased due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the decline was not too significant. The decline occurred in March 2020 when Covid-19 was first announced. Despite being affected by Covid-19, the Islamic stock index was slowly able to rise again in the following months. This shows that Islamic stocks are able to recover themselves in restoring the stability of their market capitalization. Therefore, during the period 2017 to 2020, the Islamic stock index which shows the development of Islamic stock trading can be said to be stable.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the hybrid contract law in Islamic financial institutions from various perspectives. The methodology of this study is a qualitative research design with a literature review research design and using a publish or perish application to collect articles. The results show that from 2017 to 2021 several studies related to hybrid contract law have been carried out from various perspectives, including 1. Hybrid contracts based on the maqhosid al-Shari'ah perspective, 2. Hybrid contracts based on the hadith perspective, 3. Hybrid contracts based on the scholars' perspective four madzhab, 4. Hybrid contracts are based on the perspective of fiqh muamalah, and from each of these points of view convey views on the halalness of hybrid contracts.

Abstract

The research aims for a marketing strategy using the marketing mix method in dealing with competition at the Cafe District Nineteen Binjai. This study uses a qualitative approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that, the marketing mix strategy of Cafe District Nineteen Binjai through a product strategy by guaranteeing and maximizing product quality and providing the best service, the marketing mix strategy of Cafe District Nineteen Binjai through a pricing strategy. Prices are set by considering direct factors in the form of raw material costs and production costs. The Cafe District Nineteen Binjai marketing mix strategy is through the chosen place strategy, namely choosing the area around the school, and the market (Pekan 18). The place was chosen because it is close to the settlement as well as close to the center of the crowd. And also with the Grabfood application media. The marketing mix strategy for the Cafe District Nineteen Binjai is through promotional strategies, namely sales promotion, word of mouth marketing and interactive marketing through Instagram and the Grabfood application to make it easier for modern consumers to transact.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of premium on interest in becoming an insurance customer at PT. Tugu Pratama Indonesia Insurance in Medan City. The importance of this research is because there are many insurance companies that compete with each other with intense competition with the same premium amount. A total of 60 respondents is the number of samples used in analyzing data using T test, F test, validity test, reliability test and R2 test. The results of this study state that the premium amount has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming an insurance customer tested at PT. Tugu Pratama Indonesia Insurance.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a micro-scale Islamic financial institution that uses a financing scheme, in the current modern era, micro-scale Islamic financial institutions have shown significant developments from time to time. So Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil is the choice because it applies the Maal and Tamwil schemes in one activity concept.This study aims to determine the role of BMT Berkah Mandiri in the economic empowerment of members and to determine the success of BMT Berkah Mandiri in an effort to release people's dependence on non-halal/usury practices. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach.The results of this study indicate that the presence of BMT Berkah Mandiri is an alternative for people who need financing with the sharia system in order to get justice and can be freed from bad habits, namely non-halal/rib transactions.

Abstract

Occupational health safety policies in the workplace are motivated by several factors, namely work accidents that have occurred so far are mostly caused by human factors, in addition to technical/environmental factors, the demand for quality products is associated with technical barriers in the era of globalization of trade, preventing social problems arising from from the lack of application of K3 in the workplace, complying with statutory regulations. In this study, the data used were primary data, namely data obtained directly from interviews with PTPN IV Sawit Langkat Unit in Bandar Jaya Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency related to the research material, as well as secondary data, namely data obtained by researchers with the existence of intermediary, in the form of evidence, records, or historical reports, both published and unpublished. Sources of data were processed and obtained directly from PTPN IV Langkat Sawit Unit in Bandar Jaya Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency. The results of the study indicate that (1) The conditions for implementing Occupational Health and Safety (K3) policies and planning for the occurrence of work accidents at PTPN IV Sawit Langkat Unit have been carried out well with several policies in accordance with the regulations set by the company in the articles on Safety. and Occupational Health (K3) of its employees such as providing social security, providing good work equipment and carrying out activities in accordance with applicable regulations. (2) Obstacles in the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Policies and Planning for Work Accident Events at PTPN IV Sawit Langkat Unit in Banjar Jaya Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency, among others, are the lack of awareness of employees to participate in the BPJS Employment program, lack of committee support - the safety committee formed by the company in reducing the risk of work accidents, there is still a lack of understanding of employees in using work safety facilities in addition to the lack of activeness of employees in following directions related to occupational safety and health programs, there is still a lack of awareness of employees in complying with the provisions set by the company so that there are still employees who do not use safety equipment at work. (3) Efforts made in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) policies, PTPN IV Sawit Langkat Unit in Bandar Jaya Village, Padang Tualang District, Langkat Regency is to increase employee awareness to take part in the BPJS employment program, ask for the support of the committees safety measures established by the company in reducing the risk of work accidents, increasing supervision of activities carried out by employees on a regular basis, trying to instill safe habits and ways of working for all employees..

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and determine the effect of rewards on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit, To test and determine the effect of punishment on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit, To test and determine the effect of reward and punishment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit.Research Methods This thesis is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. In analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple regression data analysis with several steps of data validity test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, showed the results of the t arithmetic value of 0.268 with a significant level of 0.791. This significant level is proven to be greater than 0.05, meaning that the reward has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit, the value of t count is 0.048 with a significant level of 0.962. This significant level is proven to be greater than 0.05, meaning that the Punishment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit. In the simultaneous test (F test), it is known that F-count (2.005) F-table (3.35) and sig-p (0.000) 0.05, meaning that the Reward and Punishment variables simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit.

Abstract

An important element in improving employee performance is the role of leaders in the company so that they can manage the mindset of human resources so that they can obey and carry out every job in accordance with company expectations. Transformational leadership style is a leadership style that prioritizes the value of the leader in producing a vision, mission and environment that motivates employees to achieve beyond their expectations (Burns in Dewi, 20212). Work motivation is also one of the factors that influence employee performance improvement by providing motivation and encouragement to employees to be able to produce maximum performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant effect between transformational leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Taqwa Mulia Wisata. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling totaling 31 people. This study uses a quantitative method with a multiple linear regression approach and the analytical tool used is SPSS software, the results of the data taken show an R Square of 0.581, which can be concluded that the influence of transformational leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affects employee performance is 58 ,1%.
