Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the right means in increasing the economic progress of the community, both locally and globally. Tourism has many impacts and benefits, including in addition to generating foreign exchange and expanding employment opportunities, the tourism sector aims to preserve nature and develop local culture. One type of tourism that is developing in Indonesiais marine tourism. This study aims to determine and analyze ithe influence and magnitude of the influence of the independent variables (services, travel costs, facilities and infrastructure) on the dependent variable (Tourist Demand for Pulau Pandang Tourism Object, Batu Bara Regency) and determine the economic value of Pulau Pandang Tourism Object as a Tourism Object. The method used in this study is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to 89 respondents. data processing using SPSS version 22.0. while the type of data required is primary and secondary data. The results showed that the variables of service, travel costs, facilities and infrastructure had a significant positive effect on tourist demand to Pulau Pandang Tourism Object, Kab.Batu Bara. Andhave a positive effect simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide competency direction and understanding in determining and compiling income statements for UMKM at Muslim Panglong. This is carried out to help solve the problems faced by UMKM owners regarding their lack of understanding of accounting. Service activities are devoted to assisting in the preparation of income statements. The service program is carried out in several stages, starting with material presentation, practical simulation using the "accounting card book", and the last stage is stabilization through question and answer. Suggestions from this activity are the need for further training for the preparation of other financial statements such as cash flow statements and statements of financial position. Abstract

Pesantren institutions have now become prima donna for parents. This is the impact of the bad image of public schools in various media. The old pesantren continued the process, and new, more innovative pesantren continued to emerge. The education system and pesantren institutions are developing rapidly, supported by facilities, infrastructure, and curriculum. They are always adaptive to the needs of the times. However, financial capital remains the main obstacle to the development of pesantren and the hopes of parents. The issue of halal centers is growing internationally. This makes the pesantren continue to offer applicable ideas to achieve financial independence. Then these institutions can become promising sharia tourism centers. An observant sharia marketing plan is the key. This article uses a qualitative literature study to collect data related to the theme of the article. It can be concluded that Islamic boarding schools have the potential to develop sharia tourism and integrated halal tourism to achieve financial independence. The concept of SET and sharia-based marketing are the 2 main things that significantly support this.Keywords: Business, Islamic Boarding School, Sharia Marketing, SET, Sharia Tourism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of soundness of one of the Islamic banks in Indonesia, namely Bank BJB Syariah. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from literature studies, journals, internet and other literature related to research. The quantitative data in this study is the BJB Syariah financial report obtained from the Bank's annual report on its official website. The analytical technique used is the CAMELS, RGEC and Altman Z-Score methods. The overall results of the study show that the BJB Syariah Bank Soundness Level which was studied using the CAMELS, RGEC and Altman Z-Score methods resulted in a very healthy rating for the CAMELS assessment and healthy and fairly healthy for the RGEC assessment, as well as an unhealthy rating on the Altman Z-Score assessment. These three methods are relevant to be used to analyze the soundness of Islamic banks. The condition of a good health level at Bank BJB Syariah shows an unstable management performance in mitigating risk. It can be concluded that BJB sharia tends to go bankrupt. By continuing to prioritize prudential principles and good strategic management, the choice in the productive underprivileged segment is expected to provide resilience and improve finances for the Bank, and can provide wider benefits to the community, especially for Indonesian MSMEs that are more resilient as economic drivers nation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation or implementation of the ijarah contract in hotel room rentals at the Al-Jayri Syariah Hotel Medan.what is the mechanism for implementing the ijarah contract (lease) at the al-Jayri sharia hotel in Medan is the implementation of the ijarah contract (leasing) at the al-jayri sharia hotel in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa,The ijarah contract is a lease agreement carried out by both parties who have a contract between mu'ajir (the person who rents out) and musta'jir (the person who rents) both parties take advantage of the existence of a rental substitute. Then this study aims to determine the mechanism of the implementation of the ijarah contract and the suitability of the ijarah contract (lease) with the DSN-MUI Fatwa. The type of this research is qualitative the method used in data collection was obtained from documentation and interviews. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This type of research includes field research. The results obtained are that the implementation of the ijarah contract in the practice of renting a hotel room at the Syariah Hotel Al-Jayri Medan. carried out based on an agreement between the two parties, namely between the hotel (receptionist) and the room tenant by paying rent to the hotel according to the price agreed by both parties. And the suitability of the ijarah contract in the practice of renting hotel rooms at the Al-Jayri Syariah Hotel is in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding ijarah with the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions of ijarah.

Abstract

Based on this background, the authors formulate the objectives of this study, namely: To determine the performance of leadership in the Stabat Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia. To find out the performance of leadership and work productivity of Bank Syariah Indonesia Stabat Branch employees. To find out the obstacles in maximizing leadership and employee work productivity at the Stabat Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The method used in this study is qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. After carrying out a series of stages of the research above, it can be concluded that leadership performance in increasing employee work productivity at the Stabat Branch of Islamic Bank Indonesia, namely carried out by employee development and compensation in an Islamic economic perspective, both are overall very good. This can be seen from the development program that is applied to provide increased understanding of employees so that they have kafa'ah properties or have expertise in work, are trustworthy or can be trusted in carrying out their duties and himaatulah charity or have good work behavior and compensation that is based on agreement and willingness, have met basic needs and are given in a transparent manner in accordance with their respective positions which are said to be quite fair and proper, thereby encouraging employee enthusiasm to further increase their work productivity at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Stabat

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine how much influence the independent variable, namely Work Competence (X) has on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data includes the distribution of questionnaires and secondary data includes books, journals, theses, and others. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 22.0 which includes normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, coefficient of determination (R), and t test. The results of the study indicate that work competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests obtained a significance value of 0.013 and tcount of 2.653 (positive). Based on the provisions, if the significance value is 0.05 (0.013 0.05) and tcount ttable (2.653 1.697), then there is a significant contribution of Work Competence to Employee Performance. The positive and significant influence shows that this Work Competence variable has an influence on employee performance, so that employee performance will increase if work competence can be maintained properly.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the work environment on the work motivation of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan. The data source for this research was obtained from the answers to the questionnaire given by the research respondents, namely all employees at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan. Data analysis in this study used validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this test it is explained that compensation has a significant effect on the work motivation of employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan. This was obtained through the results of hypothesis testing, namely the t test which showed a significant value less than 0.05 or (0.00 0.05) and tcount ttable (4.563 2.10092) so that there was an effect of variable X on variable Y. The compensation given by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan affects work motivation by 51.1%, while the remaining 48.9% (100% - 51.1%) is influenced by other variables such as education, experience, work discipline, work ability, etc. There is a positive or parallel relationship between Compensation (X) and Work Motivation (Y), the better the Compensation given by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk KCP Pangkalan Brandan, work motivation is also getting better, and vice versa if the compensation given by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk Pangkalan Brandan KCP is bad, so employee performance will also decrease.

Abstract

The implementation of Good Corporate Governance is carried out by taking into account aspects of employee performance, namely conducting training to improve employee skills functionally, training employees to work together as a team. Based on the results of the above observations, it can be seen that the implementation of Good Corporate Governance has been carried out properly by the Stabat Branch of Bank Syariah Indonesia. So, to describe the implementation of Good Corporate Governance in improving employee performance, the authors are interested in proposing a research title, namely "Analysis of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Stabat Branch Period 2021-2022”. This background made the researchers formulate the purpose of this study, namely to find out the application of Good Corporate Governance in improving employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Stabat Branch for the 2021-2022 period. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and concluding or verifying data. After carrying out all the steps mentioned above, the results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive relationship from the implementation of Good Corporate Governance which will produce a good work culture so that company goals will be easier to achieve. A good work culture will be able to build a dynamic and professional work environment for BSI KCP employees. stabat
