Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction in PT. Lolc Ventura BSD branch, either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research was quantitative. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling where 105 respondents were obtained. Data analysis was performed using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicated that work environment had a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 16,179 + 0,594X1 where the correlation value obtained was 0.421. This value indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship level. The coefficient of determination found was 42.1%. In hypothesis testing, obtained t count > t table or (8.657% > 0.192%). Thus, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted which indicated a significant effect of work environment on job satisfaction. Work discipline had a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.276 + 0.616X2 and a correlation value of 0.621 which indicated that the two variables had a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination was 38.5%. In hypothesis testing, obtained tarithmetic > ttable or (8.031% > 0.192%) which indicated that H0 was rejected and H2 was accepted. These results indicated that there was a significant effect of work discipline on job satisfaction. Work environment and work discipline had a significant effect on job staisfaction with the regression equation Y = 9.154 + 0.404X1 + 0.375X2. The correlation value of 0.722 showed that the independent variable and the dependent variable had a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination obtained was 52.1%, while the remaining 47.9% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing was obtained by the calculated Fvalue > Ftable or (55,443 > 2,690) which indicated that H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect of work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction in PT. Lolc Ventura BSD branch

Abstract

The impact of the pandemic is also caused not only in the health sector but also in the economic and social fields. At the beginning of the pandemic, the Indonesian economy was surprised by the growth that fell sharply, which was -5.32% in the second quarter of 2020. The negative economic growth was caused by a decline in economic growth factors, one of which can be seen through the expenditure approach. This study aims to analyze the effects of consumption, investment, and exports on Indonesia's economic growth during the pandemic. The method used is quantitative, with the help of statistical applications, E-Views 9, with panel data regression techniques in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The results of this study show that household consumption, Foreign Direct Investment, and exports have a positive and significant impact on economic growth. On the other hand, domestic investment has a negative and significant impact on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously, the relationship between household consumption, FDI, DI, and exports can explain economic growth through an expenditure approach without including government spending and imports. The results of the Random Effect Model found that the greatest influence obtains from FDI, exports, household consumption, and DI, respectively. It is due to the pandemic, which has caused economic activity in the most likely expenditure to encourage production activities, which is foreign investment. Furthermore, exports have the second largest impact on economic growth during the pandemic. On the other hand, domestic investment has a negative effect due to an increase in the number of realized investments during a decline in economic growth during the pandemic, in addition to a decrease in production and distribution activities, causing investors and investors to reduce investment in several areas in inequality during the pandemic

Abstract

Liquidity is an important aspect that can be considered a bank's lifeblood. To maintain business continuity, banks must always manage liquidity effectively. Liquidity easing is one strategy to assist economic growth during the COVID-19 epidemic—instances where macroprudential policies are employed to relax limits on liquidity. The government's goal, which is to foster increased economic growth, is to increase the amount of money lent to people in debt. On the other hand, this easing of liquidity is thought to help maintain bank operations solvent. This easing of liquidity during the pandemic carries out by reducing the reserve requirement, followed by an increase in the MPLB ratio. In addition, Bank Indonesia strengthened RIM by adding an export money order in its calculation. This research aims to look at how macroprudential policy, such as the Statutory Reserves instrument, the Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio, and the Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer, affects the liquidity of traditional commercial banks in Indonesia from 2018 to 2021. The monthly data comes from the Financial Services Authority website, specifically the Indonesian Banking Statistics section. To evaluate the three hypotheses, the researchers employed a multiple linear regression approach utilizing EViews 10 software. First, the Statutory Reserves have a negative and minor influence on commercial bank liquidity, according to the findings. Second, RIM has a good and considerable impact on commercial bank liquidity. Third, PLM has a considerable negative impact on commercial bank liquidity. Simultaneously, it discovers that three separate elements influence the liquidity of commercial banks

Abstract

Product arrangement, known as product display, is the layout or way of structuring products, especially products companies apply to attract consumers. Although one of the scopes of sales in the market is the delivery of information through galleries, storefronts require specialization and the ability to arrange products or displays following the standards and specifications of the company and the product itself. The resulting output directly affects the level of sales and information to be achieved in a store, especially in modern retail stores with a self-service format (self-service) such as minimarkets. To implement a display system, Data Mining is applied as a determinant of the layout of the merchandise. According to (Kusrini & Lutfi 2009), data mining is used to extract knowledge from databases. One of the many methods in Data Mining is the Apriori Algorithm. The a priori algorithm is a type of association rule in data mining. Association rule or association rule mining is used to find associative rules between item combinations to be used as wisdom to make decisions and provide a stock of products that consumers prefer

Abstract

In this study, one of the problems that was found was that PT. Hamifaro Jaya Lestari's cash receipts and disbursements accounting information system was not as good as it could be because it still used a manual system of recording by writing in a book and using Excel. Therefore, this could result in unrecorded transactions, preventing the organization from receiving daily precise and valid cash situations for decision-making purposThis study's objective is to build an Accounting Information Approach (AIS) for cash flow receipts and expenditures utilizing a modeling system based on Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN). The research technique is applied research, with a special emphasis on research and development (Research & Development / R&D). As a result of the research, the proposed BPMN. Based business process architecture will be evaluated by manufacturing companies. This research is valuable to the organization as an evaluation tool for the present Accounting Information System, which can be made more effective and efficient in numerous stages

Abstract

The research was conducted in the implementation of a web-based Achievement management information system, where in this system there are 3 actors, namely admin, teacher and principal. The admin actor is in charge of managing data for teachers, students, classes, subjects, grades, extracurriculars, OSN and a list of recommendations for students with academic and non-academic achievements. In the homeroom teacher actor manages student data and grades and prints report cards. While the principal actor can see data on teachers, classes and subjects. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier to manage report cards and achievements. Then the homeroom teacher can only enter the grades of students who are only in their class. Subject teachers do not need to test students or assess students manually because the system will recommend students based on subject scores from daily grades, UTS and UAS with a weighted score according to the requirements that have been determined by the school. For extracurricular activities supervisors, there is also no need to test students one by one because the system will recommend students based on several aspects of predetermined values for students to represent the school in non-academic competitions such as pencak silat, volleyball, basketball and others. After that the system can automatically recommend students to represent the school in academic (OSN) and non-academic competitions, according to the provisions of the competition criteria held with report cards and student skill scores
