Abstract

The results showed that the Net Profit Margin had a significant effect on Return On Assets, the Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant effect on Return On Assets, the Current Ratio had a significant effect on Return On Assets, the Net Profit Margin had no significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, and the Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant effect on significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, the Current Ratio has no significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Return On Assets has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio, Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio through Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio through Return On Assets and Current Ratio has no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio through Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, firm size and dividend policy as moderating variables in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is causal associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, so that the sample obtained as many as 32 companies with 5 years of observation. The analytical method used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that profitability has an effect on firm value, while firm size and liquidity have no effect on firm value. Dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, while dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of firm size and liquidity on firm value.

Abstract

This article discusses the analysis of the strategies of hawkers in the cities of Tanjung Balai and Asahan, in a competitive market in increasing income. With regard to this research, in general, hawkers are junior high and elementary school graduates who have minimal knowledge of marketing strategies, but are able to survive the very strong competition for similar products. This research is a qualitative study through the figures and subjects that are used as roots in this study, a fruit seller including a number of informants who meet certain criteria. Collecting data in this study through interviews. The study aims to find out how hawkers start their business and how to market products.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Mandiri Medan City Hall area. Either directly or indirectly. This study uses a quantitative approach and statistical analysis, namely the partial least square - structural inquiry model (PLSSEM) which aims to perform path analysis with latent variables. This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Medan Balaikota area, the sample in this study used slovin withdrawal which obtained 51 employees who became the research sample. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Work discipline and work motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. Indirectly, work discipline affects employee performance through job satisfaction, work motivation does not affect employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility, firm size, and leverage on firm value with profitability as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with causalty approach. The population used in this study is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ini 2016-2020. The sample in this study used purposive sampling which is 23 companies and the observation 5 years in a row so it counts 115. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study usesmultiple linear regression.The results of this study prove that corporate social responsibility has an effect on firm value, firm size and leverage have no effect on firm value, profitability can moderate the relationship of corporate social responsibility, company size and leverage to firm value in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leverage, firm size, liquidity on corporate social responsibility disclosure with profitability as a moderating variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used purposive sampling totaling 52 companies. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, moderated regression analysis, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially leverage, firm size and liquidity have an effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. The results of moderating regression analysis with residual equations show that profitability cannot moderate the effect of leverage, firm size and liquidity on corporate social responsibility disclosure in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2020.

Abstract

Pit 3East ElectrificationBanko Barat PT Bukit Asam, tbk has provided mining support equipment of 2 units of Komatsu D375A bulldozer, 4 units of Komatsu D85SS bulldozer, 1 unit of MG825 grader and 1 unit compactor, with rental status. However, the availability of supporting equipment that has been provided can not fully support the April 2018 production target Therefore it is necessary to recalculate the amount of supporting equipment that should be provided in April 2018. After the improvement efforts in the form of additional supporting equipment, the total production capable of producing PC3000E-6 shovel amounted to 729,932 bcm / month, an increase of production amounted to 329,535 bcm / month.The result of calculation of requirement of mine supporting tool based on productivity of each tool can be concluded that the number of tools that should be provided are 2 units of Komatsu D375A bulldozer, 5 bulldozer D85SS units, 3 MG825A grader units and 2 compactor units. Based on calculations made the company issued a rental fee lower than the actual APT rental fee of Rp7.769 / bcm which is Rp 5,919 / bcm, making it more profitable than the previous conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect between Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. USSI Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung. This research uses descriptive and verifiable methods with a quantitative or numerical approach. In this study, the authors used path analysis to see how much the relationship between variables or indirectly . The results of this study show that: Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. USSI Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung the magnitude of the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction 58.5%, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung. USSI Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung by 23%. The results concluded that the model formed is included in the strong category so that in this study the variables of Service Quality and Product Quality are suitable for use to measure the structure of Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Buying interest has a good effect on sellers and entrepreneurs. Researchers have done much testing on how to increase buying interest among the public. From this research, we aim to find out that buying interest will have influence by good service quality and appropriate product quality which will make consumers feel satisfied, which results in repurchasing interest. With an infinite population, researchers must use purposive sampling to get 30 samples in analyzing the hypothesis using SEM-PLS calculations in the SmartPLS application. The test results found that the influence of service quality on purchase intention was significant. In contrast, for product quality and testing, the three variables produced a value that did not affect purchase intention. This research can help sellers and employers increase buying interest among the public. The level of competition in increasing sales makes sellers have to think about attracting consumers. Improving service quality can initially make people interested in buying at the Sukaramai Medan market.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, their equity on purchasing decisions mediated by consumer trust in consumers of IPhone products in Medan City. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is pathanalysis or path analysis. From the research and discussion it can be concluded that product quality (X1) and brand equity (X2) applied in the city of Medan are not able to increase consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The consumer confidence factor (Z) is one of the factors that can increase consumer purchasing decisions (Y). Product quality (X1) through the mediation of consumer trust (Z) does not significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions (Y). The research model uses four (4) variables that apply the concept of mediation, where there is a relationship to the research model analyzed by Structural Equation Model - Part Least Square (SEM-PLS).
