Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of self-expressive brand on brand acceptance through word of mouth. In the people of Medan City who buy H&M products directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all the people of Medan City who bought H&M products. The sample in this study used quota sampling totaling 100 people in Medan City who bought H&M products. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly self-expressive brands and word of mouth affect brand acceptance, self-expressive brands affect word of mouth, the results of this study indirectly state that self-expressive brands affect brand acceptance through word of mouth.

Abstract

company size on financial performance through corporate social responsibility either directly or indirectly in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is causal associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data used is obtained from the company's financial statements that have been audited on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis, testing the assumptions of the hypothesis test model. The population of this study are mining companies for the 2017-2020 period, which totaled 50 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 15 companies. The results of this study indicate that environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on company performance, environmental costs have a negative and significant effect on company performance, company size has a negative and insignificant effect on company performance, corporate social responsibility has a negative and insignificant effect on company performance, and environmental performance has a negative effect. and not significant to the company's performance through corporate social responsibility, environmental costs have a positive and insignificant effect, the size of environmental companies has a negative and insignificant effect on company performance through corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of audit quality, debt ratio, firm size, and audit lag on going-concern audit opinion. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The sample selection uses the purposive sampling method and obtained 492 samples. The sources of data used are secondary data. Debt ratio and audit lag significantly affects audit opinion based on logistic regression analyses using the SPSS 24.0 program. Meanwhile, audit quality and firm size do not affect going concern audit opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the independence and family support for women's entrepreneurship with education as a moderating variable on women's entrepreneurship in Medan Denai District and Medan Area. The research design of moderated regression analysis was used as an analytical tool to determine how the influence between the independent and dependent variables was moderated by the moderating variable. This research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The population and samples used in this study, namely female entrepreneurship in the Medan Denai District and Medan Area with a sample of 100 female entrepreneurship. The results of this study indicate that the variables of independence and family support have a significant effect on women's entrepreneurship. The education variable is able to moderate the influence of independence and family support significantly on women's entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This research was carried out todetermine whether factors-factors of product quality, design and customer value affects consumer loyalty. The object in this research is Gabovira batik.  The sample numbered 92 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variables consisted of product quality (X1), design (X2) and the value of customer (X3). The dependent variable is the loyalty of consumers (Y). Data analysis using SPSS 21 include: reliability test, test the validity of the assumptions of multiple regression analysis, classical and hypothesis testing through the F-test and T-test, as well as the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of this research note that product quality and designs have significantly to influence the loyalty of consumers, while the value of the customers do not have influence significantlyto consumer loyalty.F test results show that the product quality, design and value customers significant effect simultaneously againts the loyalty of consumers. Where as the results of the determinations (R2) show the influence of the quality of the products (X1), design (X2) and value of customers (X3) againts the loyalty of consumers (Y) of 16.5%. And the remainst affected by promotion, people and unvariable factors of 83.5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of cash waqf in KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing complies with PSAK 112. This research method is qualitative, descriptive by using triangulation data analysis by combining documentation, observation and interview instruments. This research was conducted at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing. KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera is a non-bank Islamic financial institution in the form of a cooperative that combines two financial institutions, namely Baitul Maal and Baitul Tamwil. The results showed that the management of cash waqf was managed based on the benefits and in accordance with the value of the benefits of the waqf assets. One of the forms of cash waqf management carried out at KSPPS BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Blimbing is the form of BMT customers who have waqf awareness.

Abstract

size affect the dependent variable, namely firm value. Firm value is the result of management's work from several dimensions including Net Cash Flow from Investment Decisions, Growth and Cost of Capital. Firm value is an important concept because firm value is an indicator of how the market values the company as a whole. Company value is an important ratio for the company because it affects the welfare of shareholders. In this study, the object that became the research source was the number of observations of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2020 period, which were selected based on certain criteria with the sample collection method using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data, namely data obtained from the company's financial statements. The results of this study indicate that firm size has an effect on firm value, while capital structure and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

To support the smooth activities of the people who live in housing, it is necessary to have good transportation accessibility in the residential area to the city center. This study aims to determine the level of transportation accessibility in the new housing environment in Manado City, especially in the northern part of the city center. In this study, the primary data for analysis was obtained using a questionnaire, and the sample was selected using a simple random sample method. Secondary data obtained from the relevant agencies. The method used is simple regression analysis and the Dial model. With both methods, the level of accessibility is measured based on the parameters of distance, cost and travel time. The results of the simple regression analysis show high accessibility, seen from the parameters of distance, cost and travel time, while the Dial model analysis, the probability of choosing a route is only shown by the distance parameter, because the. Level of accessibility that occurs is more influenced by the characteristics offered on each route.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio on stock prices in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research is causal associative research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data used is obtained from the company's financial statements that have been audited on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the study period. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression of panel data. The population of this study is banking companies for the 2016-2020 period, which amounted to 46 companies. The sample in this study amounted to 37 companies. The results of this study indicate that return on assets has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, earnings per share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, debt to equity ratios have a negative and insignificant effect on stock prices. return on assets, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size on Firm Value with Capital Structure as a moderating variable. This type of research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with a sample of 71 companies w. The data analysis technique of this research used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using residual test. The results of this study indicate that profitability, liquidity and  company size have an effect on firm value. Capital Structure is able to moderate the effect of Liquidity on Company Value, but Capital Structure cannot moderate the effect of Profitability and Company Size on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period.
