Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Store Atmosphere and Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty Mediated by Consumer Satisfaction at Locana Café. The sampling method used in this study was accidental sampling, with a total sample of 33 respondents. Data analysis technique using Structural Equation Modeling Part Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the quality of service to consumers has no effect, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, Consumer Loyalty has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Store Atmosphere has no effect on Consumer Loyalty, Store Atmosphere has an effect on consumer loyalty through satisfaction consumers have no effect, service quality on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a significant effect.

Abstract

Companies to survive and develop must pay close attention to the condition of the company's financial performance. This study aims to determine the performance measurement of CV.Omega Star in Manado based on Financial Statement Analysis through Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Activity Ratios and Profitability Ratios. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. where the data obtained by observation techniques, interviews, documentation and other supporting data. The results showed that the company's financial performance, seen from the liquidity ratio, was in a good position or liquid because the available current assets were able to guarantee the company's current liabilities. And the solvency ratio is in a bad position due to the increase in the company's long-term debt every year. The activity ratio shows good company performance because the company is quite productive in its asset turnover. And the Profitability Ratio shows that it is in a bad position because of the less optimal use of sales proceeds in providing net profit to the company and the increasing company operating costs. To maintain and improve good financial performance, companies must improve what is not good.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the factors that influence public perception of Islamic microfinance institutions, especially micro waqf banks in Medan. Sampling was carried out using the non-probability sampling method of 100 people from the community around the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School, Tumpatan Nibung Village, Batang Kuis District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Test data analysis using factor analysis to see the most dominant factors that form variables. The results showed that the most influential factors were attention and personality towards the perceptions of the people around the Mawaridussalam Islamic Boarding School area.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the analysis of customer decisions to choose Bank syariah cabang medan krakatau through the factors of trust and religiosity. The study was conducted on 96 respondents, especially Bank syariah cabang medan krakatau customers. The results of this study indicate: The results of the first hypothesis testing show that the variable trust with interest is not proven to have a significant effect on interest, by showing a coefficient value, namely. This shows that the trust variable does not have a significant effect on the interest variable , The Religiosity variable with interest is proven to have a significant effect on interest, namely, namely. This shows that the variable of religiosity affects the interest variable. The trust variable and customer decision proved to be influential and significant on consumer loyalty, namely, namely. This shows that the trust variable affects the customer decision variable. The variable of religiosity and customer decision proved to be influential and significant towards customer decisions, namely, namely. This shows that the variable of religiosity has an effect on customer decision variables., namely This shows that the interest variable affects the customer decision variable .

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of quality of work life and work stress on employees in job satisfaction as an intervening variable cv amaze globalindo. How to introduce products to consumers. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling and obtained 30 valid samples using a questionnaire. Research data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The results show that research and superior support have a positive and significant effect on the quality of work life.This research contributes to a joint validity test with CV Amaxe Globalindo employees on employee interest.Currently, many companies use social media to sell the products they sell because there are so many enthusiasts when they use this media.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of non-performing loans and interest rates on company profits with profitability levels as an intervention in the case study at PT. BPR Duta Adiarta. The research uses a quantitative approach method and uses SPPS V.25. The object of this research is employees or employees of PT. BPR Duta Adiarta Medan, totaling 30 people. The sources and techniques for collecting data in this research are the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and research instruments. Data processing in this research uses a PLS-based SEM approach. The results of data analysis show that four hypotheses are accepted, namely H1, H2, H3, H4 and H5 are rejected, so hypotheses H1, H2, H3, H4 are accepted. while in H5, where the P Values are above the significance value. This shows that there is a significant influence between bad credit and interest rates on the level of profitability and company profits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out the problem of the relationship between a variable product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions at Adzkia Fotocopy with the many levels of competition that exist in this business. The research method used is quantitative research. Where the population in our study was 40 respondents, while the sample used in this study were consumers on Adzkia Fotocopy. Data collection techniques in this research were questionnaires and interviews. Data processing in this research uses SmartPLS 3 software. the results show that Product Quality, Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction with purchasing decisions have an overall positive influence that influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

At PT. Pins Indonesia based on the results of surveys and interviews found several problems that occurred at PT. Pins Indonesia, the results obtained relating to work motivation, job satisfaction and length of work occurred, among others, as seen from employee performance influenced by several employees who felt that there was still a lack of employees to complete quite a lot of work and also the existence of employee negligence when providing services, employees also undisciplined, which is one description of an employee's performance. The purpose of this article is to find out how location and job satisfaction influence performance with self-esteem as a moderating variable at PT Pins Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The test results show that the locus variable of control has an influence on performance. The research results show that the job satisfaction variable has an influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of the variables locus of control and job satisfaction are not mediated by self-esteem. As a result of self-esteem which cannot mediate location and job satisfaction, there is no encouragement for employees to be confident in their abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and work stress on employee performance mediated by employee satisfaction at PT. Immortal Shining Brother. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and verification method. The sample of this research are security employees of PT. The Shining Immortal Brothers which numbered 30 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. Data analysis using correlation coefficient test, reliability test. Data processing uses a PLS-based SEM approach with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study suggest that only employee satisfaction and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Immortal Shining Brother. This study contributes to literacy by examining the relationship between the variables of transformational leadership style, job stress, job satisfaction and employee performance. This research has shown that low employee satisfaction and high job stress have a negative effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Purchase interest has a good influence on sellers and entrepreneurs. Researchers have carried out many tests on how to increase buying interest among the public. From this research, we aim to find out whether buying interest will have the influence of good service quality and appropriate product quality which will make consumers feel satisfied which will result in repeat buying interest. With an infinite population, researchers had to use purposive sampling for sampling and obtained 30 samples. In analyzing the hypothesis using SEM-PLS calculations in the SmartPLS application. From the test results it was found that the influence of service quality on buying interest was significant, whereas for product quality and testing the 3 variables together produced values that had no effect on buying interest. This research can helps sellers and entrepreneurs in increasing buying interest among the public. The high level of competition in increasing sales means sellers have to think about attracting consumers. Improving the quality of service can be an initial step in making people interested in buying at the Sukaramai market in Medan.
