Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for XL Axiata Internet Packages during the COVID-19 Pandemic on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Technology, Sumbawa. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling with a total of 90 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was processed using SPSS. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that price had a partial effect on purchasing decisions for XL Axiata internet packages during the COVID-19 pandemic and product quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for XL Axiata internet packages during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM), on the value of study companies in on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The model used in data analysis is multiple linear regression of panel data. The analysis tool used is Evies 9 and Spss 16.0. This study uses a quantitative approach to secondary data with sampling technique sampling. The results of the study show that 1) Return on assets Return on equity and Net profit margin have a negative effect on Study Firm Value on state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Net profit margin has a negative effect on Company Value. Indonesian stock exchange

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of advertising and brand image on purchasing decision for Honda Motorcycle at Krida Dinamik Auto Nusa. This research is quantytatif data that use is primer. The sourch of the data is eksternal which is obtain depend on quisioner from 96 respondend. The method to obtain the sample is purposive sampling with non-probability sampling. Validaty test instrumen with SPSS. Double regresi liniear Analysis is used to test hipotesis of this reseach.This research show that : (1) advertising variable has impact but not significant of Buying Decision of Honda Motorcycle in Krida Dinamik Auto Nusa. (2) Brand Image variable has positive impact to Buying Decision of Honda Motorcycle in Krida Dinamik Auto Nusa.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether there is an influence between financial literacy, self-control, and peer environment on consumptive behavior in overseas students of the Sumbawa Technology University from the 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. This study uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study amounted to 91 people or respondents obtained using a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire and the type of data is primary which is obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale measurement. The data obtained were processed using classical assumption testing, hypotheses and multiple linear regression analysis with the analytical tool used was SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the Financial Literacy variable has no influence on the consumptive behavior of students and the Self-Control and Peer Environment variables have an influence on the consumptive behavior of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the liquidity ratio (current ratio), solvency ratio (debt to equity ratio) and the ratio of profitability (return on equity) to firm value (price earning ratio).The sample in this study were 15 infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on the BEI. This study used panel data regression analysis with data collection using the documentation method in the form of data from financial statements. The data obtained is processed using panel data regression analysis techniques through software eviews 9.The results of this study are (a) the current ratio has a significant effect on the price earning ratio (b) the return on equity has a significant effect on the price earning ratio, and (c) the debt to equity ratio has an effect but not significant on the price earning ratio.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of word of mouth, risk perception, and pictorial warning on consumers buying interest in cigarettes in the Sumbawa Regency. This research used quantitative methods. The sample in this study was obtained using a non-probability sampling technique totaling 100 respondents. The data obtained were processed using SPSS version 16. The results in this study indicated that (1) the word of mouth variable has a significant effect on buying interest. (2) the risk perception variable does not affect and is not significant on buying interest. (3) the pictorial warning variable does not affect and is not significant on buying interest

Abstract

Due to social restrictions during the pandemic, almost all students make online transactions on several e-commerce sites to meet their own needs. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived risk, convenience, and consumer trust on online purchasing decisions in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic on Sumbawa University of Technology students. The method used is an associative approach with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by non-probability sampling using purposive sampling technique. The software used in this research is SPSS 20.0. The results in this study indicate that the risk perception variable has a negative and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Ease has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Perceptions of risk, convenience and consumer trust have a simultaneous effect on online purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dari konsumen Perumahan Griya Dimensi dari fasilitas yang diberikan pihak developer perumahan, mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh antara fasilitas yang diberikan terhadap tingkat kepatuhan pembayaran konsumen dan Untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas perumahan mempengaruhi tingkat kenyamanan para penghuni perumahan. Peneliti berharap dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan masukan baru kepada pihak developer untuk menjadi lebih baik lagi dalam memberikan pelayanan fasilitas terhadap para konsumennya serta dapat menjadi bahan masukan yang baik bagi masyarakat sekitar yang ingin mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan pihak pengembang(developer) jikalau masyarakat ingin membeli unit perumahan yang ada. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah jenis penelitian Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif atau sering disebut sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian maka tingkat kepuasan terhadap fasilitas Perumahan Griya Dimensi dapat diketahui bahwa fasilitas perumahan yang saat ini tersedia mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 31,60 % terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang ada di Perumahan Griya Dimensi, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sekitar 68,40 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti didalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Fasilitas, Kepuasan

Abstract

The role that Human Resource Management (HR) plays in the process of enhancing knowledge management is investigated in this study. This research investigates the ways in which HRM practices contribute to improved knowledge management operations. In order to collect data, a survey was conducted, and interviews were conducted with a total of 12 informants from SMEs (UKM). According to the findings of the study, HRM practices offer initiative in the process of improving the knowledge management strategies that companies use. It is possible to draw the conclusion that each HRM sub-component has an effect on the knowledge management component. Furthermore, HRM is very influential and has a positive effect on the quality management process in the workplace and vice versa

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inflasi dan kurs nilai tukar terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) (studi kasus bank umum syariah tahun 2016-2019) secara parsial dan simultan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu berupa uji ansumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis t dan uji hipotesis f dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 21 dan data yang diperoleh dari www.ojk.go.id dan www.bi.go.id. Hasil secara parsial menunjukan bahwa inflasi terhadap profitabilitas yaitu: nilai t hitung inflasi lebih besar dari t tabel (3,039>1,678) maka Ho ditolak artinya inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kemudian kurs nilai tukar terhadap profitabilitas yaitu: nilai t hitung Kurs Nilai Tukar lebih besar dari t tabel (2,072>1,678) maka Ho ditolak, artinya kurs nilai tukar berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Kemudian hasil secara simultan menunjukan inflasi dan kurs nilai tukar terhadap profitabilitas menunjukan hasil nilai F hitung sebesar 22,317 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 karena nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka Ho ditolak atau Ha diterima dan nilai F hitung > F tabel (22,317>3,20) Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi dan kurs nilai tukar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.
