Abstract

The company's activity in utilizing its working capital is quite good because it can create high net sales every year. The increase in the company's net sales jumped in 2019. The increase is not so significant on the working capital side, which means the ability to manage working capital in generating sales is very good. The trend of the development of company profits is declining due to less effective and efficient management of the company's working capital even though the net sales generated increase every year. The contradiction of net sales results with profit after tax and company interest is inversely proportional because, if observed in the company's financial statements, there is an increase in the company's expenditure burden that is large enough to reduce the net profit obtained by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Indonesia's external debt using multiple non-linear regression and obtained the reverse equation Y = 190,032 – 5,444 X1 + 2,233 X2. (a) constant 190.032, meaning that if the variable Foreign Debt (X1) and Exports (X2) is worth 0, then economic growth (Y) is 190,032. The correlation coefficient between variable foreign debt (X1) and Exports (X2) and Economic growth (Y), which is 0.949, means that the relationship between foreign debt and exports with economic growth (Y) in the category is powerful. The R2 value obtained is 0.900, which can be interpreted that the Foreign Exchange (X1) and Export (X2) variables contribute 90% to the Economic growth variable (Y). It is known that t calculates -2,218 < t table 2,920, so it is concluded that the variable of foreign debt (X1) has an insignificant partial effect on the Variable economic growth (Y), then Ha is rejected, and Ho accepted. The influence of the Export variable (X2) on Economic Growth (Y). It is known that t calculates 2,783 > of t table 2,920 Export variables (X2) have a partial effect on the Economic Growth (Y) variable. Ha is rejected, and Ho is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at UD. Sari Murni, Sindang Sari Village, West Toili District, Banggai Regency. The analytical method used in analyzing this research is simple linear regression analysis using 53 samples taken using the Simple Random Samplin technique. Based on the results of research and testing, it is concluded that the quality of temple products has an effect on consumer satisfaction at UD. Sari Murni, Sindang Sari Village, Toili Barat District. While the close relationship between product quality variables and consumer satisfaction variables is in the strong category, and the contribution of product quality variables to consumer satisfaction variables is 44.5%%, while the remaining 55.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of economic inequality in Banggai Islands Regency based on the Williamson Index analysis. The types and sources of data used in this study are quantitative data types and use secondary data sources. Secondary data obtained from the Central Sulawesi Province Central Statistics Agency 2016-2020. The analytical method used is the Williamson Index. The results of this study indicate that the level of economic inequality in the Banggai Islands district increases every year, in 2020 the Williamson Index shows a high inequality rate of 0.118 compared to the previous years which was relatively low, namely in 2016 the inequality rate only reached 0.080, in 2017 reached 0.081 in 2018 of 0.104 and in 2019 it reached 0.109. the average value of the Williamson Index in Banggai Islands Regency reached 0.208.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the quality of Ampera brown sugar products affects consumer purchasing decisions in the pagimana subdistrict. The number of respondents in this study was 50 respondents. The analyses used in this study are simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, and t-test. Results using a simple linear analysis of Y = 1.302 +0.717X give the meaning that what if the quality of the product or independent variable (free) has a value of 0 (zero) or none. So the variable value of the purchase decision is 1,302. The analysis results using the t-test can be found that the quality of the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The contribution or contribution of product quality of 0.371 or 37.1% while other variables influence the remaining 63%, and the result of the correlation relationship of 0.609 or 60.9% belongs to the strong category, so there can be a strong relationship between product quality and Ampera brown sugar purchase decisions in Pagimana Subdistrict.

Abstract

The results of this study show the regression equation, namely Y = 7927045.556 + 2.128 X; in the equation, it can be seen that the X value is 2,128 (positive), which means that if the mining and quarrying sector increases, then the PDRB of Banggai Regency will also increase and if the mining and quarrying sector is equal to zero (0) then the PDRB of Banggai Regency will decrease by 7927045.556. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient (R) obtained is 0.991; the relationship between the mining and quarrying sectors and the GDP is very strong because it is at an interval of 0.80-1.000. Based on the results of the thing test, judging from the t-test, the value obtained, namely thing > table or 14,494 > 2,776, means that the mining and quarrying sector has a positive and significant effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) of Banggai Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of consumer behavior factors consisting of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors on consumer decisions in choosing Batualambung Waterfall tourist attractions. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 80 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the study results, consumer behavior factors consist of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors in decisions in choosing Batualambung Waterfall tourist attractions. The multiple linear regression equation is obtained Y = 0.261 + 0.178X1 + 0.936 X2 + 0.576X3 + 0.403X4. and have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously. Meanwhile, the close relationship between the variables of consumer behavior factors consisting of culture, social, personal, and psychology on the decision variables for the place is in the robust category, as well as the contribution or contribution of the independent variables of consumer behavior factors consisting of cultural, social, personal, and psychology on the decision variable to choose a place (Y) is 70.4%. The remaining 29.6% is caused by other factors not examined in this study, such as service quality and marketing mix.

Abstract

This study was conducted to know the effect and significance of the influence of the product and price on purchasing decisions for awesome win rice products at the Tina Salakan shop. The number of samples in this study was 60 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the multiple regression equation Y = 2.285 + 0.378 X1 + 0.663 X2. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 0.397, and this value shows the close relationship between the independent variables consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), and the dependent variable is Low Purchase Decision (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.157, and this value shows the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable, namely Product (X1), Price (X2), on the dependent variable of Purchase Decision (Y) is 15.7%. Hypothesis testing shows that there is an influence between the independent variable product (X1) on the dependent variable on purchasing decisions (Y), indicated by the T-count value of the product (X1) of 3.149 > the T-table value of 1.672. and there is no influence between the independent variable price (X2) on the dependent variable purchasing decisions (Y) indicated by the value of T-count price (X2) of 0.442 < T-table value of 1.672.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction at the Tofu Factory in Sisipan Village. Sampling is used by accidental sampling. The sample is 100 respondents, namely the residents of the Sisipan village who buy tofu. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient (r), Coefficient of Determination (R2), F-test, and t-test. The results of the regression analysis Y = 4.727 + 0.324X1 + 0.165X2. Shows that product quality and price simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The results of the correlation coefficient analysis (r) of 0.863 show that there is a very strong relationship between product quality and price on customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.714 or 71.4 means that the magnitude of the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction and the remaining 28.6% is determined by variables outside the model being analyzed. Hypothesis testing is obtained that Fcount 13,236 > Ftable 3,09. This shows that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. The t-test of Product Quality and Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction where (2,464, and 1,885) > t table (1,660) and has a probability value of 0,001, and 0,002 < 0,05. It is seen that product quality most dominantly affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

A large number of regions in Indonesia makes it difficult for the central government to coordinate government in the regions. So that to facilitate services and governance arrangements, the central government changed the policy from centralization to decentralization as stated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. The manifestation of the decentralization policy is the birth of regional autonomy. In this study, to analyze the economic sectors in Banggai Regency using measurement techniques, the variables can be described as Regional Original Income with the Indicators: Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, Sales of separated regional assets, Other legitimate regional original income, Tax indicators: Restaurant Tax, Hotel Tax, Entertainment Tax, Advertising Tax, Street Lighting Tax, Swallow's Nest Tax. The results of statistical calculations using SPSS, the regression equation obtained is Y = 4.850 + 2.291X The correlation coefficient between the local tax variable and the Regional Original Income variable shows a very strong relationship, namely 0.840. The value of the coefficient of determination of the local tax variable (X) on the Local Original Income variable (Y) is 0.706. it means that local revenue (PAD) is influenced by local taxes of 0.706 or 71% and the remaining 29% is influenced by other variables not examined.
