Abstract

The problem of marketing agricultural commodities is an interesting thing to study. Where the efficient marketing of agricultural products is a pre-condition for the smooth and balanced development of the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of marketing channels and marketing margins in Basabungan Village, Pagimana District. This research was conducted in Basabungan Village, Pagimana District. The research was carried out for 6 months, from January to June 2019. The data used were primary data and secondary data using observation methods and direct interviews with farmers. Based on the research results, the marketing channels are as follows: Channel I: Farmers → collectors → small retailers → large retailers → final consumers. Channel II: Farmer's → small retailers' → large retailers → end consumers. Meanwhile, the marketing margin is as follows: At the farmer level by utilizing the services of collectors, the marketing margin is Rp. 842.14. By selling directly to small retailers, they get a marketing margin of Rp. 2,095.07, At the collector level, the marketing margin is Rp. 1,429.28, At the level of small retailers, the marketing margin is Rp. 2,442.87, At the wholesaler level, the wholesaler gets a marketing margin of Rp. 1142.89

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the Financial Performance of Permai Luwuk Hotel Management by using profitability ratios, such as Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return of Total Assets (ROA). This research is evaluative research conducted by analyzing the financial statements of the Permai Luwuk Hotel management and interviews to get more in-depth information. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Permai Luwuk Hotel is high because it is seen from the average NPM value from 2014-2018 of 71% which is higher than the target of 40% and ROA seen from the average value from 2014-2018 of 26 % is higher than the interest rate (10% - 12% per annum). These results indicate that it is very efficient in managing assets and costs for 5 years, namely from 2014-to 2018

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Quality of Wahyu Kripik Products affects Consumer Satisfaction (a case study of purchasing at Golden Hill Luwuk). The analytical method used in this study is simple linear regression analysis using 100 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of research and testing, it is concluded that the variable quality of Wahyu's products affects consumer satisfaction (a case study of purchasing at Golden Hill Luwuk). Meanwhile, the close relationship between product quality and consumer satisfaction (a case study of purchasing at Golden Hill Luwuk) is in a low category, and the contribution of product quality variables to consumer satisfaction variables is 10.5%, while the remaining 89.5% is caused by factors other than not investigated.

Abstract

The problem formulation of this research is how to use village funds in infrastructure development in Tangeban Village, Masama District. This research uses a qualitative approach . Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and documentation. The results showed that the village development in Tangeban Village, namely the construction of concrete rebates, construction of retaining walls. In the context of this development, of course, the construction of concrete rebates provides good benefits for the people of Tangeban Village. In the development planning process there were 2 constructions of concrete rebates that were not realized properly, namely the construction of concrete rebates for RT 02 and concrete rebates for 46 m3 for RT 03. In each item of concrete rebate development that has been implemented, one of the construction of concrete rebates was made along a length of 28 m3 which is located in RT 01 it was not done well due to the uneven distribution of the land at the time of the work as a result it broke down so that the people of Tangeban village used boards as a path to pass the road, which of course did not provide benefits for the people of Tangeban village. It can be concluded that the use of the Village Fund for the implementation of village development does not provide significant benefits to the Tangeban village community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service influences consumer satisfaction in Libra Computers in Luwuk City, To find out prices have an influence on consumer satisfaction in Libra Computers in Luwuk City, and To find out service quality and prices have an influence on consumer satisfaction on Libra Computers in Luwuk City Luwuk. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using 100 samples taken using the accidental sampling technique. Based on the results of research and testing, it is concluded that service quality and price alone (partial) influence consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk, while simultaneously (simultaneous) service quality and price influence consumer satisfaction at the Libra Computer Store in Luwuk. Luwuk. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rural road infrastructure investment on milkfish pond income in Sobonon village. The data used are primary data and secondary data using the interview method, observational literature study, operational definitions of variables consisting of independent and dependent variables, and variable measurement techniques, namely village road infrastructure investment (X), milkfish pond income (Y) and technical data analysis using simple linear regression, determinant coefficient test and statistical coefficient test t. The results of the correlation test for rural road infrastructure investment with the dependent variable, namely milkfish pond income, the R-value (correlation coefficient) is 0.886, the correlation value shows a very strong relationship because it is between 0.80 - 0.100. The determination test of village road infrastructure (X) on milkfish pond income (Y) in Sobonon village, Totikum subdistrict, Banggai Islands district is 78.6%, while 21.4% of rural road infrastructure investment is influenced by other variables not examined. The statistical coefficient test of the t-test t-count value is 3.914 > 3.182, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of village road infrastructure investment (X) on milkfish pond income (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the variables of the influence of the marketing mix on consumer decisions to use the services of the King Ameer Toili Hotel. The research conducted by researchers at the King Ameer Hotel Toili, Toili District is a qualitative descriptive study that has been quantified so that in the scoring category using a Likert scale, the analytical tool uses Multiple Linear Regression. Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, T-Test and F-Test. Data collection techniques in this study were using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research and discussion described above show that the Marketing Mix variable which consists of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence simultaneously has a significant effect on consumer decisions to use the services of Hotel King Ameer Toili. The results of data processing for Multiple Linear Regression using the Multiple Linear Regression equation as follows: Y = 2.083 + 0.169X1 + 0.288X2 + 0.201X3 + 0.060X4 + 0.065X5 + 0.046X6 + 0.199X7 + e. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 186. The results of the F test show the value of Fcount 3.898 and Ftable 2.21 (Fcount > Ftable) = 3.898 > 2.21 with a Sig F level of 0.001 < 0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. By using a sample of 90 respondents with df = n – k – 1 = 90 – 7 – 1 = 82. Then Ttable is 1.664 with a significance level (α) of 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of Regional Finance in Banggai Regency in 2014-2018. The types of data used are the realization of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), the target of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), as well as data on costs incurred to obtain Regional Original Income (PAD). The data source used is secondary data and is analyzed using effectiveness analysis where if the calculation result is above 100% then it is said to be effective as well  as regional financial efficiency in Banggai Regency if the calculation result is below 60% then the assessment is very efficient. Regional Original Income determined in Banggai Regency showed that in 2014 Banggai Regency achieved good financial performance, namely, 103.27% or reached very effective criteria. Regional Original Income (PAD) each year tends to be inefficient and less efficient, as in 2014 at 98.93%, in 2015 at 101.04%, in 2016, 2017, and 2018 respectively at 98.14%, 99.47%, and 99.27%. Thus, it can be concluded that the level of effectiveness of regional financial management in Banggai Regency  is included in the good criteria while the level of regional financial efficiency fluctuated from 2014 - 2018.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effectiveness and Efficiency of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget in Koyobunga Village. The benefits of this research are as information material for the Koyobunga village government in managing the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget. The analytical tool used is the ratio of effectiveness and efficiency, namely analyzing target data, expenditure realization, and income using the ratio of effectiveness and efficiency. The effectiveness ratio describes the ability of the Koyobunga Village government to realize the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget to carry out the planned program compared to the target that has been set based on the real value potential. The efficiency ratio is the ratio between the costs incurred for the expenditure of Koyobunga village government activities to obtain certain income, while the data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the average value of the effectiveness of the management of the Village Budget in Koyobunga Village is 93% which meets the effective criteria, with the highest percentage level in 2015 being 99% (effective) and the lowest percentage level in 2017 being 82 % (effective enough). Meanwhile, the average efficiency level is 83% in the fairly efficient category, with the lowest efficiency level in 2017 being 75% (efficient) and the highest in 2019 being 94% (less efficient).
