<![CDATA[Many women think that the use of masks, can cause the lipstick used to always stick to the mask and leave a mark so that the lipstick they wear can't last long and reduce their makeup look unattractive. In these conditions Make Over created its newest lipstick formula, Lipcream Powerstay Transproof where this type of lipstick can be used even if you wear a mask, because the texture of this lipstick can last for 14 hours on the lips even if you drink it. This study examines the direct effect of electronic word of mouth and celebrity endorser on repurchase interest with the brand trust variable as the intervening variable. Premiere data was collected using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents who had purchased and used MakeOver lip cream. The questionnaires collected were 145 respondents, the data was then processed by path analysis method. Based on the results of research analysis there is a direct influence between electronic word of mouth on brand trust, there is a direct influence between electronic word of mouth, celebrity endorser, and brand trust on repurchase interest, but there is no direct influence of celebrity endorser on brand trust. <![CDATA[In 2020 the Village Fund Budget underwent a change due to theemergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Batuputih Village, Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency which was transferred to direct Village Fund Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) and for Covid-19 Volunteers. The purpose of the study was to examine and determine the reality of changes in the village fund budget during the covid19 pandemic in Batuputih Village, Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using techniques source triangulation, and technical triangulation. The budget for the Batuputih village fund, Kangayan District, Sumenep Regency was transferred to 19% of the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) which was divided into two stages as well as the function of preventing COVID-19, which was budgeted at Rp.13,470,000 for Covid-19 Volunteers holding deliberation. the hamlet and also the musdes or the holding of village deliberations until the resulting planning stage is approved by the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD) along with the nominal percentage distributed to the community is also in accordance with what is stipulated by government regulations, which is 100%]]>

<![CDATA[The Waste Bank Program is a community-based waste management program which is a waste management concept that integrates the 3R principles of reduce, reuse and recycle with management as close to the source as possible. Reduce is to reduce waste generation at the beginning. Reuse is an attempt to reuse waste or items that are no longer useful, while recycling is recycling waste into other items of economic value. This research is an analytic research, namely research that emphasizes the relationship between one variable and another with a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all teenagers in Mendalo Laut Village, and the researchers used a total sample of 56 teenagers. The results of the study revealed that there was a significant relationship between the perceptions and knowledge of adolescents regarding the management of the Waste Bank in Mendalo Laut Village, Muaro Jambi Regency in 2022. This can be seen from the statistical test results for each variable that the p-p value is <0.05. After this research, it is hoped that the village leadership will coordinate in an integrated manner with those responsible for managing the Garbage Bank and for the community, especially youth in Mendalo Laut Village, it is hoped that they can provide input so that there is a need to increase public awareness of the importance of waste management, especially through the Garbage Bank program so as to create a safe environment. clean.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of working capital, liquidity ratios, activity and solvency on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data analysis in the form of financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method. The data analyst used classical assumption test and multiple linear analysis. The independent variables used in this study are working capital (X1), liquidity (X2) activity (X3), and solvency (X4), while the dependent variable is profitability (Y). The results of the study show that: (1) There is no positive and significant effect on Working Capital on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 1.248 which is smaller than the ttable of 1.997, so Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. (2) There is no positive and significant effect on Liquidity on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.555 which is smaller than the ttable of 1.997, so Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on Activity on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 6.985 which is greater than the ttable of 1.997, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. (4) There is a negative and significant influence on Solvability on Profitability in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. This is evidenced by the tcount -2.291 greater than ttable -1.997 then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is important in global life because it determines the quality of human resources. Education in Indonesia has begun to focus on providing educational services for children with above average intelligence through the Special Talent Education (PBI) program, which will contribute to the honor and reputation of the Indonesian nation among other nations in the world. This study intends to determine the effect of achievement motivation, self-efficacy, self-regulation, school environment, and social support on sports achievement of South Sulawesi State High School Special Gifted Students. The research method is quantitative with this type of correlational research and ex-post facto design. Data collection techniques were carried out by documenting primary sports achievement data and giving questionnaires to students. Descriptive data analysis, multiple linear regression requirements test, and hypothesis testing are the data analysis techniques used. This study found a significant influence between achievement motivation, self-efficacy, self-regulation, school environment, and social support, both partially and simultaneously, on the sports achievement of South Sulawesi State High School Specialized Sports Talent students. Finally, this study provides input for the future to continue sports achievement research which has aspects of self-regulation and the school environment as well as social support without excluding other variables that can affect the increase in sports achievement and student academic achievement]]>

<![CDATA[Typhoid fever is an endemic disease that causes 21 million cases and 222,000 of them die each year. Research objective: to know the characteristics of pediatric patients with typhoid fever at Laburan Baji General Hospital, Makassar. The research population was 61 with 23 research samples. This research is analytic and quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. The results showed that the largest sample was boys, amounting to 17 (73.9%) aged 1-9 years. The highest levels of O and H titers were 1/320 in boys. The conclusion of this study is that the highest incidence of typhoid fever is found in boys aged 1-9 years compared to girls with an O and H titer level of 1/320]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how much influence the purchase decision at a coffee shop, so it needs a marketing mix, as well as good service, so as to be able to provide purchasing decisions to consumers. This research is a quantitative approach using the SPSS Static 25 program with a sample size of 130 respondents who have bought and visited Dreys Corner Coffee. by using nonprobability sampling and purposive techniques. The results of the T test showed that the price, place, and service quality variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, product and promotion variables do not significantly influence purchasing decisions. The benefit of this research for Dreys Corner Coffee is to increase product and promotion so that they can compete with other competitors.]]>

<![CDATA[Generation Z youth, born from 1995 to 2010, are national assets that need attention, especially regarding their growth and development (Dewi and Ulfah, 2021). Early marriage is a formal or informal marriage where one of the bride and groom is less than 18 years old (Kemen PPPA, 2020). In 2018, an estimated 1,220,900 children were married before the age of 18 (BPS, 2020). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive which was carried out in October 2022. Data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to respondents (students) at SMAN 1 Ngadiluwih, Kediri, East Java. Univariate data analysis was carried out to determine the frequency and percentage of research variables. There were 236 respondents involved where 51.69% (122 respondents) were able to answer questions correctly. Adolescent knowledge related to early marriage for Generation Z youth at SMAN 1 Ngadiluwih is in the less category, so it needs to be increased by conducting outreach activities and providing information related to early marriage, especially for Generation Z youth.]]>
