<![CDATA[The research used in this research is quantitative research. This study aims to explain the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through the submission of hypotheses and to analyze how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The type of data used is secondary data sourced from reports on the realization and targets of PAD and PBB revenues at the Tolitoli BKD office. Data collection techniques using time series data with data analysis using simple linear regression. Based on the results of the research used, it can be concluded that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent or the effect of land and building taxes on local revenue in Tolitoli Regency, Central Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2020 period. With an R-square value of 61% and the remaining 39% influenced by other variables outside the study, for example the Cost of Acquisition of Land and Building Rights (BPHTB). This research is expected to be taken into consideration by the Tolitoli Regency Government to support effectiveness and efficiency in the management of Land and Building Taxes and Regional Original Revenues.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to design a condominium building with a modern architecture approach. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method where in this method is carried out through a search for existing problems in the form of facts that occur in the field to identify the fulfillment of a place to live for low-income people. The data obtained are then analyzed to determine the need for the construction of flats with a Modern Architecture concept approach. In addition, the building is also more impressive with the use of fabricated materials, there are many openings in the building that function as ventilation, natural lighting, and the building is more impressive open so that the view from the building is very good. The total area of the site or location for the construction of this flat is 12,000 m² with planned BC.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of the research is to determine Lecturer Perception on Using LMS in Teaching E-Learning Process in Teacher English Department. It was aqualitative research used 3 lecturers and 4 students as a sample. They were the lecturers of English Department in academic years 2020/2021. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative.The results of this study indicate that as long as lecturers use LMS are (a) in perceive e ase of use it is found score of lecturers are 4,7% strongly agreed and agreed 52,3% and doubted is 42,80%. (b) in perception of the usefulnessis strongly agreed 17% and agreed 56% although doubted is 27,70%.(c) attitude toward the use of LMs is strongly agreed 22%, agreed 44% and doubted is 33,30%. (d) behavioral intention to use, score is agreed 83% and doubted 66,65 (e) job relevance, it is found that mean score of lecturer is agreed 67% and doubted 49,95%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the perception of English lecturers regarding the use of LMS is a positive idea. Based on interview of students perception of English department in six semester those are MN, AAF, SN, and MA of using LMS in teaching learning process that the researcher conclude those students are easy to access LMS, Students perception based on the important of using LMS is very useful for this time.]]>

<![CDATA[In every educational process, students are input components that have a central position, an educational process cannot take place without the presence of students, called students. When entering a teaching and learning process in schools, students have certain backgrounds that determine their success in following the learning process and naturally students have different characteristics. The main problem in this study is whether there is a difference in the learning achievement of children of employees and non-employees and whether the work (profession) of parents can affect the learning process. The theory that strengthens this research uses several theories related to the title, namely the notion of learning, the notion of motivation, the notion of learning achievement, the factors that influence learning. To provide answers to questions and to prove the hypothesis, qualitative analysis methods are used. Based on the results of the discussion of this study, it can be stated that the work of parents has no effect on children's learning achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the Effect of Regional Original Income on Economic Growth in Central Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2019 Period. The instrument used in this study is a ratio scale with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. <![CDATA[In the era of globalization, technology is developing very rapidly in line with the needs of today's society. The rapid development of technology today is very helpful for people's activities in terms of knowing information from various worlds, news and data transmission. This research focuses on the promotions provided and the prices offered by Lion Air. This study aims to determine how positive the impact of promotions and prices offered so that many are interested in buying tickets on Lion Air Airlines. The method used is a statistical method with a quantitative research design. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires. The data collection instrument used a Likert scale. Researchers used data analysis techniques with 2 tests, namely: instrument testing and hypothesis testing. In the instrument test there is an i test of validity and reliability, and in the hypothesis test there is an t test, an f test, a test of the coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression tests. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the impact of airport trains on taxis at Yogyakarta International Airport and find out whether there are differences in the income of conventional taxis. This research was taken in March 2022 at Yogyakarta International Airport. In obtaining data the author uses quantitative methods with questionnaires. The data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 55 all taxi drivers at the airport. The data processing method used was validity test, reliability test, statistical descriptive test, and hypothesis testing which included independent sample t-test. The results show the mean value of 2.56 which means it is negative. Researchers tested the Independent t-test hypothesis to calculate the difference in the income of taxi drivers before and after the airport train. The result is a value of 0.000, the value is less than 0.05, this shows the impact of airport trains on the income of conventional taxis.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gut competence on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents, the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data processing using SPSS Version 24.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression, and to find out how much influence teacher competence has on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan. The results of the simple linear regression test obtained the equation, Y = 3.876 + 0.476X, where teacher competence has a significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan, the coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.607 which means that the teacher competency variable affects teacher performance in SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan by 60.7%. To find out whether the hypothesis is accepted in this study, the technique used partially on the independent variable is the teacher competency variable (X) which has a t count of 7.666 > 1.68595, meaning that it has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. So Ha is accepted because t count > t table. Therefore, it can be concluded that teacher competence or independent variables have a significant influence on teacher performance at SMP Al-Washliyah 8 Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of the crisis of love found in the community of Christ's followers today. Nowadays, it is found that the lives of most of the believers who in fact profess to be followers of Christ, but in fact show the value of life that is contrary to their confession of faith, whereas Christianity is identical with love and care based on a high impulse of compassion towards others as a form of service. The real. Because, if the basis of Christianity is no longer love as has been taught and demonstrated by Jesus Christ during his presence and ministry on earth, of course it is an irony. The research approach method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through various sources such as the Bible and other literature, interviews, and other sources that are related to the topic of study. The result: first, the purpose of life for some followers of Christ is not to exalt Christ, but rather for their own sake. Second, the value of the life that some followers of Christ live is not different from the value of the life of people in the world (outside of Christianity).]]>

<![CDATA[Education is an important pillar for human resource development. Without education, there will be no next generation of intelligent, noble and tough people. This study aims to find out about the role of innovation in supporting teaching and learning activities through technological advances. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach by seeking data from the results of the study, conducting observations and interviews, where we took random samples from several elementary, middle, and high school levels in Ngawi Regency. The results of innovation research are useful in developing methods of teaching and learning activities that create new learning methods so that they are useful for improving learning management technology and providing continuous education for the community. Technological advances have an important role in teaching and learning activities during the pandemic, especially in Ngawi Regency in order to realize sustainable education that has an impact on people's lives.]]>
