<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of one of the non-pharmacological therapies for emesis gravidarum, namely PC6 acupressure massage, on the frequency of emesis gravidarum at Community Health Center X. The study design was quasi-experimental with two groups of pre-test and post-test designs. The sample consisted of 30 people, 15 for the experimental group and 15 for the control group. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with specific inclusion criteria. The results of the study based on the Wilcoxon test, it was known that there was a decrease in emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women before and after acupressure massage at the PC6 point for the experimental and control groups. While the results of the Mann-Whitney test obtained a p-value of 0.324 > 0.05, meaning that between the experimental group and the control group, there was no difference in the decrease in the frequency of emesis gravidarum.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the study was to determine the response of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata sturt) to the number of seeds per hole and the application of chicken manure and their interactions. This study used a factorial design with the basic design of a Randomized Block Design (RAK). The results showed that the single factor treatment of the number of seeds per hole had a significant effect on the parameters of cob length, cob weight and the single factor of giving chicken manure with different doses had a significant effect on plant height at 30 DAP. The best treatment was given chicken manure with a dose of 20 tons/ha. While the interaction of the number of seeds per hole treatment with chicken manure gave a significant effect on the number of leaves of sweet corn plants (Zea mays saccharata sturt) aged 20 and 30 DAP]]>

<![CDATA[This article intends to describe the relationship between Khonghucu Religious Education teachers and their students, communication between Khonghucu Religious Education teachers and teachers in general, and their communication with the community. The research uses a qualitative approach with the case study method taking the research subjects of Khonghucu Religious Education teachers in Bali, Banten, West Java, and DKI Jakarta. The results showed that neither party objected to the implementation of the teaching and learning process of Khonghucu Religious Education. The relationship between Khonghucu religious teachers and other teachers and the community is also good. They live in harmony with adherents of other religions. The obstacles faced by Khonghucu Religious Education teachers are more administrative in nature, such as the number of Khonghucu religious adherents not meeting one study group, so that public schools do not organize Khonghucu religious learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was to Analyze how influential the use of Social Media Instagram is in conducting online promotions on the interest in registering new students at STTKD Yogyakarta. The location of this research is the College of Aerospace Technology, Data used is primary data and using a questionnaire sample used was the new collage students of STTKD Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative with data analysis method using simple linear regression The results of the calculation analysis show that Instagram social media has a positive effect on buying interest with a significance value of 0.00 (less than of 0.05) and the magnitude of the influence of social media variables on registration interest is 0.820, or 82%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the concentration of sucrose and lighting on the growth and production of potato micro tubers. This research was conducted at the Tissue Culture Biotechnology Laboratory of PT. BISI International Tbk. The treatments given were lighting settings in the incubation room and giving different concentrations of sucrose on basic media. This study used a completely randomized design method with 5 replications. Data were analyzed with Anova and further tested with BNJ. Observation results showed that bright light and a sucrose concentration of 80 g/L gave the best results on the growth of potato plantlets aged 14 to 70 days after planting. Observation of the number of micro tubers, weight of micro tubers, and diameter of micro tubers showed that the combination of dark light treatment and a sucrose concentration of 120 g/L resulted in the highest average value]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the quality of cement-bonded particleboard based on variations in pressure from a mixture of jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba Miq.) and rice husks with a ratio of 50:50 at board density target of 1 g/cm3. The pressure variation was 20, 25, and 30 bar for 4 hours, while the catalyst used was Ca(OH)2. Physical and mechanical properties testing including density, moisture content, water absorption, thickness swelling, MoE, MoR and IBS tests referring to International Standards ISO 8335: 1987 and British Standards BS 5669: 1989. The test results show better quality trends at higher pressures and have met both standards on the physical properties, whereas mechanical properties does not meet both standards.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of servant leadership and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. The research approach is quantitative with a survey method. Collecting data using a questionnaire that was compiled based on the development of indicators for each variable. The sampling technique used a saturated sample technique of 50 employees. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, correlation, coefficient of determination, linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The calculation of the partial test using the t test showed that there was a significant influence of servant leadership on employee performance and there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. The results of the simultaneous test using the F test showed that servant leadership and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[Cigarettes contain many toxic free radicals and reactive oxygen species (ROS) which can trigger cell membrane lipids, proteins, enzymes, and DNA to undergo oxidative damage. The amount of ROS (reactive oxygen species) during pregnancy can increase if pregnant women are exposed to cigarette smoke which are toxic due to the risk of oxidative stress so as to form Malondialdehyde (MDA) compounds caused by lipid peroxidation. Lipid peroxidation and increased levels of MDA can cause damage to cell membranes, one of which is the placental endothelial cell membrane. The content of vitamin C and sufficient polyphenols in soursop has the potential as a source of antioxidants that can inhibit or slow down the formation of free radicals and ROS. Objective: To determine the benefits or effect of giving soursop fruit juice (Annona muricata Linn) on the placental MDA levels of pregnant rats with wistar strain (Rattus norvegicus) exposed to cigarette smoke. Methods: A true experimental laboratory with a randomized posttest-only control group design. Different doses of exposure to cigarette smoke and soursop juice were selected at random and divided into 3 treatment groups and 2 control groups. Giving soursop fruit juice was carried out on the first day until the nineteenth day of pregnancy, while cigarette smoke was exposed on the seventh day until the nineteenth day of pregnancy. Results: The significance value calculated by the Kruskal-Wallis test was 0.350 (p>0.05), which showed that there was no significant effect on the MDA value of the placenta of pregnant rats given soursop fruit juice and exposed to cigarette smoke. Conclusion: Soursop fruit juice with a dose of 0.5gr/200gr BW/day can prevent the increase in MDA levels of pregnant rat placenta exposed to cigarette smoke.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is that to improve the quality of education, it is necessary for a principal who really has the elements contained in a leader in carrying out his duties and functions as well as the role of the teacher in realizing his vision and mission in improving the quality of education in schools. The research was conducted at SMKN 2 and SMAN 2 Serang City. The method used in this research is quantitative method with correlational and verificative techniques. The research method used for data collection is a questionnaire. The results of the study found: First, there is a significant relationship between the influence of principal's leadership on the quality of education by 62%. Second, there is a significant relationship between teacher performance and education quality by 57%. Third, the influence of principals' leadership and teacher performance has a significant relationship to the quality of education by 65.3%. ]]>

The results of this study are desktop applications in the form of splash display, apk initial display, login, registration, dashboard, student data, data teachers, book catalogues, borrowing, returns, reports, and developers.
