Jurnal PUAN INDONESIA (Pengabdian Untuk Anak Negeri) Indonesia merupakan wadah untuk mempublikasikan hasil-hasil Pengabdian Masyarakat dari berbagai disiplin ilmu dalam bentuk Jurnal ilmiah dan Open Accessed System. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Asosiasi Dosen Bahasa dan Sastra se Kepulauan Riau (Idebahasa Kepri). Artikel-artikel yang dipublikasikan di Jurnal Puan Indonesia meliputi hasil-hasil penelitian ilmiah asli, artikel ulasan ilmiah yang bersifat baru, atau komentar atau kritik terhadap tulisan yang ada dimuat di OJS system Jurnal Puan Indonesia maupun dalam terbitan berkala ilmiah lainnya. Jurnal Puan Indonesia menerima manuskrip atau naskah artikel dalam bidang riset terapan dan pengabdian masyarakat yang mencakup bidang keilmuan yang relevan dengan: sosial, kependidikan, sains, keolahragaan, bahasa, bisnis dan ekonomi dari berbagai kalangan akademisi dan peneliti baik nasional maupun internasional. Jurnal PUAN INDONESIA akan menerbitkan jurnal secara bilingual pada bulan Juli dan Januari setiap tahunya. JPI menerapkan kebijakan blind review dimana setiap tulisan yang masuk akan dikirimkan kepada mitra bestari yang terdaftar di JPI. Proses review dapat berlangsung maksimum sampai 30 (tiga puluh) hari kerja dengan alokasi waktu yang diberikan kepada tiap mitra bestari dalam menyelesaikan proses review nya adalah maksimum 14 (empat belas) hari kerja. Jika mitra bestari yang ditunjuk sebelumnya tidak mampu menyelesaikan pekerjaan review-nya dalam tenggat waktu yang ditentukan maka ketua dewan redaksi akan menunjuk mitra bestari pengganti untuk melakukan review tulisan yang dimaksud.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan dengan tujuan membantu usaha masyarakat. Hingga saat ini masih banyak Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang mengalami kesulitan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Oleh karena itu, Kelompok pengmas kami ingin hadir untuk mensosialisasikan cara penyusunan laporan secara sistematis dan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan. Kegiatan ini dilakukan untuk UMKM yang mempunyai usaha ternak ikan bawal yang beralamat di Desa Pasir Halang, Kecamatan Sukaraja, Kabupaten Jampang Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Kelompok pengmas kami melakukan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Setelah melakukan wawancara dengan kegiatan tersebut, kami mendapat informasi bahwa pelaku usaha UMKM di desa belum dapat menyusun laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan warga Perumahan Centra Park dalam menggunakan sistem e-Filing untuk pelaporan pajak. Dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan teknis, program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran warga tentang pentingnya pelaporan pajak secara digital. Pelaporan pajak merupakan kewajiban setiap warga negara yang harus dilakukan secara tepat waktu dan benar. Namun, masih terdapat banyak kendala yang dihadapi masyarakat, seperti kurangnya pemahaman akan prosedur pelaporan dan keterbatasan waktu. Artikel ini membahas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemudahan pelaporan pajak melalui penerapan e-Filing di Perumahan Buana Central Park. Kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi manfaat e-Filing, pelatihan teknis pengisian, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pajak dan penggunaan e-Filing, serta peningkatan jumlah pelaporan pajak yang dilakukan secara mandiri.

Abstract

Community devotionals in Ciampea, west bogor, aim to increase the understanding and application of android based m-tax applications and ios among taxpayers. On Saturday, April 27, 2024, with the participation of 20 taxpayers. Socialization includes the introduction of applications features such as billing code, billing profile Settings, and the location of nearby tax services, while fellowmen provide tutorials to make accounts, generate billing codes, and make tax payments online. It is expected to increase the efficiency of tax reporting and active engagement of taxpayers in the tax process in Indonesia.

Abstract

This activity aims to analyze the practical process and assistance in preparing simple financial reports for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Ciampea District, Bogor. The method used in this activity is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME owners and financial managers as well as direct observation of the practice of preparing financial reports. The results show that practice and assistance in preparing simple financial reports provide significant benefits for MSMEs in improving their financial understanding and skills.

Abstract

In a business, personal branding is an important thing to attract consumers. One effort to attract consumer attention is to create a unique and attractive product design. In addition to physical marketing, in the creative industry world, utilizing advertising via the web or social media is very helpful in finding customers, of course with an attractive appearance. With a good product design, it will influence consumers to buy a product. That is why product design is one of the important sub-sectors of the creative economy. One of them is Delico, a creative industry built by young millennials in Batam. At the beginning of its establishment, Delico was still unable to attract the attention of consumers because it had a product design that was not so good because it still used applications that were not specifically for design. In making a design, brand owners cannot just do it. Product design must be adjusted to the target market being targeted. Customers must have their own characters, from color, graphics, illustrations to design layout. This is what makes the prospect of this service to help this business sector increasingly attract customers or consumers by mastering one of the design applications.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to offer support in the implementation of bookkeeping and the preparation of financial reports, while also guiding the owners of UMKM Pasar Laundry in utilizing the Olsera application. The results show that the owners of UMKM Pasar Laundry feel assisted in managing their business due to the use of the Olsera application. This support helps business owners operate more effectively and efficiently. Through the guidance provided, the owners of UMKM are able to optimize operations and significantly enhance productivity. Olsera application is a mobile application that can help MSMEs in recording sales or income, as well as expenses and debts/payables digitally. The result is a transaction report along with profit and loss that can be viewed easily and can be uploaded in PDF format. The Olsera application is available free of charge for MSMEs to record transactions, monitor cash flow, monitor business performance, and plan businesses so that they can grow rapidly. The methods used in this community service activity include observation, interviews, discussions and tutorials conducted on December 7, 2024.

Abstract

The primary objective of basic accounting training is to equip managers of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) with the skills needed to manage their company's finances more effectively and professionally by focusing on the Basic Accounting Equation. This training was conducted at Warkop Hj Junen in East Jakarta as part of efforts to enhance financial literacy among small business owners. The training covered key topics such as fundamental accounting principles, techniques for recording financial transactions, preparing simple financial reports, and using accounting applications in business operations. The methods employed included interviews, interactive discussions, and case studies tailored to reflect the actual conditions of the participants' businesses. The training aims to deliver lasting benefits, such as improved financial record-keeping skills, better evaluation of business performance, and the ability to develop business strategies based on accurate financial data. Ultimately, this initiative not only promotes financial transparency but also fosters the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in addressing market challenges.

Abstract

This research addresses the critical issue of financial literacy among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, specifically through the implementation of accounting information systems, with a focus on the case study of Dapur Oma Retha. The selection of this topic is driven by the significant challenges faced by MSMEs in managing their finances effectively, which often hinders their growth and sustainability. The study employs a Mixed Methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative research methods. It begins with surveys and in-depth interviews to identify the financial management issues encountered by the participants. Following this, theoretical training on financial statements and technical guidance in using Microsoft Excel are provided to enhance participants' skills. Direct mentoring sessions are also conducted to assist participants in preparing their financial reports accurately. The findings reveal that the proper application of accounting practices significantly improves participants' understanding of their business's financial health and facilitates more informed decision-making. This research underscores the necessity for government support in the form of policies and funding for training and mentoring programs aimed at MSMEs, thereby enhancing their financial management capabilities. Ultimately, the study highlights the importance of improving financial literacy as a means to foster the development and competitiveness of MSMEs in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of simple financial report recording at UMKM Chia Olshop in South Jakarta based on the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SAK EMKM). The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a case study methodology. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that Chia Olshop still uses a very basic financial recording system, focusing only on sales transactions without proper documentation of operational costs and purchases. The application of SAK EMKM provides a structured and systematic approach to financial reporting, helping the business to better understand its financial performance. The study recommends that Chia Olshop adopt SAK EMKM fully to enhance financial transparency and support future business growth.

Abstract

This research focuses on introducing the use of Accurate accounting software for MSMEs in the Pondok Cina area. MSMEs are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, but face many obstacles in financial management. Accurate and structured financial reports are very important for business continuity and development. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, mask MSMEs in Pondok Cina are experiencing rapid growth, but competition is also getting tougher. The ability to manage finances is a determining factor for success. Accurate offers solutions for recording transactions, creating financial reports, and analyzing financial data. The method used is education with a structured introduction and training approach. The stages include research/surveys, interviews, introduction to using the Accurate application, and basic training in making Accurate-based financial reports. This activity was carried out by directly visiting mask MSMEs in Pondok Cina. This research succeeded in providing understanding to mask MSMEs about the use of Accurate in preparing financial reports. Through training, business actors can understand the process of inputting transactions and producing financial reports such as profit and loss reports, capital changes reports, and financial position reports, as well as cash flow reports. The use of Accurate has proven to be beneficial for MSMEs in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of financial management. This training provides new knowledge and skills for business actors in managing finances professionally, so that they can improve the performance and desires of their business.
