This research aims to conduct a study of the opportunities and challenges of cooperatives in the industrial era 4.0 by strengthening the role of human resource management in facing changes in the market environment facing competition war 4.0 in the Indonesian economy in 2045 which causes changes in all aspects of digitalization that occur in cooperative organizations. The changes that occur also require business intelligence in evaluating high-tech advances in the exchange of knowledge related to design and innovation and information obtained from supplier and customer behavior which will be continuously communicated in industry 4.0. The research method in this study is a troubling method which examines cause and effect relationships in depth, listening to input from various parties and finding appropriate solution ideas through studying narratives expressed qualitatively. The results of this research found that cooperative development in Indonesia still needs to be improved to become stronger in planning and financing. This development will be the basis for the Indonesian economy to achieve the goal of an economy based on mutual cooperation in 1945.

This study uses earnings management as an intervening variable to examine the effects of tax planning, deferred tax expense, and good corporate governance. Regression analysis was the study approach employed, and a sample of seventeen businesses in the textile and garment subsector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2014 and 2021 was obtained using a purposive sampling technique. The research results demonstrate that while deferred taxes, profitability, and leverage have no appreciable impact on earnings management, good corporate governance and tax planning have a favorable and considerable impact. Additional findings indicate that firm value, deferred tax expense, and tax planning all significantly and favorably increase the value of a company. Earnings management, however, can not considerably mediating the impact of sound corporate governance and tax planing on firm value.

This research aims to improve the marketing performance of rattan SMEs to create advantages for small industries and is expected to be useful for the Cirebon district government so that it can develop the small industrial economy. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods and the population in this research is 1,200 people. The type of sample used was 220 people taken as samples using the Slovin formula. This research obtained research instrument method data using questionnaires, then the data was processed using Smart-PLS3. The results of this research show that digital marketing has a positive effect on competitive advantage because value 0.000 < 0.5 digital marketing has a positive effect on marketing performance 3.09 > than 1.96. Competitive advantage has a positive effect on marketing performance because table is 14.305 > 1.96.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are an important sector in the Indonesian economy. Ease of access to financing is a major factor for growth. This study aims to analyze the relationship between financial literacy, financial management, securities crowdfunding, and access to SME financing. Data were obtained from 100 SMEs in Cirebon City through questionnaires and using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method on the basis of Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results showed that financial literacy and financial management have a significant positive influence on SMEs' access to financing. However, securities crowdfunding does not have a significant influence on SMEs' access to finance. In addition, securities crowdfunding also moderates the relationship between financial management and financial literacy with access to SME financing. This research contributes to the importance of increasing financial literacy and financial management in supporting the growth and progress of SMEs, as well as how securities crowdfunding influences SME financing alternatives.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain and examine how inflation influences capital structure and investment choices in the real estate and property industries. This study employs a quantitative research design and uses secondary data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the websites of up to 17 different companies throughout the course of three years, beginning in 2020 and ending in 2022. Eviews 13 was used to process the research data. The study's findings demonstrated that capital structure, which was proxied by the long-term debt to equity ratio, and investment decisions, which were proxied by return on investment, had no discernible effects on the price book value of the company. In the meanwhile, choices on investments can be moderated by inflation. on capital structure's impact on a company's worth, and the findings of this study also suggest that inflation may act as a moderator of the impact of investment choices on a company's worth.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of work stress on cyberloafing behavior mediated by work-life balance at PT KAI DAOP 3 Cirebon City. This study uses quantitative research with a correlation design that aims to explain the relationship between variables and predict scores. The sample in this study amounted to 66 respondents and data was obtained through questionnaires. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant influence between the work stress variable (X) and the work-life balance variable (Z) of 19.5%. While the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was no significant influence between the work stress variable (X) on the cyberloafing variable (Y) and there was a significant influence between the work stress variable (X) and the work-life balance variable (Z) on the cyberloafing variable (Y) by 18.7%. The conclusion and implication of the study as a whole is that it highlights the importance of work-life balance in coping with work stress and cyberloafing. The results also suggest that work-life balance mediates cyberloafing behavior and may be an influential factor in most employees and a small percentage unaffected by work-life balance and other factors outside of the study.

University students are an intellectual group that is currently enrolled in classes. Students engage in employment and business off campus in addition to their coursework. In order to reduce emotional exhaustion in students who work part-time, this research aims to investigate the relationship between work overload, work-life balance, and self-efficacy. It is hoped that this research will serve as an assessment tool for employers, encouraging them to focus more on employee work-life balance, self-efficacy, and work-life balance. emotional weariness. The methodology used in this study is quantitative. Purposive sampling together with statistical techniques were used to properly assess the data. SmartPLS 3 software is used in this study to evaluate the theoretical framework. Combining assessments of discriminant and convergent validity allowed for the verification of construct validity. Internal consistency testing was used to assess construct reliability. The significance is evaluated using the bootstrapping technique. The study's findings indicate that the emotional tiredness experienced by students who work part-time is significantly influenced by job overload, work-life balance, and self-efficacy.

The workforce will become more highly educated as the number of educated people rises. Paradoxically, there is a high unemployment rate relative to available resources. This suggests that educated people, including college grads, have little desire or interest in starting their own business. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how prospective undergraduate students in Region III Cirebon feel about their entrepreneurial goals in relation to their innovative work behavior, proactive personality, and entrepreneurial alertness. This study employs quantitative techniques and makes use of SmartPLS 3 software to examine theoretical models. The study's findings indicate that among aspiring undergraduate students in Region III Cirebon, innovative work behavior, a proactive Personality, and entrepreneurial alertness have a favorable and significant impact on Entrepreneurial Intentions.

Nowadays, more and more SkinCare is emerging from countries around the world which then results in SkinCare trends. Various Skincare Brands have sprung up on the Shopee e-commerce site and one of them is the Garnier Skincare Brand. This study seeks to explore how the influence of Flash Sale, Cashback, Free Shipping on purchasing decisions for Garnier products at Shopee. This study uses quantitative data analysis methods using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 180 consumers who shop for garnier skincare using the Shopee application and live in Cirebon City. The results showed that flash sales had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T table value of 12.480 and a p value of 0.000, as well as cashback had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T table value of 6.020 and a p value of 0.000 and finally free shipping also had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a T table value of 10.020 and a p value of 0.000.

The main objective of this research is to determine whether organizational commitment has a mediating role in the relationship between servant leadership "diuwongke" and organizational citizenship behavior. Path analysis techniques were used to analyze the data collected. This research reveals that servant leadership "diuwongke" has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior which is mediated by organizational commitment, and organizational commitment has a direct impact on organizational citizenship behavior. This study also points out several limitations as well as future research directions.
