This research is motivated by phenomena that occur in society where economics is taught and developed in a capitalist economics society that is not following the ideology of the Pancasila nation. Pancasila, which is a moral bulwark for the nation's successors, seems to have been narrowed down to democratic education but lacks moral education. The existing development in Indonesia, which should displace existing poverty, actually displaces the poor. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. This research was conducted in Dusun Mantong, Kelurahan Sumbertaman, Kota Probolinggo. The selection of informants carried out in the study was carried out by various criteria using the purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results of this study are that most people have implemented economic education that is following the values of Pancasila well. This is evidenced by looking at the economic behavior of children following the values of Pancasila, one example is that children behave honestly in every economic activity. The purpose of this study is that human resources in the family behave economically with insight and based on the values of Pancasila.

The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic which began in March 2020 made many students return to their hometowns, thus crippling the economic activities of MSME owners in Malang City, especially the owners of food stalls around campus. To get around this, the food stall owners implement certain strategies to be able to maintain the continuity of their business in the midst of the sluggish economy due to the pandemic. The strategies applied by each owner of the food stalls vary depending on the economic education obtained either from the family, from the community, or from formal educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology. The research location is around the MaIang City campus. Selection of informants using purposive technique. The data collection technique was carried out by interview, observation, and documentation. RESEARCH RESULTSshows thatIn maintaining business continuity in the midst of a pandemic, food stall owners around campus have two strategies, namely those who continue to sell by saving expenses, reducing the amount of food sold compared to before the pandemic, temporarily laying off employees, and so on. There are also those who choose not to sell for a while because of the quiet conditions of the stalls and to comply with government regulations so that the spread of covid can be suppressed. The economic education obtained by food stall owners includes financial recording and planning, saving routines, and investment. When food stall owners have these four components of economic education, they will most likely save the business they have built in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors, especially the employment sector in Indonesia. This study used the variables of open unemployment rate, employment opportunity, dependency ratio and economic growth. This study used dynamic analysis with the vector error correction model (VECM) method with the research year 1987-2021. The results of this study explain that GDP has a long-term effect on changes in the value of the dependency ratio, the Employment Opportunity Rate has a coefficient of 430.7657 in Lag 1 which can be interpreted to mean that if there is an increase in the value of the Employment Opportunity Rate by 1% in the previous year, it will reduce the dependence ratio in the long term. the variable open unemployment rate has a coefficient of 430.6932 in Lag 1 which means that if there is an increase in the open unemployment rate of 1% in the previous year, it will increase the value of the dependency ratio in the long term. the relationship of GDP to the dependency ratio in the short term. The value of the GDP coefficient of 0.020050 in Lag 1, the figure explains that if the value of GDP increases by 1 percent in the previous year, it can encourage an increase in the value of the dependency ratio of 0.020050 percent in the current year.

Poverty as a reason for the need to empower MSMEs. The problem that arises in the field is the still mixing of household financial statements with business financial statements which makes it difficult to find out the real development of MSMEs. Bookkeeping for MSMEs is needed so that financial statements are more structured. Research with a descriptive qualitative approach, researchers go directly to MSMEs. The results of Jie Toom's MSME research still require intensive assistance related to making simple financial reports. So that later MSMEs will be able to independently compile books that are useful for knowing the real development of MSMEs.Unfortunately, most MSMEs only focus on marketing and product development activities. Many MSMEs still think that this bookkeeping is not very important.
