This research about leadership role of headmaster and pedagogy competencies of teacher in SMK 2 Padang, and also to see the relationship between the two variables. Population are 72 teachers and 40 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. This research instrument is a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale, a score of variable leadership role of headmaster 0.907 and pedagogy competencies of teacher 0.897 that means instrument is reliable. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation, get r score = 0.33 > = 0.284 believed r tabel standard 95%. Research has come to the conclusion that there are relationship between leadership role of headmaster with the pedagogy competencies of teacher in SMK Negeri 2 Padang.

The purpose of this research was look information on the teacher perception about controlling of the headmaster on vocation senior high school. This is a descriptive research. The population is 201 teacher and research sample is 72 teachers who taken by simple random sampling. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using the average (mean) formula. The results of this research show teacher perception about controlling of headmaster on vocation senior high school (SMKN) in Solok city stay in good category with an average score 3,61 become 72,21 percent.

Teachers are an important part of education, the results of the achievements of education are proportional to the competencies of the teacher. One of the competency that teachers must have is pedagogical competence. This study aims to describe how the teacher’s pedagogical competencies on vocational high school of Padang City, with 86 research subjects, using the Teacher’s Pedagogical Competencies Inventory. The results of the study revealed that the teacher’s pedagogical competencies on vocational high school of Padang City is in a good category and this needs to be maintained and should be improved further.

This research examined the role of the headmaster and pedagogical competences of teacher in Vocational School and also to see the relationship between the two variables. The populations in this research were 72 teacher and 40 samples using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The research used likert scale as instrument. A score of variable leadership of headmaster was 0,907 and pedagogical score of teachers competence was, 897, which mean the instrument was reliable. The data was analyzed by product moment correlation, r score = .33 > = .284 believed r table standard 95%. Research found that there are relationships between the roles of headmaster with the pedagogy competencies of teacher in Vocational School.

Abstract: Indonesian education is being talked about the competence of teachers, in relation to the principal role in improving the teachers pedagogical aspect. The main aim of this study was to determine the education and supervision role of principal in enhancing the pedagogic aspect of teachers in the Vocational School in the Padang City, West Sumatera, Indonesia. Concurrent embedded mixed method research design was provided as a guidance in the process to gain the research objectives. This study delivers questionnaires and interviews to collect data. 261 teachers were involved as respondents to answer a questionnaire that was distributed, and 12 respondents were taken part in interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences while qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings show that the principal role in enhancing the competence of teachers is still at a moderate level, and the pedagogic aspect of teachers at SMK Padang is still at a moderate level. This study also specified that education role of principal were significant influenced the teacher pedagogic. Further, the role of principal supervision was also significant in improving the pedagogical aspect of teachers. Abstrak: Pendidikan Indonesia sedang membicarakan kompetensi guru, kaitannya dengan peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan aspek pedagogis guru. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan peran kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik dan pengawas dalam meningkatkan aspek pedagogik guru di Sekolah Kejuruan di Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman dalam mencapai tujuan penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara pada 261 orang guru, sedangkan informan untuk menjawab pertanyaan dalam wawancara dilakukan pada 12 orang guru. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan Paket Statistik Ilmu Sosial sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik dan pengawas dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru masih berada pada tingkat sedang, dan aspek pedagogik guru di SMK Padang masih berada pada tingkat sedang. Penelitian ini juga menetapkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah sebagai pendidik dan pengawas secara signifikan mempengaruhi kompetensi pedagogik guru.

This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher pedagogical competence on teacher’s work morale. Using a quantitative approach through the correlational method. The research sample of 86 teachers. Data collection uses two instruments, the teacher’s pedagogical competency questionnaire, and the teacher’s work moral questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov for normality tests and simple regression techniques for linearity tests. The results showed that increasing teacher pedagogical competence influenced increasing teacher morale. It can be concluded that the teacher's pedagogical competence needs to be improved so that the teacher's work morale also increases so that educational goals can be realized.

Pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru selama ini masih monoton. Guru hanya menggunakan buku-buku paket yang di sediakan oleh pemerintah, sedangkan buku paket yang di sediakan pemerintah materinya belum cukup luas dan belum membuat siswa untuk berpikir kritis. Untuk itu perlu adanya pengembangan modul bagi siswa sekoah dasar. Pengembangan modul itu bertujuan agar pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan siswa dapat belajarn sendiri menggunakan modul . modul akan di desain sedemikian rupa agar memudahkan siswa memahami materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan memakai model yang di kembangkan oleh Robert Maribe Branch. Model ini menggunakan 5 tahapan untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Secara umum hasil validasi materi, validasi desain dan validasi bahasan yaitu valid dan perlu revisi kecil. Hasil praktikalitas modul secara umum dikategorikan praktis dengan keterangan boleh di gunakan dengan revisi kecil. Hasil dari pengembangan modul yaitu meningkatkan minat siswa dalam belajar, memudahkan siswa dalam mengolah materi pembelajaran, pembelajaran menyenangkan dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. dapat di lihat dari hsoal evaluasi atau kuis yang di berikan. Rata-rata nilai skor kuantitatif 84 dari total 24 siswa, dengan presentase 87% atau 21 siswa tuntas dalam belmbelajaran dengan mendapatkan nilai lebih dari ≥KKM 75.

This study aims to see, 1) interpersonal communication in the Padang Education Authority, 2) job satisfaction in the Padang Education Authority, and 3) the relationship of interpersonal communication and job satisfaction of employees in the Padang Education Authority. The population of this study was 103 employees of the Padang City Education Office. The sample chosen was 53 employees determined based on proportional random sampling. Data collection is a questionnaire arranged in the form of a Likert scale. To test the relationship between two variables, we use the Product-moment correlation formula. The results showed that 1) job satisfaction in the Padang City Education Office was in the high category with a percentage of 73.93%. 2) Employee interpersonal communication in Padang City Education Office is in a good category with a percentage of 69.6%, and 3) there is a relationship between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction from gain of correlation tests with r count greater than r table at 2.575> 0.279 significant level 5% at 95% confidence level. Thus, it can be concluded that interpersonal communication has a meaningful relationship with job satisfaction in the Padang education authority. This means that the better the interpersonal communication, the higher the job satisfaction of employees in the Padang education authority and vice versa.

Membaca adalah identifikasi bentuk-bentuk linguistik. Model atau prosedur pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Plomp yang dikembangkan oleh Tjeerd Plomp. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil analisis data validasi bahan ajar oleh para ahli dan praktisi pendidikan diperoleh persentase 90,09%. Sedangkan hasil uji efektivitas pada tahap pengembangan, menunjukkan hasil pengamatan terhadap aktivitas peserta didik berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan persentase 93,7%. Maka dari itu hasil penelitian ini memberi gambaran bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan ini telah valid dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

This study discusses the development of interactive multimedia learning media based on PowerPoint software in science learning in elementary schools. This study aims to produce interactive multimedia media, especially in science learning in elementary schools that are valid, practical, and effective. The type of research used is Research and Development (RnD). That is the development of interactive multimedia based on PowerPoint software in science learning. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and evaluation). The output of interactive multimedia based on PowerPoint Software is in the form of files that can be installed easily, making it easier for students in the learning process. Based on the research results, this interactive multimedia is valid, practical, and effective.
