Abstract

Saving interest of students is student’s interest to save their moneyin the financial institution with certain goal. Saving interest of studentsaffected by two factors, internal and external factors. Economic knowledgelevel and school mini bank utilization. Economic knowledge level teachesthe students to be smart in managing their finances, determining priorityscale in fulfilling their needs. One factor that affects education is by schoolmini bank utilization optimally where the students can habituatethemselves to deliver their saving interest, then the habits will bedeveloped and be student’s character. This research used quantitativeresearch design and explanation research type. Population in this researchwas students in the 11th Grade of Social Science SMA Negeri 2 Malangacademic year 2016/2017 for 138 students. Sample in this research wasdetermined based on Slovin formula using proportional random samplingtechnique, then it was obtained 102 respondents. This research aims toknow: (1) the effect of economic knowledge level to the saving interest ofstudents in the 11th Grade of Social Science SMA Negeri 2 Malang; (2)the effect of school mini bank utilization to the saving interest of studentsin the 11th Grade of Social Science SMA Negeri 2 Malang; and (3) theeffect of economic knowledge level and school mini bank utilization to thesaving interest of students in the 11th Grade of Social Science SMA Negeri2 Malang. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v10i12017p001

Abstract

This research is aiming to know the effect of Scholarship Use and Learning Motivation toward Learning Result of Undergraduate Economic Education College Students class of 2012, State University of Malang. This research used quantitative descriptive research. There were 64 persons as the population. The data collection used questionnaires and documentations. Meanwhile, the data were analyzed using SPSS 23.00 for Windows. The results of this research indicated that Scholarship Use and Learning Motivation were a significant and positif effect toward learning results of undergraduate economic education college students class of 2012 who received scholarship on 2015.

Abstract

According to an increasing number of business practices that tend to apply the economic system of capitalism, transferring Pancasila values in economic learning for the novice entrepreneur is quite essential to do. The amount of business competition everywhere erodes the values of togetherness and brotherhood that characterize the nation's culture. The Association of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia is a supporting pillar in the learning of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that still prioritize the basis of Pancasila economy values such as cooperation, kinship, and mutual assistance. Thus, this review of literature aims to examine the educational approach that can transfer the values to adult students; that is andragogy. The discussion part mainly addresses the values of Pancasila, the economic learning through andragogy approach, and the characteristics of adult students. This review paper concludes that Andragogy approach can be effective to facilitate the process of transferring the values of Pancasila in the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v13i22020p108

Abstract

The development of increasingly sophisticated technology has brought changes to Indonesian. People try to fulfill and adjust their life with technology changes, one of them is internet. Internet technology makes consumers easy to purchase a product by online shopping. According to APJII research in 2016, online shop is a frequently visited content and university students are the largest access. That is why the researcher wants to know Economics Students year 2014 online shopping trends decision. This research is aimed to: (1) to know economics students online shopping trend decision, (2) to know economics students online shopping decision,(3) to know online shopping problems. This study uses a qualitative method with the kind of phenomenology and uses snowball sampling technique. The data was collected by doing observe, interview, and documentation. The data sources are economics student year 2014. The result of the research shows: (1) the high intensity of student spending reaches twice until  five times in a month, (2) easy, practical, save time and effort, price and product variety and ease of payment and delivery. (3) the problem is the goods received are not in accordance with the image, the duration of the seller's response, and the slow delivery of goods. Abstract

Family perform the function of child personality and behavior estabilisment, also where the first education for the child took place. Therefore informal education become crucial for the child’s provision in the future. Especially in terms of economic education. The efforts of parents in educating children are influenced by their level of education, in this case, farmers have low level of education. This study aims to analyze informal economy education that takes place in farmer’s household. The data were analyzed using qualitative analysis through the prosess of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification.the result of this study indicate that 1) the economic life of farmer’s life illustrated by a subsistence economy 2) economic education is considered important by interpreting informal economy education through thrifty behavior, financial management, giving priority scale in carrying out consumption, introduction to the concept of work, and allotment of roles and responsibilities at home. 3) The process of economic education is taught to early childhood and given at the moment of family togetherness or incidental situations that require explanation from parents

Abstract

Household investment has become more important in modern economies. This research builds a behavioural model of investment using a quantitative approach. It tests the effect of socioeconomic condition, financial literacy, and attitudes toward intention and investment decision. The data are collected from 400 heads of household through a structured interview. A sample is selected by a multistage technique. It applies a Structural Equation Modelling to answer the research problem. This paper is successful in constructing a good structural and measurement model to explain the behaviour of the dependent variables in the model. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tempat kerja lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 tahun berturut-turut terhadap lulusan program sarjana perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. penelitian dilakukan secara daring pada bulan Mei tahun 2017-2019 menggunakan kuesioner kementerian riset dan teknologi pendidikan tinggi. Data dioleh secara deskriptif kuantitatif guna memperoleh hasil yang mampu menggambarkan kondisi sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta secara berturut-turut memilih untuk bekerja di perusahaan swasta dan instansi pemerintah, kemudian diikuti oleh dan lembaga sosial masyarakat. Sedangkan berwirausaha menjadi pilihan terakhir bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 membawa pada sebuah tantangan global dan berdampak pada sektor Pendidikan. Kebijakan physical dan social distancing membuat aktivitas pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara daring dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan media pembelajaran. Faktanya, masih banyak pendidik dan fasilitas sekolah yang tidak siap dalam menghadapi perubahan ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada guru sebagai aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dituntut untuk memahami dan memilih metode dan model pembelajaran daring yang tepat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan diskusi grup dan pelatihan dengan memperhatikan protocol Covid-19. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini telah membantu guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan praktek pembuatan konten pembelajaran. Antusiasme guru guru sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan ini untuk membuat konten pembelajaran yang berkualitas bagi siswa. Kata Kunci: inovasi pembelajaran, pembelajaran daring, media pembelajaran. AbstractCovid-19 pandemic has been a global challenge and it has impacted to educational sector. Since the implementation of physical and social distancing, it drives to movement from conventional model to online learning activities by adapting technology. In fact, many educators and school facilities are not ready with this remarkable condition. This project aims at assisting educators in using online learning activities and providing innovative learnings to obtain same benefits like normal situation. This activity is carried out by conducting group discussions and training with due regard to the Covid-19 protocol. The results of the implementation of this activity have helped teachers in developing innovative learning and learning content creation practices. Abstract

Teachers need to organize learning that is contextual, innovative, and interesting so that students are more motivated to learn and they get better learning outcomes. The research was aimed to examine the effectiveness of role-playing model to improve the twelfth-grade social students’ learning motivation and their learning achievements on accounting subject with basic competence of practicing accounting cycles of service companies. The research was conducted with a quasi experiment for 3 public high schools in Sleman Regency. There were 206 total respondents for this research. Research data was gathered by using two methods: tests and questionnaires. Independent sample t-test was used for data analysis techniques. The result of this research showed that t-test for equality of mean of learning motivation was significant (sig. = .000   α = .05) and learning achievement was also significant (sig. = .000   α = .05). At the treatment class, students’ learning motivation was very high and their learning achievement was high. Thus, it was concluded that the role playing model was effective to improve the twelfth-grade social students’ learning motivation and their learning achievements on accounting subject with basic competence of practicing accounting cycles of service companies.

Abstract

This paper investigates the mattering predictor of students’ entrepreneurial attitudes and intentions among Indonesian university students. The research involves some variables, including subjective norms, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial environment as a predictor of attitudes and intentions for entrepreneurship. To understand the relationship between variables, this study incorporates explanatory research using structural equation analysis. The data were gathered undergoing online questionnaires, which were provided in Google form and distributed to participants via WhatsApp. The findings indicate that students’ entrepreneurial attitude can be performed by entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial environment and subjective norms. This finding also points out a significant link between entrepreneurial attitudes and entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, students’ intention for entrepreneurship can be explained by subjective norms and the entrepreneurial environment. However, this finding confirms that entrepreneurship education failed in determining students’ intention for entrepreneurship. Lastly, this study also confirms the role of entrepreneurial attitudes in mediating entrepreneurship education, subjective norms and intention for entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Attitudes, Entrepreneurial Intention, Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurial Environment, Subjective Norms
