Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the success of PT. Titiannusantara PelangiTourism in excellent service by explaining strategies in implementing excellent service and implementing excellent services that can foster the trust of Umrah pilgrims and describe the condition of the company through a SWOT analysis. This research uses a qualitative methodology with descriptive analysis techniques. The data obtained from the institution is then processed systematically in the form of written words, archives and oral, as well as the observed behavior to obtain information related to the prime service strategy in growing the trust of Umrah pilgrims.

Abstract

Da'wah is not only meant as tabligh activities. Activities that lead to actions or actions to move community groups with the aim of increasing the dignity and values of the people are also da'wah. DompetDhuafaPendidikan (DDP) through the Human Development Institution seeks to realize da'wah through education for the du'afa by establishing SMART EI, boarding high school, free of charge and accelerating (5 years of junior-high school). Based on this, the question arises, how is the implementation of da'wah through the education of du'afa conducted by Du'afa Wallet? This study uses qualitative research, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews with leaders, teachers and student beneficiary representatives, as well as through documentation. Data is presented by descriptive analysis method. The manifestation of DompetDhuafa's concern,which isto educate the nation's life and to improve the quality of human resources of Muslims in Indonesia, is implemented through the Junior High School and Senior High School programs under the Human Development Institute which is focused on dhu'afa children. The reason why the focus is on students from among the dhu'afa, because not all educational institutions can accept students who are financially unable to pay for education. Moreover, superior schools that have qualities that are globally competitive, can certainly not be followed by those who have economic limitations, despite achieving.

Abstract

The strategy of collecting productive waqf funds is the effort of planning a person or waqf institution (nadzir) in collecting waqf funds by influencing or reminding others to release a portion of their waqf assets which are then processed by Nadzir in such a way through productive programs, so that the results can be utilized continuously to be distributed to those who are entitled to get it. The strategies carried out by BMM are direct fundraising and indirect fundraising. The results of the implementation of the strategy were managed into seven productive programs. The objective of this study was toseek how the strategy carried out BaitulmaalMuamalat in collecting productive waqf funds, knowing the implementation of what strategies are implemented BaitulmaalMuamalat and evaluating the strategy of collecting productive waqf funds. This research uses a qualitative methodology with descriptive analysis techniques. The data obtained by the institution is then processed systematically in the form of written words, archives, and oral. The results of this study are the collection through direct fundraising and indirect fundraising. They are proved to be quite good with the results of the amount of funds collected from 2011 to September 2019. It was experiencing a decrease and increase in numbers, its peak in 2019, although it has not yet closed the year the funds raised were Rp1 , 5 billion. From these data, it can be concluded that the strategy, implementation and evaluation in the process of collecting productive endowment funds in BaitulmaalMuamalat is basically good enough. However,it needs to be correction and persistence again to collect these productive endowment funds.

Abstract

Da'wah management is the process of planning, implementing, grouping, gathering and placing executing forces in task groups and then moving towards achieving the objectives of da'wah. Da'wah activities that are managed properly will result in successful propaganda. As the Da'wah manager, Rasulullah had implemented comprehensive Da'wah management while in Medina. One focus of the missionary management of the Prophet is to shape the attitude of religious moderation of Muslims in Medina. Religious moderation is an impartial attitude in thinking, interacting and behaving that allows it to be fair and not excessive in religion. Islam is a moderate religion (al-wasathiyah). It is a religion that teaches its people to maintain balance, uphold justice, tolerance and compassion towards others. There are four steps to preaching the Messenger of Allah during his stay in Medina, namely establishing the Prophet's Mosque as a center for worship, education, social and politics; To put between Ansar and Muhajirin in religious ties, to compile the Medina Charter which guarantees the safety of Jews and Christians; and correspondence with the authorities around Medina. To form the attitude of religious moderation of Muslims in Medina, the Messenger of Allah applied six principles of Islamic moderation, namely upholding justice, maintaining balance, instilling tolerance, avoiding extreme behavior, mastering knowledge and compassion towards others.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the importance of applying the Total Quality Management Application to the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims at PT. MustikaKartikaSamudera. The research method used in this research is quantitative, with the sample used in this study were 92 respondents by using purposive sampling method. The results of the study indicate a link between the application of TQM and satisfaction of moderate worshipers. Then, the application of a significant effect on the application of Total Quality Managementis alsorelated to the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims. The coefficient value is determined at 45.9%.This figure shows that 45.9% satisfaction of pilgrims that occur is influenced by Total Quality Management, and the remaining 54.1% is influenced by other factors.

These problematic financing must be immediately addressed and resolved,so that the bank does not experience losses. BNI Syariah as a financial institution which distributes financing to customers must also experience the financing problem which is due to internal and external factors. This research focuses on themechanism of financing problem settlement on Griya iB Hasanah products which are BNI Syariah's superior products The objective of this study was to determine the factors causing the occurrence of problematic financing on iBhasanahgriya products and any settlement mechanism conducted by BNI Syariah West Jakarta branch office. This research uses a qualitative methodology with descriptive techniques. The data obtained from the institution is then processed systematically in the form of written words, archives and oral, as well as the observed behavior to obtain an overview of information related to the title of the study. It can be concluded that the results of this study are the mechanism of financing problem solving on Griya iB Hasanah products conducted by BNI Syariah is quite good, namely by conducting coaching with customers, restructuring, and completing with the auction paths of course with directed goals,andit continues to improve every year.

Abstract

BAZNAS was formed by Republic of Indonesia's Presidential Decree No. 8 of 2001, which is a non-structural and independent Government institution. This institution is responsible to the President and authorized to carry out the task of managing zakat nationally. In particular, BAZNAS has the mandate to distribute zakat funds to those who need them, especially those who need educational assistance and get their share. In addition, BAZNAS also has responsibilities in each of its programs to fit the expected goals. Based on the background, the authors pay attention to the importance of evaluations in carrying out the distribution of zakat funds for educational programsconducted by the National BAZNAS in Indonesia. The problems that will be studied are the mechanism for distributing zakat funds at the central BAZNAS in the field of education, the distribution pattern of the central BAZNAS zakat fund in the field of education, and the evaluation of the implementation of zakat funds at the Central BAZNAS in the field of education. The research that the authors conducted was to use a qualitative approach with a cycle that began with the selection of problems, followed by making questions, making notes or recording at the interview and then analyzing.The results of this studyare that the authors can seek the procedure for obtaining educational assistance in accordance with applicable provisions, so that the funds distributed can be channeled to those who really need it. The pattern of distribution of zakat funds in the education sector is divided into two parts, namely distribution and utilization. The evaluation model used by BAZNAS indirectly uses the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product). It is because evaluation conducted by BAZNAS has targets, opportunities and results of achievement. The distribution of BAZNAS zakat funds in the education sector in 2016 amounted to Rp. 8,070,388,736 with a percentage of 0.96% and 1,166 beneficiaries of beneficiaries. Whereas in 2017 there was an increase of 20% with a nominal value of Rp. 25,518,460,752 and percentage of 2.71% and 21,181 beneficiaries directly and 3,051 indirect beneficiaries.

Abstract

The objective of this studywas to obtain a general overview of optimizingvfundraising strategies by zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf and how to take care of licensing the opening of zakat outlets through malls / shopping centers in Greater Jakarta. Fred R. David manages strategy management with 3 steps, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. While the purpose of fundraising according to Furqon and Ibrahim, there are five of them; they are collectingzakat funds, adding Muzakki, building the image of an institution, collecting sympathizers / relationships, satisfying donors and muzakki. This research focuses on fundraising strategies for Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah and Waqf outlets through Shopping Centers in Greater Jakarta, using a qualitative research approach. Zakat outlets were examined 6 malls, 2 shopping centers, and 1 zakat headquarters. The results of his researchare that there are differences between official institutions as amilzakat and unofficial ones even though they have formed an Islamic social foundation. They arein institutions that are in the form of foundations but not yet officially as amilzakat institutions, 1. There is no zakat education 2. no audits 3. No reports 4. Less than optimal in fundraising strategies. 5. The program is not used as a fundraising strategy. 6. less ethical. Institutions in the form of foundations and unofficially emphasize the distribution of funds while in the case of raising zakat funds are less accountable. Meanwhile, the amilzakat institution emphasizes the raising of zakat funds in accordance with the name of the institution, namely the amilzakat institution.
