Abstract

In Law No 13 Year 2006 About Protection of Eyewitness and Victim that eyewitness who is under the aegis of LPSK is eyewitness in doing an injustice case. Although is not expressed is expressly expressed eyewitness in position whose protected, but in program the eyewitness protection in various eyewitness state protected by eyewitness giving boldness assist the Prosecutor, and is not eyewitness from defendant party. Target in this research is: (1) to analyze the formula’s punishing the eyewitness protection in course of criminal justice. (2) To analyze the execution of protection policy punish for eyewitness in course of criminal justice. (3) For describe of policy formula’s punish about eyewitness protection in course of criminal justice in the future. This research is inclusive of research with the approach of yuridis normative. Data type in this research is data secondary. Technique data collecting by using technique of bibliography study. Technique data processing by editing, interpretation, and systematization. Data from direct first source analyzed by trying to look for the clarification comprehensively to activity that happened in eyewitness protection in course of jurisdiction. Conclusion result of this research is: (1) Formula’s punish the eyewitness protection in course of criminal justice represent the phenomenon procedure of criminal Indonesia, where about in straightening of will always touch with all enforcer punish the itself. Protection human right for eyewitness and victim very majored, so that process criminal justice formed by Law of Protection of Eyewitness and Victim. (2) protection Policy punish for eyewitness in course of criminal justice very needed, especially which is all victim or eyewitness in course of criminal justice which during the time feel do not get the protection by law, and even once in a while there is eyewitness in crime case which finally is oppositely; also made suspect. With the Number Law 13 Year 2006 about Protection of Eyewitness and society Victim put the big expectation, especially hardness case in domestic, hardness to child, corruption case, collision of human right and other rights collision case which is under the aegis of this law. (3) Policy formula’s punish about eyewitness protection in course of criminal justice in the future, representing a aspiration in system punish the national touching all people and nonalignment. In order to reaching this end needed harmonious punish to be existed by union punish in a system punish, so that water down the society comprehend and execute the law. Thereby existed by sense justice of society which obedient always and meekly at law.

Abstract

This article aims as an early effort to strengthen and regenerate the tradition of Madura written batik through creative-integrative education, creative intelligent character education and play creativity. Student assistance is began by selection of a region (village) as a target for the implementation of Integrative Creative Education (Creative House) by referring to the potential of batik in the area / village with the One Village One Product (OVOP) approach. Second, Focus discussion group (FGD) with local stakeholders. Third, data inventory of elementary and middle school children who have the talent for batik. Fourth, determine syllabus, teaching materials, main activities, facilities and infrastructure. Fifth, the application of community homeschooling with an orientation to developing the potential of children who have a hobby of batik, both physically, mentally and spiritually and facilitating the development of their interests. Sixth, open a inovative space for young people to be creative by carrying out the halal lifestyle through syar'i fashion and tourism based on Madura batik.

Abstract

Learning and learning are interrelated things, we can even interpret them as two activities that have important wars in human life. Learning without learning is not necessarily producing a desired learning goal, so it is important to have learning. Learning is an activity that can be done in formal institutions and non-formal institutions. The development of science in the world of education and also in modern times determines to have a major influence on the development of learning. In 2002, learning enough with the media and simple methods used by the teacher, the target was students to understand the lesson and students can learn from the books they had learned. But nowadays the learning process is not enough with media and simple methods, given the importance of media innovation - the media used in learning, with the aim that students can understand the material delivered by educators and the learning process is more enjoyable. Every student learning effort, especially parents also hopes that my child is able to master the subject matter they have learned, both at home and at the tutoring site. Teachers and parents can monitor the learning performance of students or children through learning outcomes, which we usually know as "report cards". Report cards show, explain children's learning activities while in formal institutions or schools, through report cards people know to know the increase in their child's learning outcomes. Understanding the subject matter, even passively learning in certain subjects, which can be used as motivation for educators and parents, so that in the future subject matter that has not been active can be evaluated by educators and teachers so that they can improve their learning. The use of the media used by these educators places great hope on students so that they can understand, understand and apply the subject matter to the maximum, through creative media educators hope that the learning outcomes will increase.

Abstract

Islamic Education Learning according to Muhaimin is "an effort to make students learn, need to learn, motivated to learn, willing to learn and interested in continually studying the religion of Islam, both to know how to practice religion and learn Islam as knowledge . Learning programs for students with developmental needs need to be made in stages, starting from annual programs, monthly programs, and daily programs. All contain intermediate goals (terminal objective), all of which contain the annual goals, and target behavior (target behavior). Daily programs are called learning units or learning designs. The design of learning is made or compiled based on information obtained from the results of the assessment, related to the level of ability and specific characteristics of each student concerned. as long as the teaching and learning activities take place, the teacher observes the behavior of the target that appears. classroom teachers who carry out teaching and learning activities together with partner teachers reflect on the activities of teaching and learning outcomes, reflection is more directed at student success both in terms of cognitive and social development.

Abstract

Education is one of the tools to achieve a happy life both in the world and in the hereafter and through education can also lead us to error if wrong education is provided by parents, teachers and other education actors. So that only with Islamic education humans will live in peace, peace and happiness in the afterlife. Child education should begin as early as possible with religious education taught by the Qur'anic conception in a good and right way. Education starts from the womb until they are justified so that parents are separated from their responsibilities to them. The family is the child's first environment for learning. What is seen, heard and done in his family, will imprint on the child personally until they grow up so that education in the family determines their moral development when they are in another environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate: what contributes to speaking proficiency in second language acquisition. In this case the researcher intends to investigate how language input, conducive environment, and motivation influence students’ speaking proficiency. To develop a deep understanding to the success of speaking proficiency, a qualitative research was conducted. Further, since this study intended to figure out the cause or effect relationship between behavior and outcome, a descriptive qualitative was used to describe the process of succeeding the subjects’ speaking proficiency. The learner who is not less than 12 years old is the potential subject. The subject should qualify to have categorized as “good” level of speaking proficiency minimum based on the test. Research instruments used are in-depth interview and questionnaire. From the finding, the result shows that three aspects, language input, conducive learning environment, and motivation, have contribution in deciding the level of English speaking proficiency.

Abstract

This paper discusses about the influence of Dutch Colonial government policy in the framework of its Ethical Policy towards pesantren. The Ethical Policy carried out by the Dutch East Indies colonial government throughout the period of 1900 until the independence of Indonesia was accompanied by the issuance of a series of policies which were considered to be pressing and detrimental to Islamic education, especially pesantren in Indonesia, in the form of teacher ordinances, wild school ordinances, and the establishment of Dutch Schools which -since the beginning of the 20th century- the existence of these schools has a direct influence on the existence of Islamic Education, especially pesantren. The effect of this policies was the transfer of pesantren to the rural areas just to maintain their characteristics accompanied by their resistance to infiltration of foreign cultures presented by the Dutch through Western-style public schools and The birth of the madrasah as a response to demands for changes in the education system along with the widespread idea of ​​Islamic reform throughout the 18th and 19th centuries.

Abstract

The purpose of education in general is to form good people. But the purpose of education will be difficult to achieve if it does not pay attention to the steps in learning in education. There are several concepts of Islamic religious education developed in Indonesia, one of which is the basic concept of Islamic religious education sourced from Imam Al Ghazali. The success of education and learning with the concepts and theories of Islamic religious education is characterized by changes in both cognitive and affective. The Role of Islamic Education in shaping the personality of students should rest on the condition or type of students and the theme to be delivered. So that the material to be delivered is easily accepted by students. However, what is equally important is the existence of exemplary and the ability of educators to provide motivation to learn to proceed towards commendable behavior which is the basic goal of Islamic education.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve students’ reading comprehension skills using Stories. The research design used in this study was action research. In this research the reseacher took a test of their improvement in each cycle. Before the reseacher did cycle 1, the reseacher did pre–cycle and found the mean is 64, by percentage of successful is 19% (4 students out of 21) passed the test. In the first cycle the reseacher found the mean of the score of the students reading was 74 by percentage of successful is 57% (12 student out of 21) passed the test. In the second cycle the researcher found the mean of the score of the students reading was 85,7 by percentage of succusful is 86% (18 students out of 21) paased the test. From the observation, the researcher has the criteria of success. they are the average of students’ achievement should be 80, the percentage of successfulness is 80% from the total students, the criteria of minimum passing level (KKM) is 75. The result of the reseach shows that the students improve their ability in reading comprehension by using Stories.

Abstract

This study investigated speaking achievement using free talk worksheets from English planet’s program at the tenth grade students of vocational high school plus Almaarif Singosari. Designed used in this study was true experimental research conducted with one experimental group taught using free talk worksheets from English planet’s program and control group without free talk worksheet from English planet’s program. To collect the data, the researcher used speaking post-test in oral test form. In analyzing the data, the researcher used IBM spss statistic versions. 20 application of independent t.test to know the differences between experimental and control group. After applying the statistical computation, it was found that the mean score of experimental group (X) in post-test 3.078 with standard deviation 0.347 was higher than the mean score of control group (Y) in post-test 2.263 with standard deviation 0.417. So it can be concluded that students taught using free talk worksheets from English planet’s program achieve better than taught without free talk worksheets from English planet’s program.
