Abstract

This research is to determine the effectiveness of the scholarship program for North Morowali Regency students. This analysis uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants for this research were the Head of the Department and Secretary of the Regional Education and Culture Service of North Morowali Regency, as well as three students who received regional scholarships. Information collection uses information techniques, interviews and documentation. In this research, data analysis uses the data condensation framework, data presentation, and drawing conclusions by Miles and Huberman. Meanwhile, the effectiveness indicators used in this research are Program Success, Target Success, Program Satisfaction, and Input and Output Levels. The conclusion of this research is that of the four indicators, target success has not gone well. The aspect of access to information by students is limited. Meanwhile, the other three indicators based on research have been running effectively.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of the Code of Ethics, Organizational Culture and Welfare on the Integrity of Supermarket Employees in Langsa, East Aceh. This research uses quantitative as the type of research and primary data as the source of research data. The way to collect data from this research is to distribute questionnaires to respondents. This research was conducted at Langsa Supermarket, East Aceh. The population of this research was 100 respondents and the sample used was the entire population. make a sample and use a saturated sampling technique, this research uses the SPSS measuring tool and the method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research are as follows: The Code of Ethics has a positive and significant effect on Employee Integrity with a value of 0.275 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Integrity with a value of 0.863 with a significance of 0.000. Sejahtera has a positive and significant effect on Employee Integrity with a value of 0.227 and a significant 0.004. Code of Ethics, Organizational Culture, Prosperity has a positive and significant effect together on Employee Integrity with a value of 30.209 and a significant 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediator in the employees of PT ABC Factory Unit. This study uses statistical calculations of linear regression analysis, carried out on employees of PT ABC Factory Unit, totaling 60 employees. Based on the results of the normality test output, the Shapiro-Wilk significance results were obtained for turnover intention, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of 0.165; 0.328; and 0.682 (p> 0.05), so that all data obtained can be said to be normally distributed. Then overall employee turnover intention is in the high category with a mean of 44.52; overall employee job satisfaction is in the medium category with a mean of 85.38; and overall employee organizational commitment is in the medium category with a mean of 46.67.Based on the research significance level of sig. 0.046 (p <0.05) with this it can be said that H1 which states that there is an effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention is acceptable; research significance level of sig. 0.039 (p <0.05) with this it can be said that H2 which states that there is an effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention can be accepted; research significance level of sig. 0.019 (p <0.05) with this it can be said that H3 which states that there is an effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction is acceptable; and based on the results of data analysis, the results show that organizational commitment mediates the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, so that it can be said that H4 is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on work family conflict in mothers who work as teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The measuring instruments used in this research are the Work Family Conflict Scale to measure work family conflict and Sherer et al General Self Efficacy Scale (SGSES) to measure self efficacy. The sample in this study was 152 mothers who worked as teachers and had elementary school age children. This research data analysis method uses simple linear regression analysis to see the influence of the independent variable, namely self-efficacy, on the dependent variable, namely work family conflict. The results of this research show that self-efficacy has a significant effect on work family conflict in mothers who work as teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic with a value of sig=0.000 and R2=0.184. The influence of self-efficacy on work family conflict is 18.4%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-esteem and brand image and consumer behavior in adolescents. This research uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The psychological measuring instruments used in this research include the consumer behavior scale, self-esteem scale and brand image scale. The sample in this study was female students in class X SMA YP Unila Bandar Lampung with a total of 215 students. The data analysis technique for this research uses multiple regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 21.0 for Windows program to see the relationship between self-esteem and brand image and consumer behavior in teenagers. The results of this research show that self-esteem and brand image have an effective contribution of 27.5% to related variables and 72.5% are generated by other variables outside this research. The self-esteem variable has no relationship with consumer behavior in adolescents, marked with a significance value of 0.444 (p>0.05), while the brand image variable shows a relationship with consumer behavior, marked with a significance value of 0.001 (p<0.05).

Abstract

Taxes play an essential role in realizing the vision of "Indonesia Emas 2045". Low tax ratios and voluntary taxpayer compliance influence the achievement of tax revenues. The causal factor is that the quality of education provided is not optimal because the number of tax educators is still limited. The DGT report stated that digital competence, knowledge sharing, and tax instructors' work motivation needed to be improved. This research aims to determine the effect of digital competence and knowledge sharing on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable for tax educators at the Directorate General of Taxes. The research methodology uses quantitative survey methods. The population is 2,340 employees, with a total of 342 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using PLS-SEM analysis using Smart-PLS version 4, SPSS Version 27, and the Embedded Two-Stage Approach method. The research results show that digital competence and work motivation have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Knowledge sharing does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Digital Competence and Knowledge Sharing positively and significantly affect work motivation. Work motivation significantly mediates the indirect effect of digital competence and knowledge sharing on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategic planning to realize an integrated financial information system in Pesantren Al-Ma'tuq Sukabumi. Through qualitative approaches and case studies, this study investigates the current state of financial management in Pesantren and identifies the main obstacles faced. The results of data analysis show that Al-Ma'tuq Islamic Boarding School faces challenges in fragmented financial management, with a financial management system that is not integrated, financial reporting processes that are carried out manually, and a lack of human resource competence. To overcome these obstacles, this study designed a strategic planning solution that aims to realize an integrated financial information system. This solution involves the application of good corporate governance principles to increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability in pesantren financial management. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the financial condition of pesantren and provide recommendations to pesantren managers, researchers, and the community to develop an integrated financial management system. In addition, this research is also expected to improve the quality of religious education and general education in pesantren and support the sustainability of pesantren in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study which aims to examine the influence of Self Esteem on Smartphone Addiction, the influence of Self Esteem on Academic Stress, the influence of Academic Stress on Smartphone Addiction, and the influence of Self Esteem and Academic Stress on Smartphone Addiction. The subjects in this research were class XI students at SMA Negeri 12 Jakarta, totaling 140 samples using the Simple Random Sampling technique. This research uses 3 measuring instrument scales, namely: the Self Esteem variable measuring instrument scale, the Academic Stress variable measuring instrument scale and the Smartphone Addiction variable measuring instrument scale. The results of this study show that, 1) There is a significant influence between Self Esteem on Smartphone Addiction with r = -0.26 and t = -3.30 (t > 1.96), 2) There is a significant influence between Self Esteem on Academic Stress with r = - 0.33 and t = - 4.12 (t > 1.96), 3) There is a significant influence between Academic Stress on Smartphone Addiction with r = 0.29 and t = 3.66 (t > 1.96) 4) Academic Stress functions as a Mediator on the Influence of Self Esteem on Smartphone Addiction with r = -0.105 and t = -2.375 (t >1.96).

Abstract

This quantitative research aims to find out hThe relationship between parenting styles and bullying behavior in class XI teenagers at SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta. The population in this study were students at SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta, which were teenagers. The number of respondents for this research was 104 respondents. The data collection technique used was simple random sampling. The data processing method in this research uses the Bivariate Correlation data analysis technique in the SPSS 22.0 For Windows program. From this research, it was concluded that there was a negative relationship between parenting patterns and bullying behavior at SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta with the moderate bullying category, a correlation coefficient (r) of -0.195 with p = 0.047 was obtained. This means that the worse the parenting pattern provided by parents, the higher the chance of bullying behavior at SMA PGRI 4 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors on academic burnout in final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This study aims to examine the effect of each independent variable (self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors) on the dependent variable (academic burnout). The sample consisted of 219 final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, which were taken using non- probability sampling techniques. The data collection instrument used the Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey measuring instrument developed by Schaufeli & Salanova (2007) Student Coping Instrument developed by Lazarus & Folkman (1984), the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) Scale developed by Sherer (1982), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) developed by Zimet et.al. (1988). The study used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the measuring instrument construct and to test the research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the major hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant influence on the effect of self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors on academic burnout. Meanwhile, the results of the minor hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant effect of variable self-efficacy, family support and special person support on academic burnout in final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Based on the proportion of all variants, the influence of all Independent Variables is 45% while the other 55% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
