Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak dan dinamika penyesuaian diri pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tiga anak TK di  dua TK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan menggunakan analisis tema. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara semi struktur, observasi non partisipan dan kajian dokumentasi. Penelitian ini juga melengkapi data dengan wawancara kepada significant person sebagai triangulator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak adalah faktor psikologis, lingkungan prenatal, pengalaman belajar, kondisi lingkungan, pola asuh orantua/keluarga. Faktor tersebut lebih didominasi oleh faktor eksternal. Dinamika Penyesuaian diri pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak diawali dari adanya kecemasan dari anak saat berpisah dengan orangtuannya, menangis, dan penarikan pada awal masuk sekolah. Adanya kerjasama guru dengan orangtua dalam memberikan motivasi dan pendampingan yang lebih intensif menjadikan anak mulai dapat menyesuaikan diri di sekolah. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa faktor eksternal lebih mempengaruhi penyesuaian diri pada anak Taman Kanak-kanak. Dinamika penyesuaian diri pada anak yang awalnya memiliki penyesuaian diri yang kurang, dengan adanya kerjasama guru dengan orangtua dalam memberikan motivasi dan pendampingan yang lebih itensif menjadikan anak  mulai dapat menyesuaikan diri di sekolah.Kata kunci : penyesuaian diri, taman kanak-kanak

Abstract

This study is aimed to know the students’perception toward the English teacher’s teaching techniques. This study was conducted in grade eight of two EFL classes of a junior high school in Indonesia. The instruments to collect the data was a Likert-scale questionnaire with five options of strongly agree to strongly disagree, while to analyze the data the researcher used descriptive statistics by finding means, standard deviation and frequency. An in-depth interview was also conducted to nine out of 60 students to scrutinize the students’ voice on their English teachers’ performance. The result of the analysis showed that the teacher in this study performed all the three techniques, controlled, semi-controlled and free technique. The finding also showed that the most frequently used technique was controlled technique, followed by a semi-controlled and free technique. Meanwhile, most of the students have positive perception toward their English teacher’s teaching techniques.

Abstract

The 4 Cs 21st century skills framework has included collaboration as one of the critical skills for now and future generation living. In EFL context, studies about collaboration are often connected with collaborative writing (CW). This strategy has been more popular especially in higher education as academic writing and collaboration skills development strategy. Numbers of studies reported not only the outcome but also the process of collaborative writing. This paper synthesizes research reports in the last decade collected from online publication including unpublished thesis and dissertation as well as articles in journals related to language education. Inspired by Dillenbourg (1996), this synthesis report is organized into four dimensions; focus on effect, condition, interaction, and technology use. Finally, some possible future research questions are pointed out.

Abstract

As a public organization that provides services to the community, the Palu City Land Office through its apparatus is required to always improve its performance in providing its services to the community, because the demands of democratization and recognition of human rights will give rise to strong demands on the performance of services provided by agencies. the government through its apparatus to the public. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in land registration services at the Land Office of Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is descriptive, with the number of informants involved as many as 6 informants, which for determining the informants using Purposive Sampling techniques. In addition, in the data collection technique in this study through observation, interviews, and documentation. With the method of data analysis with three steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and draw conclusions. From the results of the research, it is known that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the land registration service at the Palu City Land Office in Central Sulawesi Province is considered to be running poorly, this is due to the existence of several problems found by researchers regarding the performance of apparatus in the agency in the land registration service in The Palu City Land Office, while these problems are aspects of quantity, quality, and timeliness.

Abstract

The implementation of land registration at the Palu City Land Office for the community will receive legal certainty regarding the transfer of land rights due to the sale and purchase. In addition, there will be a letter of proof of legal and strong rights called a certificate of land rights. Certificates are issued so that holders of land rights can easily prove their new juridical data rights / name of new rights owner. The purpose of this study was to find out the quality of service for the transfer of sale and purchase rights to land at the Land Office of Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 7 informants through Purposive Sampling techniques. In addition, in the data collection technique in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. With the method of data analysis through the stage of condensation data, display data, and draw conclusions or verification. Data condensation refers to selecting, focusing, simplifying, abstracting, and transforming. From the results of the research, it is known that the quality of service for the transfer of rights to buy land on the Palu City Land Office in Central Sulawesi Province is still considered to be less than optimal, this can be seen after going through the data analysis process showing that there are two aspects that are not good, both aspects are responsiviness and assurance.

Abstract

Valproic acid is an anticonvulsant drug that works by increasing the levels of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Determination of valproic acid is quite difficult because it has no chromophore groups in its structure. Aa analytical method using gas chromatography (GC) with flame ionization detector for the determination of valproic acid in human plasma has been developed and optimized. Valproic acid was extracted from plasma by liquid-liquid extraction method using diethyl ether. The optimum analysis conditions for valproic acid in plasma were achieved by regulated gas chromatography injector and detector at a temperature of 250oC and temperature programming with an initial temperature of 70oC and 5oC temperature increasing per minute until a temperature of 100oC, then held for 1 minute. Then the temperature was increased by 2°C per minute until the column temperature to 150oC. The optimum conditions of analysis took 32 minutes. In the concentration range from 40.0 to 100.0 µg/mL yielded a linear calibration curve with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9894. Accuracy (% diff) of this method was -13.67% to 12.33% with precision (CV) between 9.33% to 14.92%, and relative recovery test was 86.33% to 112.33%.

Abstract

Terletak kurang lebih 2,5 km dari wilayah Pantai Goa Cemara, Desa Murtigading berpotensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai desa wisata berwawasan lingkungan dan edukasi berbasis komunitas (community-based Eduecotourism). Salah satu tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran mitra tentang potensi desa Murtigading. Metode yang dilakukan adalah observasi, FGD, pelatihan dan pendampingan khususnya kepada UMKM dan Pengelola BUMDes. Berdasarkan observasi dan FGD dengan komunitas yang ada di Murtigading, desa ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Atraksi alam dan sosial, aksesibilitas jalan, dan pendukung potensi wisata Pendampingan perlu dilakukan sehingga paket wisata edukatif dapat dikemas dengan lebih menarik dan dipromosikan secara lebih intensif.

Abstract

Global challenges demand the availability of human resources (HR) who master science, technology, and art (IPTEKS). The acceleration of educational change is oriented towards the use of technology, especially the integration of learning. Related to these changes, professional teachers are required to have competency in line with existing developments with TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) skills for the realization of quality education. This study aims to analyze the TPACK ability of prospective biology teachers. The research was conducted using a survey method in the form of self-report-measure. The research sample was 150 biology students in semesters 7 and 8 using a random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed from the TPACK questionnaire created by Schmidt et al (2009) and Sahin (2001). The instrument has been tested for validity with a p-value < 0.05 and the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha > 0.05. 0.70. After the data was analyzed, the TPACK abilities of prospective biology teachers were grouped into 5 levels, namely very good, good, medium, and low. The results showed that the preservice teachers in Biology education Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) skills obtained an average of 3.51-4.50 including having good TPACK abilities. Kata kunci: Analysis; Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK); calon guru

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the professionalism of school principals in improving the quality of education based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 40 of 2021. The research method is a qualitative case study approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data processing techniques with reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Data validity technique with source and technique triangulation. Based on the research conducted, the following research results were obtained: aspects of learning development, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya conducts an annual performance evaluation and competency improvement program for teachers and education staff. In terms of school culture, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya develops a vision and mission, creates a safe, disciplined school environment, works according to duties, and collaborates. In terms of improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya conducts coaching, training, supervision, file examination, and evaluation of school programs. In terms of entrepreneurship development, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya opened a hotel school. In terms of assessing the performance of teachers and education staff, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya formed a performance appraisal team. In the aspect of teacher guidance and coaching, the principal of Hang Tuah 1 Senior High School Surabaya provided mentoring and teacher competency training.
