Abstract

An information system is a combination of human resources, data, information technology, and policies/procedures that are regularly integrated to solve business problems and achieve organizational goals. Information systems are also needed in the company's operational activities. An example can be applied to the process of applying for employee benefits. In this research created a system that is used for the process of submitting website-based employee benefits. This system helps HR Service employees to carry out the process of applying for benefits employees of PT Great Giant Pineapple. This system is tested functionally. Based on functional testing it is known that the system meets the required functions.

Abstract

The Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) of Lampung Province routinely holds independent training programs for employees. However, activity data collection is still carried out conventionally which makes it difficult for employees to see the history of the training attended. In fact, these activities have credit numbers that must be recorded carefully because they are related to performance appraisal and have an impact on employee careers. Based on this problem, this research developed a credit scoring information system for self-training programs using a prototyping approach that runs on a web-based platform. The system can provide information about the implementation of independent training activities and employees can make attendance of training activities through the system. Employees can also see the history of the training that has been followed along with the credit score. System testing uses a user acceptance test with a Likert scale which achieves a customer satisfaction index of 92.5%, which shows that it is very satisfying for users and has functioned according to the standards desired by the BPKP of Lampung Province.

Abstract

The regional division of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) in Lampung, known as Witel Lampung, is responsible for managing telecommunication services for customers in the area. However, the current manual process of recording outbound call data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets poses challenges in terms of accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. This affects the decision-making process of finance officers who rely on this data to calculate various metrics and indicators. To address these challenges, Witel Lampung requires an information system that can automate the process of collecting, storing, and analyzing outbound call data. The main objective of this research is to design and develop a user-friendly front-end system for finance officers to automatically calculate outbound call data. The implementation of this system will improve data accuracy and reliability, reduce time and effort required for data management, and enhance the overall efficiency of Witel Lampung's operations, resulting in better customer service and satisfaction. Investing in this system will help Witel Lampung improve its data management capabilities, decision-making process, and overall competitiveness in the telecommunications industry.

Abstract

Lectures are a means of improving students to be able to explore more abilities possessed by each individual. One of the factors that are closely related to the increase in students is lecturers or teaching staff. Lecturers who are at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at the University of Lampung themselves in supervising the improvement of each student have been assisted by a web-based system, namely the MIPA information system. This supervision can be improved by utilizing technological advances, one of which is by developing android-based applications. The development of the Android-based SIMIPA application, especially for lecturers, can improve lecturer supervision for each student guidance at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) at the University of Lampung. The development of this application itself uses one type of Agile Development method, namely the Scrum method and is developed based on the backlog product that has been determined. The result of this research is the development of the SIMIPA application for android-based lecturers successfully developed using the Scrum method. The success of this development shown from the results of testing using the Black box testing method which states the overall functionality the SIMIPA application fits well.

Abstract

This research was conducted to build a decision support system for employee potential assessment at SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Decision support system is made web based with 3 actors namely admin, employees and leaders. The data used comes from the Employee Work Target (SKP) data at SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The selection process is done by collecting employee data and employee performance values along with the criteria used. The data received is processed by the system by determining the priority of each criterion and doing the sum of the weights of each criterion value. The results of functional testing in the SPK Employee Potential Assessment is a compatible system on the computer being tested and all menus on the system are running well. The results of testing the system using Black Box Testing using 20 data employees of SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The conclusion of this research is that the Employee Potential Assessment Decision Support System can help the Head of SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung to conduct a performance evaluation of employees with 100% accuracy. Thus, the SAW method is appropriately used in the Employee Potential Assessment Decision Support System.

Abstract

The University of Lampung conducts routine activities of Introduction to New Student Campus Life (PKKMB) to introduce every building and public facility within the Faculty of Agriculture as well as every building and room inside. New Students and the general public every year. The current state of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the University of Lampung to carry out learning activities online. Thus making every student activity impossible to do directly. So we need a method of presenting 3D visualization information. By using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) system development method, the developed 3D virtual map application can display building layouts and facilities in 3D so that PKKMB activities related to the introduction of existing buildings and public facilities can still be delivered effectively and efficiently. This research was developed through 2 types of testing, namely testing by developers (Alpha) and customer satisfaction (Betha). Alpha testing provides test results. These Applications can operate on various Android with 7.1 to 12 of operating system and also on smartphone with 5.0 to 6.5 inches of screen. These applications can also be operated on smartphones with RAM range in 3GB to 8GB. Respondents stated that the 3D Virtual Map Application for Building K, Building H, Building I , and Building R, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung, had good results with index percentages ranging from 87.5% to 95%.e basics.

Abstract

The development of information technology currently provides opportunities for every company to have business competitiveness so that companies are required to have an information system that is able to support management in increasing company productivity. PT. Ling Komputer Indonesia still uses conventional business processes, in archiving stock data and the retrieval process from suppliers, so it requires a long process that results in data accumulation which results in increased data recording errors to the loss of transaction data. Seeing these problems, designing an information system at PT. Ling Komputer Indonesia is the solution chosen for convenience in the process of recording stock of goods and the process of picking up from suppliers. The information system built using the Waterfall method is expected to be able to help PT. Ling Komputer Indonesia in managing data quickly and precisely. Development of the system using the PHP and MySQL. This inventory information system, obtained results for 10 employees of PT Ling Komputer Indonesia who answered agree with the existence of this system. using the system by 71%.

Abstract

Evaluation of faculty performance is an assessment of the quality of a faculty at the University. This Accreditation Assessment is carried out internally as well as externally by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT). The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences is one of the faculties at the University of Lampung, where faculty accreditation is the most important educational support used as an assessment criterion, namely vision, mission, objectives, student archives, and others. The amount of data is one of the problems faced by faculties in storing accreditation data. Referring to the above problems, it is appropriate to develop an "Faculty Performance Evaluation Information System and the University of Lampung Study Program Implementation Unit using the Laravel Framework" which can facilitate the process of searching for the archives and data needed. This information system was built using the prototype method with three stages, namely Listen To Customer (at this stage the system requirements analysis process is carried out based on customer requirements), Build/Revise Mock Up (at this stage the design and coding process is carried out according to customer requests), and Test Drives Mock Up (at this stage testing the system that has been made to the user is carried out). The coding for the development of this system uses the PHP programming language and to simplify the coding process for the Laravel framework design. The testing method used on this system uses the Black Box Testing method with the Equivalence Partitioning type. The result of this study is a Web-Based Faculty Performance Evaluation Information System that can facilitate staff in inputting the required data.

Abstract

Given the rapid development of technology, it makes competition in the business world and requires UMKMs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) to keep up with the times, so that they can achieve the desired targets in marketing and so that information is more quickly received by consumers.  During this pandemic, many people lost their jobs and switched to running their own businesses to meet their daily needs so it is possible for people to open Ultra Micro UMKM Businesses with a capital of between 2 to 5 million rupiah. With the number of UMKMs developing in Bandar Lampung City, competition is created in the business world, a strategy for sales is needed that can make it easier for sellers and consumers to buy products. Web-based information systems are one way to compete creatively in the business world. This E-commerce Information System has a database of product sales, product suppliers, product data, and sales reports. The database of product data is products purchased through suppliers, then the product sales database is generated from products that have been sold through online sales carried out locally within the scope of Bandar Lampung City. This research method uses Black-box Testing and has involved 3 examiners and showed a good response to the suitability of UMKM E-Commerce needs.

Abstract

The application of technology has an impact on replacing conventional methods with modern ones, one of which is providing document authentication. Signatures can be used as a solution in authenticating documents because they are considered capable of being used as mathematical proof that the document is not modified illegally. The difference that lies between the signature on digital documents and conventional documents is in terms of security. Signatures on conventional documents are prone to forgery. This is due to the absence of evidence to ensure that the document has been signed by the party concerned. Thus, the use of signatures on digital documents is more secure than on conventional documents. The security that is carried out to ensure its authenticity is by utilizing a QR code which contains an id, photo of the signatory which is encoded first using base-64 coding, and a link which is used to verify the authenticity of the document. The verification process carried out to ensure its authenticity is by scanning the QR code embedded in the document. The library developed using Javascript and Waterfall is used as a development method, and the testing method used is black-box testing.
