Jurnal Gesture Seni Tari ini memuat tentang penulisan ilmiah dan penelitian seni tari tradisi dan tari non tradisi di Nusantara, hingga menyinggung persoalan-persoalan yang terkait dengan perkembangan pendidikan seni tari pada abad ini. Sebagai Jurnal Seni yang hadir ditengah-tengah lembaga Prodi Pendidikan Seni Tari; dalam hal ini jurnal gesture akan selalu konsisten untuk berupaya menampung segala bentuk karya tulis ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan bidang (Pengajaran, Pengkajian, Penyajian, Penciptaan, dan Pengelolaan) di Pendidikan Tari FBS Unimed.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the increase in dance creativity in the Jigsaw learning model for students of class VIII-2 in SMP Negeri 13 Medan Learning Year 2018/2019. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 13 Medan, having its address at Jalan Sampali No. 88A, Pandau Hulu II, Medan City. The population in this study were all students of class VIII-2 of SMP Negeri 13 Medan, amounting to 35 students. Samples were taken using total sampling technique, namely the number of the entire population sampled. The method used in this study was the quasi experiment design, the pretest-postest one group. The instrument used in this study is to measure dance creativity through a smart pattern, namely observation. The data analysis technique used is before testing hypotheses, first a prerequisite test is done, namely the normality test, to test the research hypothesis accepted or rejected, then the t test is used. If Ho is rejected, then Ha who says that creativity can improve if a Jigsaw learning model is applied to students in class VIII-2 in SMP Negeri 13 Medan, is validated at the 95% significance level. The results of the study showed hypothesis testing with the SPSS assisted version 17 t test formula. Based on the results of data analysis, it was known that the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 smaller than α = 0,050 or t_count of 12,618 greater than t_table = 2,032 so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Thus, the hypothesis which says there is an increase in dance creativity after the jigsaw learning model is applied significantly to klass VIII-2 students in SMP Negeri 13 Medan T.P 2018/2019 is verified at the level of α = 0.050.Keywords: Jigsaw Learning Model, creativity, pattern RandaiABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas tari dalam model pembelajaran Jigsaw pada siswa kelas VIII-2 di SMP Negeri 13 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 13 Medan yang beralamat di Jalan Sampali No. 88A, Pandau Hulu II, Kota Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII-2 SMP Negeri 13 Medan yang berjumlah 35 siswa. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu jumlah seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen design yakni one group pretest-postest. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengukur kreativitas tari melalui pola randai yaitu observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah sebelum dilakukan pegujian hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas, untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian diterima atau ditolak, maka digunakan uji t. Apabila Ho ditolak, maka Ha yang mengatakan bahwa kreativitas dapat meningkatkan jika diterapkan model pembelajaran Jigsaw pada siswa kelas VIII-2 di SMP Negeri 13 Medan, teruji kebenarannya pada taraf signifikansi 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t sampel berpasangan berbantuan SPSS versi 17. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diketahui bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari α = 0,050 atau  sebesar 12,618 lebih besar dari  = 2,032 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis nol ditolak, sedangkan hipotesis alternatif diterima. Dengan demikian, hipotesis yang berbunyi ada peningkatan kreativitas tari setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran jigsaw secara signifikan pada Siswa Kelas VIII-2 di SMP Negeri 13 Medan T.P 2018/2019 teruji kebenarannya pada taraf α = 0,050.Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran Jigsaw, kreativitas, berpola Randai

Abstract

ABSTRACT-This study aims to describe the type of Quantum Teaching learning model in Malay dance learning for Kualuh Aekkanopan Private Middle School students. This research uses Saiman's theory which is applied based on barren (Grow, Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat, and Celebrate). The method used is a quantitative method involving 25 students of class VII1 in Kualuh Private Middle School as a sample. This study uses two assessment instruments, namely the assessment of creativity and the assessment of the Tandur type Quantum Teaching. Based on the results of the study it was obtained that, with the existence of the Quantum Teaching learning model this type of learning can foster students' interest in learning dance and can provide insight into creating new dance creations. Before conducting this research, member pre-test researchers to determine the ability of students, so that the average value of the class is 61.2908. Next, the researcher gave a post test using a straightforward type Quantum Teaching learning model, while what was done to get the post test score required 3x meetings, the first meeting applied with growth and natural, second applied by name and demonstration, the third applied repeat and celebrate. The data from post test obtained a class average of 81.5022. From the calculation of the hypothesis test conducted, it is obtained thitung = 13.41 real level α = 0.05 and ttable = 1.67722, meaning that tcount> ttabe l (13.41> 1.67722) means that there is a very significant increase. Thus it can be concluded that given the Tandur type Quantum Teaching learning model can improve students' abilities.  Keyword : Learning Model Quantum Teaching Tips, Creativity, Learning Dance     ABSTRAK-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe tandur pada pembelajaran tari Melayu untuk siswa SMP Swasta Kualuh Aekkanopan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Saiman yang diaplikasi  berasaskan tandur (Tumbuhkan, Alami, Namai, Demonstrasikan, Ulangi, dan Rayakan). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 25 siswa kelas VII1 di SMP Swasta Kualuh sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua instrument penilaian yaitu penilaian kreativitas dan penilian Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa, dengan adanya model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe tandur ini dapat menumbuhkan minat siswa dalam belajar tari dan dapat memberikan wawasan dalam membuat tarian kreasi baru. Sebelum melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti member pre test untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta didik, sehingga diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 61,2908. Selanjutnya peneliti memberi post test dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe tandur, adapun yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan nilai post test membutuhkan 3x pertemuan,  pertemuan pertama mengaplikasikan dengan tumbuhkan dan alami, kedua mengaplikasikan dengan namai dan demontrasikan, ketiga mengaplikaskan dengan ulangi dan rayakan. Data hasil post test memperoleh rata-rata kelas yaitu 81,5022.  Dari perhitungan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan diperoleh thitung = 13,41taraf nyata α = 0,05 dan ttabel = 1,67722, berarti thitung>ttabe l(13,41> 1,67722) artinya bahwa ada peningkatan yang sangat signifikan.  Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan diberikan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching tipe Tandur dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa. Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Quantum Teaching tipe tandur, Kreativitas, Pembelajaran Tari

Abstract

Peoples Pakpak called the term dance with the wordTatak. Tatak Tintoa Serser(mangirik page) describes the work to harvest rice from beginning to end. Thisstudy aims to explore the value of mutual cooperation contained in Tatak TintoaSerser views from the variety of motion.The cornerstone of the theory used in this study is an understanding of the valueand the theory of solidarity.Time used in research to address Tatak Tintoa Serser carried out since January2016 to March 2016. The study was conducted in the village of Salak, DistrictSalak, Pakpak Bharat. The population once the sample in this study is a resourceand dancers who controlled the culture and dance. Data collection techniquesincluding observation, interviews, literature study and documentation, which isthen analyzed by qualitative descriptive method.The results obtained are moral values such as solidarity and mutual aid values arereflected through movements that are arranged in Tatak Tintoa Serser namelymotion Mangirik Page, motion Manarsari, motion Erserakan Page, motionMangumpulkan Page and motion carry on the hand Page.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the Value of Ethics and Aesthetics Meudikee Anggok In Dayah Darul Huda Bayi Village District Lhoksukon District Luas Aceh. Aims to describe Ethical and Esthetic Value of Meudikee Anggok In Dayah Darul Huda Bayi Village, Lhoksukon Sub-district, Lhokukon District, Aceh. The theory used in this study is the ethical theory of K. Bertens According to K. Bertens The ethical theory according to K. Bertens (1993: 53) that ethics is the conscience (inner life), how to be ethical and good that actually arise from self awareness. Based on the theory of K. Bertens concluded that every human being has experience of the conscience and that experience is the most obvious encounter with morality as a reality, it is difficult to show another experience that is so frankly the ethical dimension of our lives. Hence the experience of the conscience is an appropriate entry point about ethics. Time in use in this study is during (two months), ie from July to September. The location of this research was conducted in Bayi Village, North Aceh District. The population in this study are artists who know about Meudikee Anggok dance, and the sample is Aneuk Dikee (son of Zikir). The research data analysis used is descriptive qualitative, data collecting technique done by obsevasi, literature study, interview, and documentation. Based on the data collected, it can be seen that Meudikee Anggok has been known for a long time. The number of boys who performed Meudikee Anggok at the beginning of choreographer formation was 16 Aneuk Dikee and 4 syeh (radad). Meudikee anggok has ethical values contained in the ethics of movement 1. Respect 2. Saleum. 6. Noble Prophets and 7. Prayers. Aesthetic value that can be observed every movement at 3. Istigfar, 4. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang tari Sampayoyang terdapat pada wilayah Pesisirkota Sibolga yang bertujuan mengetahuitentang keberadaan tari, interaksi simbol dan bentukpenyajiannya.   Untukmembahas tujuan penelitian diatas, digunakan teori-teori yang berhubungan dengan topik penelitian, seperti teori tari, pengertian keberadaan, teori interaksi simbol serta teori bentuk.   Waktu yang digunakan dalam penelitian dalam membahas Interaksi Simbol Tari Sampayo Pada Masyarakat Pesisir Kota Sibolga selama 2 bulan yaitu pada awal juli 2014 sampai denganagustus 2014. Tempat lokasi penelitian adalah daerah Pesisirkota Sibolga, Sumatera Utara. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah  3 orang Lembaga Adat Kesenian Pesisir kota Sibolga, 2Perwakilan Dinas Kebudayaan Pemuda dan Olahraga (BUDPARPORA), 4 orang penari serta 3 orang pemusik Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.   Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, interaksi simbol yang terdapat dalam tari Sampayo pada masyarakat Sibolga tergambarkan melalui simbol- simbol gerak yang terdapat pada tarian tersebut salah satunya simbol hormat, dengan membuka kedua tangan sambil membungkukkan badan, menandakan sikap sopan santun menghargai dan menghormati yang ditujukan kepada tuhan yang maha Esa dan sesama manusia. Pola gerak melingkar yang menggambarkan keakraban masyarakat Pesisir, dan sapu tangan turun juga menggambarkan kebersamaan masyarakat Pesisir dalam menjalani kehidupan serta membangun tali silaturahmi. Dari simbol-simbol diatas merupakan bentuk terjadinya interaksi antara penari dengan pengantin, tuhan serta masyarakat melalui gerak tari tersebut yang memiliki pesan yang di tujukan untuk penganti dan masyarakat.Tidak hanya gerak, pantun Sampayo yang dinyanyikan oleh penari yang artinya merupakan bentuk nasehat untuk kedua pengantin dalam menjalani hidup berumah tangga. Alat musik yang digunakan menguatkan nuansa masyarakat Pesisir yang tinggal di pinggiran pantai, tergambarkan dari iringan tari yang diiringi secara langsung yang menggunakan seperangkat alat musik yaitu Gendang Batapik, Biola, Accordion dan Singkadu.Musik yang digunakan adalah musik tradisional PesisirSibolga yaitu musik sikambang. Abstract

ABSTRACT             This study is behind the background by low learning ability of students in the process of dance learning Cek Minah Sayang, this marks the students below KKM average of 75, and so the way a teacher performs conventional learning is the method of speech alone. The purpose of this research is to describe the model of the learning Team Games Tournament question card on dance learning Cek Minah Sayang in an effort to improve the students’ learning ability at SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. The method in this study utilizes quantitative precision using M. Fathurrohman’s model of study theory that contains model steps Team Games Tournament, the kind of research is Quasi Experimental Design a pretest-postest Group Design. The instrument of study used an objective test in the from of essay 10 problems the have already been tested for validation of item items. From our research, for the experiment class, the average  pretest score is 46,67 and the average postest is 90. The average pretest control class is 34,67 and postest average is 67,34. Students learning skills are enhanced by modeling Team Games Tournament question card is 80% whereas students’ learning skills are taught without using models Team Games Tournament  cards based on 47%. Data obtained through test analysis t is tcount> ttable (3,580> 1,694) HO  rejected and Ha  accepted is that there is a difference in the results of a students’ learing ability after establishing a model of learning Team Games Tournament question card about students SMP. Keywords: A model of learning Team Games Tournament, question card, ability of learning, Cek Minah Sayang.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan belajar siswa dalam proses pembelajaran tari Cek Minah Sayang, hal ini ditandai dengan nilai rata-rata siswa dibawah KKM yaitu 75, demikian pula cara guru melaksanakan pembelajaran yang masih bersifat konvensional yaitu metode ceramah saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament Berbasis Kartu Soal pada pembelajaran tari Cek Minah Sayang dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teori model pembelajaran M. Fathurrohman yang mengandung langkah-langkah model Team Games Tournament, jenis penelitiannya adalah Quasi Experimental Design yaitu Pretest-Posttest Group Design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes objektif dalam bentuk essay berjumlah 10 soal yang sudah diuji validasi butir item. Dari hasil penelitian, untuk kelas eksperimen diproleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 46,67 dan nilai rata-rata posttes sebesar 90. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pretest kelas kontrol sebesar 34,67 dan nilai rata-rata posttest sebesar 67,34. Peningkatan kemampuan belajar siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran dengan model Team Games Tournament Berbasis Kartu Soal yaitu 80% sedangkan kemampuan belajar siswa yang diajarkan tanpa menggunakan model Team Games Tournament Berbasis Kartu Soal yaitu 47%. Data yang diperoleh dengan analisis uji t yaitu thitung > ttabel (3,580 > 1,694) Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yaitu ada perbedaan hasil kemampuan belajar siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament Berbasis Kartu Soal pada siswa SMP. Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran Team Games Tournament,  Kartu Soal, Kemampuan Belajar, Cek Minah Sayang.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the application of learning and the result of learning Sitalasari dance through audio visual on students at Bintang Langkat junior high school. In this discussion using the theories related to research topics such as audio visual theory and the result of learning. The method used quantitative methods. Population in the course of a study as well as an example of a study Bintang Langkat junior high school. The data collection technique consisted of field observation and test. Based on this study, it can be seen that through the audio visual media student the result of learning in the material in class VII Sitalasari Bintang Langkat Junior high school. Ratings were used in this study is the assessment of psychomotor (skill) and attitude. In psychomotor assessment results obtained after the study is fairly good student the result of learning, namely the amount of the average value of students reached 75.5% of students who achieve mastery of 25 people and students who do not achieve mastery of 5 people. The result are considered sufficient because it meet the of specified benchmark by 83.33% of student who complete and 16.66% of students who do not achieve mastery. Assessment of student the result of learning with attitudes, values, excellent students there are eight people, the percentage was 26.67% of students with good people grades there are 17 people, the percentage is 56.66% on sufficent student score 5 people percentagenya is 16.67.

Abstract

Abstract-This research is a research that aims to produce Gandang dance learning products in the form of interactive multimedia using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker program for high school level. The packaging stages used in this research are the stages of packaging according to Cracker Jack in the stage of product completion. The research method used is a mixed method, namely quantitative descriptive which is qualitatively known as it is known that the validated data is then narrated. The sample in this study was the resource person, the gandang dance and two dancers from the students of the Dance Education Study Program. Packaging is carried out in three stages. First, collect materials, process the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker, and evaluate the product in terms of language, layout, background, and suitability of the material through a validity test and then it is ready to use. This procedure can be achieved through collaboration using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker program. The results obtained are based on the feasibility test with a score of 72 by material experts and the results of the feasibility test with a score of 74 by media experts. The percentage of eligibility for material experts is 98.6% and the percentage of media eligibility is 96%. Thus, the results of the research on the packaging of Gandang dance learning in the form of interactive multimedia based on Kvisoft Flipbook Maker for the high school level are included in the very appropriate category for use in the field. Keywords: Packaging, Gandang Dance, Interactive, Kvisoft Flipbook Maker.  Abstrak - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran tari Gandang dalam bentuk multimedia interaktif dengan menggunakan program Kvisoft Flipbook Maker untuk tingkat SMA. Tahapan pengemasan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tahapan pengemasan menurut Cracker Jack dalam tapah penyelesaian produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode campuran yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif yang dikualitatifkan sebagaimana diketahui bahwa data yang divalidasikan lalu dinarasikan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah narasumber, tari gandang dan dua orang penari dari mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Tari. Pengemasan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan. Pertama mengumpulkan bahan, proses pengerjaan Kvisoft Flipbook Maker, dan evaluasi produk dari segi bahasa, tata letak, background, dan kesesuaian materi melalui uji validitas dan kemudian siap digunakan. Prosedur tersebut dapat dicapai melalui kerjasama dengan menggunakan program Kvisoft Flipbook Maker. Hasil yang didapat berdasarkan uji kelayakan dengan skor 72 oleh ahli materi dan hasil uji kelayakan dengan skor 74 oleh ahli media. Persentase kelayakan ahli materi adalah 98,6% dan persentase kelayakan media 96%. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian pengemasan pembelajaran tari Gandang berbentuk multimedia interaktif berbasis Kvisoft Flipbook Makeruntuk tingkat SMA termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan di lapangan. Kata Kunci: Packaging, Gandang Dance, Interactive, Kvisoft Flipbook Maker.

Abstract

This study discusses the Influence Use of Audio Visual Media in Learning Dance Of Learning Outcomes In High School Student Class XI Darussalam aims to describe the field and know the effect of the use of audio-visual media to the learning outcomes of students in dancing Ranup Lampuan in SMA Darussalam Medan. To discuss the purpose of the study above, use the theories related to the topic of this research is the theory of learning, learning theory, dance, theory of learning outcomes and audio-visual media. Time used in this study is for 2 (two) months, namely in July 2016 to August 2016. The study site is a Private School High School Darussalam Medan is located on the street. Darussalam No. 26 ABC, Petisah Medan, Medan, North Sumatra. The population in this study were high school Darussalam Medan, while samples were students of class XI IPA SMA Darussalam Medan. Analysis of the data in this study using quantitative descriptive, namely data collection techniques by observation, library research, assessment questionnaires, and documentation. The results based on the data collected can be seen that the ability of the students in learning the dance Ranup Lampuan class XI SMA Darussalam Medan before and after using audio-visual media obtained by the average value of 65.10 and 76.95. From these data it can be seen an increase in the value of before use and after use audio-visual media. Learning Dance Ranup Lampuan using audio-visual media positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of students of class XI SMA Darussalam Medan. Keywords : Audio-visual
