Abstract

Website is one of the tools used State Islamic University to facilitate and share information - their current information. However, with so many websites makes the user (users) difficult to obtain such information at a time. Users are required to open the website one by one which takes quite a long time.This study uses web grabbing technique or what is often referred to as web scrapping / web fetching, the technique of taking content from a server or website and display it in the system. In its implementation, the system uses the PHP cURL library which is used to retrieve the content of the website. Integrated web portal system is able to retrieve contents the latest information of website and be able to display it back on the system without need to enter or change the data. This system is very useful for users who need the latest informations.

Abstract

The study of onmagnetic clay’s synthesis and characterization, Mg/Al hydrotalcite-magnetite, in precipitation method has been done. This study aims to determine the material magnetism and stability characteristics  of  Mg/Al  hydrotalcite-magnetite  to  the  changing  in  pH  of medium. Synthesis of Mg/Al hydrotalcite - magnetite conducted in two phases namely the formation of magnetite phase and magnetic synthetic clay phase formation. At the stage of the magnetite phaseformation, magnetite with a molar ratio of Fe(III) : Fe(II) = 1:1 and 2:1 , synthesized  by  coprecipitation  method using  NaOH solution  at  pH13.  Then  part  of the magnetite  material  obtained,  were  characterized using  X  -  Ray  Diffraction  (XRD)  and Fourier  Transform  Infrared  (FTIR).  At  the stage of  the Mg/Al  hydrotalcite  -  magnetite formation, magnetite respectively were synthesized with the molar ratio of Fe(III) : Fe (II) = 1:1 and 2:1, further be precipitated with a solution of magnesium nitrate and aluminum nitrate in molar ratio Mg:Al = 2:1. In this stage the pH of medium been maintained at range of 10-13, and then carried out the hydrothermal treatment at a temperature of 110 ° C for 5 hours. After the precipitate is separated by using a centrifuge, the feculence bedried and the material obtained were characterized using XRD and FTIR. The results show synthesized magnetite with amolarratio of Fe(III): Fe(II) =1:1 had diffractogram, and IR spectra better than synthesized magnetite with the molar ratio of Fe(III): Fe(II) = 2 : 1. The same results were also obtained in the synthesis of Mg/Al hydrotalcite-magnetite, where the Mg/Al hydrotalcite-magnetite synthesized from magnetite with a molarratio ofFe(III): Fe(II) =1:1is betterthan theMg/Alhydrotalcite-magnetite synthesizedfrommagnetitewith amolarratio ofFe(III): Fe(II) =1:1. Magentism test for Mg/Alhydrotalcite-magnetite material shown that this material has capability for interacting with external magnetic field. Result of the Mg/Alhydrotalcite-magnetite’s stability test at pH range 2-14, shown that the Mg/Alhydrotalcite-magnetite is relatively stable at pH above 4 and relatively lessstable at pH below 4.

Before it we must know about the domain, range, discontinuity, symmetry, intercepts, extent, critical points, concavity, and asymptotes. The behavior of curve over the x where no f’(x) is observed, also odd function and even function. That’s  many aspect of sketching curve.

Abstract

F. cancrivora is an abundance species in Indonesia. It is believed that indigenous bacteria isolated from F. cancrivora have many bioactive substances. Different habitat of F. cancrivora will influence the bacteria lived in their mucous. Hence, comparing the morphological properties among them is one of preliminary assay to explore their potential as bioactive substances’ producer. The present work explored the diversity of morphological characteristic of indigenous bacteria isolated from skin mucous of F. cancrivora. The bacteria were isolated from dorsal and ventral skin mucous using swab method. The colonies that appeared on nutrient agar were then purified and characterized based on the colony and cell properties. A total 20 isolates were obtained, 11 of them are from dorsal site and 9 isolates are from ventral site. The morphological characteristic of those isolates showed that the bacteria isolated from dorsal site have higher diversity in term of colonies and cell characteristic than bacteria isolated from ventral site of frog skin mucous.

Abstract

Oracle XE 10g (Express Edition) is an Oracle edition which purposed to the requirement of the data management for small enterprise to the middle enterprise which freeware licence. Unfortunately, Oracle XE 10g database capacity limited 4 GB. One of the methods in a distributed database system is heterogenous distributed database systems use partialy connected network topology to solve the problem of the capacity limit at Oracle XE 10g. To increase the data storage capacity, the oracle XE database connected to the MySQL database with the help of the simulation database ODBC link academic information system.

Abstract

Learning has been done using the quiz team "think fast do best" for material Reaction of Oxidation Reduction in class X MAN Model Singkawang academic year 2011/2012. The main purpose of the creation method of quiz team "think fast do best" is to increase interest and student learning outcomes that previously could not be done with the lecture method. Learning quiz team method begins by dividing students into small groups. All members of the group together to learn the subject matter guided by the teacher, and then continued by discussing the worksheets to reinforce students' understanding. After finishing the discussion, held an academic competition in the form of a quiz. In practice, the quiz can be provided with a variety of simulation/games to reduce boredom in the classroom learning. Quiz team "think fast do best" methods was created as an alternative exciting quiz game that has many advantages, such as, can simultaneously determine students' progress, diagnose students' learning difficulties, enhance cooperation of students in learning, provide feedback, increased interest and motivation of students to learn better, and can instill character values in students. In addition, the results of observation and student questionnaire shown that the quiz team "think fast do best" method made to increase student interest and proven to help students to understand the subject matter, particularly the matter oxidation numbers, as demonstrated by the results of post-test and test formative (daily tests) where the majority of students get good value (above KKM set).

Abstract

This study aims to implement a translator and enhancer applications vowel in learning the classics / yellow bible and do analysis if the application is feasible and can be used to meet the users as well as in accordance with Islamic Schools learning model. This study uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) that steps are requirements analysis, system design, system development, implementation and testing as well as analysis of the implementation. In making this application was built on the Android 2.3 platform with Tesseract OCR Engine and Tesstwo library and use a Java IDE and Eclipse ADT. In this study concluded that the application can recognize 90.3% of the Arabic alphabet, especially yellow bible of book of prints for the 65.17% level of user satisfaction.

Abstract

Synthesis of MCM-41 through hydrothermal process toward the mixture of 7.52 g Na2SiO3 and 2.28 g cethyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) in 19 ml H2O adjusted at pH 10 by using H2SO4 solution 1 M has been done. The mixture was continuously stirred for 2 h at room temperature, moved to autoclave and proceeded hydrothermally at 150oC for 36 h. The solid product was filtered, washed, dried in oven at 80oC for 24 h, and then calcined at 550oC for 6 h. While, for synthesis of NH2-MCM-41, mixture of 1,0 gr MCM-41 and 2,0 mL (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APTMS) was refluxed for 24 h with 100 mL toluene. The solid product was filtered off and washed with toluene and ethanol respectively and dried in oven at 50oC for 2 h. The solid product was characterized by infrared spectrophotometry, X- ray diffraction, TEM method, and sorption N2. The results of FTIR analysis showed the presence of Si-OH and Si-O-Si groups in the structure of MCM-41 and NH2-MCM-41. The existence of amino propyl functional groups was observed in the spectra NH2-MCM-41 showed the anchoring process against MCM-41 has been successfully carried out. The pattern of X-ray diffractgram and TEM image results for MCM-41 and NH2-MCM-41 showed a uniform hexagonal pore structure. The results of the analysis of N2 gas fisisorpsi by BET method showed that after anchoring process, the size of the surface area, pore diameter, and total pore volume decreases. The synthesized MCM-41 and NH2-MCM-41 were applied as adsorbent of Hg(II) in aqueous solution at pH 4. Adsorption of Hg(II) using  MCM-41 followed the first order mechanism with value of k1 1.73 x 10-3 minute-1, while adsorption of Hg(II) using NH2-MCM-41 fit well the second order mechanism with value of k2  3.97 x 10-5  (g/mol.minute). NH2-MCM-41 possesed better adsorption capacities, i.e. 63,29 mg/g (3,16 x 10-4  mol/g) than MCM-41, i.e. 14,21 mg/g (7,09 x 10-5 mol/g).

Abstract

Research of decolorization technique development with electrolysis method used graphite electrodes and Na2SO4 as the electrolyte solution has been done. This study was conducted to assess the capabilities of graphite electrodes in electrodecolorizer cell and the adding effect of Na2SO4 in remazol violet 5R dyes decolorization. the assessment on electrodecolorizer cell performance had been done by electrolyzing 50 ml solution of remazol violet 5R, at 5 V of voltage in the Na2SO4 electrolyte solution. The electrolysis had been done based on the variation of the contact time, up to 120 minutes. On the other hand, study on the adding effect of the Na2SO4 salt solution had been done by the absorbance measuring of the remazol violet 5R dye remained in the solution, as the result of electrolysis process in the various concentrations of Na2SO4: 0.025 ; 0.05, 0.1, 0.5 and 1 M. The result shows that electrolysis using graphite electrode on the elektrodecolorization process of the remazol violet 5R dye,  has dye digression capability up to 83% for 90 minutes without precipitate forming. The elektrodecolorization kinetics reaction of the  violet Remazol-5R dye, appropriate to the first order reaction kinetics equation with a coefficient of reaction rate 0.017 ppm/minute. While the variation of the salt concentration in electrolysis process, showing that the percentage of the remazol violet 5R dye degraded  increased along with the amount of Na2SO4  concentrations used. Based on UV-Vis spectrophotometry analysis, there is no absorption spectra observed at a wavelength of 200-700 nm in the violet Remazol-5R dye solution after electrolysis process. It means that the chromophore group of the remazol violet 5R, had been degraded.
