Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar E-LKPD Tipe Search, Solve, Create And Share (SSCS) pada materi Sistem Ekskresi Ginjal Manusia yang tervalidasi oleh ahli. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4Dyang terdiri dari define, design, develop dan disseminate namun hanya dilakukan sampai tahap deveop. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 11 Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar wawancara, angket kebutuhan siswa, angket validassi dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian ini berupa pengembangan E-LKPD tipe Search, Solve, Create And Share (SSCS) pada materi Sistem Ekskresi Ginjal Manusia untuk siswa SMP. Hasil validasi ahli terhadap bahan ajar E-LKPD pada materi Sistem Ekskresi Ginjal Manusia yang telah dikembangkan secara keseluruhan memperoleh skor rata˗rata dalam kategori sangat valid atau sangat layak, yang menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar yang dikembangkan telah layak secara konseptual dari aspek materi, bahasa dan media. Sedangkan hasil respon siswa yang dilakukan oleh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Bengkulu terhadap bahan ajar E˗LKPD berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) Tipe Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS), secara keseluruhan memperoleh persentase rata˗rata dalam kategori sangat baik. Artinya bahwa sebagian besar siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap bahan ajar E˗LKPD.   Kata Kunci : E-LKPD, Ekskresi, SSCS   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the feasibility of the Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS) E-LKPD teaching materials on the Human Kidney Excretion System material which is validated by experts. This type of research is development research (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate but only carried out until the development stage. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu City. The instruments used in this study were interview sheets, student needs questionnaires, validation questionnaires and student response questionnaires. The result of this research is the development of Search, Solve, Create And Share (SSCS) type E-LKPD on Human Kidney Excretion System material for junior high school students. The results of expert validation of the E-LKPD teaching materials on the Human Kidney Excretion System material that has been developed as a whole obtain an average score in the very valid or very feasible category, which indicates that the developed teaching materials are conceptually feasible from the material, language and language aspects. media. While the results of student responses conducted by class VIII students of SMP Negeri 11 Bengkulu City to E-LKPD teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) Type Search, Solve, Create and Share (SSCS), overall obtained an average percentage in the very category. good. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Pembelajaran IPA dapat dikaitkan dengan konten etnosains. Pembelajaran dengan konten etnosains ini dapat membuat ketertarikan siswa, meningkatkan hasil belajar, serta melestarikan kearifan lokal di Bengkulu. Kearifan lokal tersebut berupa rumah adat tahan gempa yaitu Rumah Rejang yang terletak di Lebong – Bengkulu. Pada saat gempa, rumah Rejang memiliki keseimbangan dari gaya-gaya yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA konsep gaya dan kategori peningkatannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif yaitu pre-eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain one group pretest-postest. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa data yang didapat di lapangan dan perhitungan dengan rumus uji paired sample t-test yaitu sig 0,00 < 0,05 yang berarti pembelajaran dengan penggunaan etnosains meningkat secara signifikan. Selanjunya, peningkatan hasil belajar dengan penggunaan etnosains dilihat dari N Gain Score yaitu sebesar 0,58 yang berada pada kategori “sedang” yang berarti terdapat peningkatan yang cukup efektif sesudah penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA pada konsep gaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan etnosains dalam pembelajaran IPA konsep gaya dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa di SMP Negeri 04 Kota Bengkulu.   Kata kunci: Konsep Gaya, Etnosains, Rumah Rejang   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after the use of etnoscience in science learning force and motion concept to increase students outcomes and the category of improvement. The method used in this study is quantitative, namely pre-eksperiment using a one group pretest-postest design. Collecting data through the instrument of learning outcomes test in the form of multiple choice aimed at 32 students in grades VII-8 in junior high school in four cities of Bengkulu. The instrument of the question has been tested for validity by three expert.then the questions were tested on 31 students (empirical validity). Criteria based on the validity index, it was found that rcount 0,579 > rtabel 0,335, then the question is valid. As for the reliability index criteria that alpha r11 0,84 > 0,70 which means the instrument is about the reliability. This study found that the instrument used to measure student learning outcomes was valid and reliable. Also, good discrimination and moderate difficulty. Furthermore, data analysis in this study is divided into 3 techniques, namely: first is descriptive analysis, second is inferential analysis, and third is N Gain. The results showed that the data obtained in the field and calculated using the paired sample t-test formula, namely sig 0,00 < 0,05, which means that learning by using ethnoscience has increased significantly. Furthermore, the increase in learning outcomes with the use of ethnoscience is seen from the n Gain Score, which is in the “medium” category, which means that there is a fairly effective increase after the use of    ethnoscience learning force and motion concept. So, the use of ethnoscience learning force and motion concept can improve students science learning outcomes at State Junior High School 04 Bengkulu city.    Keywords: Concept Force annd motion, Ethnoscience, Rejang House

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian untuk membekalkan keterampilan menulis bahan ajar IPA berbasis STREM-R menggunakan Triple Step Writing Strategy (TS-WS) secara daring beserta kendala-kendala selama pembelajaran. Strategi TS-WS meliputi perencanaan, translasi, dan revisi. Sample mahasiswa calon guru berjumlah 26 orang menggunakan satu kelas. The One Group Pre-Test & Post-Test Design. Penugasan menulis bahan ajar awal (O1) selanjutnya dilakukan perlakuan TS-WS dan merevisi tulisan bahan ajar/bahan ajar akhir (O2). Pengukuran keterampilan menulis menggunakan instrumen skoring dan  rubric asesmen kinerja. Analisis data menggunakan normalized gain (n-gain,) perhitungan persentase pada kriteria tertentu dan uji statistik wilcoxon. Instrumen kendala pembelajaran menggunakan angket pertanyaan terstruktur dan catatan lapangan yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil n-gain bahan ajar secara umum menunjukkan 32% berkriteria sedang dan 44% berkriteria rendah. Uji wilcoxon menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara tulisan bahan ajar awal dan tulisan bahan ajar akhir. Kendala-kendala, antara lain: kesulitan membuat indikator pencapaian kompetensi, menganalisis dimensi pengetahuan, menerapkan STEM-R pada konten materi IPA, dan kondisi pembelajaran daring. Strategi TS-WS dapat membekalkan keterampilan menulis bahan Ajar IPA STEM-R pada sebagian besar mahasiswa calon guru   Kata  kunci— Bahan Ajar IPA, STEM-R, Triple Step Writing Strategy   ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to improve the skill in writing science-based STREM-R teaching materials using the Triple Step Writing Strategy (TS-WS) online, along with finding out the challenges encountered during the learning process. The TS-WS strategy includes planning, translation, & revision. The sample consists of 26 pre-service teachers in one class. The research uses the One Group Pre-Test & Post-Test Design. Assignments given were writing initial teaching materials (O1) followed by TS-WS treatment and revising the teaching materials/final teaching materials (O2). Writing skill assessment was done using a scoring instrument & performance assessment rubric. Data were analyzed using normalized gain (n-Gain), percentage calculations for certain criteria, & Wilcoxon statistical test. The learning challenges instrument used was a structured questionnaire & field notes were analyzed descriptive-qualitatively. The overall n-Gain of the teaching materials showed 32% to be "moderate" & 44% to be "low". The Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference between the writings of initial and final teaching materials. Some of the challenges encountered are difficulties in creating performance indicators, analyzing knowledge dimensions, applying STEM-R to science content and online learning conditions. The TS-WS strategy can provide improve the pre-service teacher's skills in writing science-based STEM-R teaching materials. Keywords— Science Teaching Materials, STEM-R, Triple Step Writing Strategy

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang terjadi dalam ketrampilan proses fisika siswa pada konsep kalor dan pengukuran antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran dengan mini labs dan pembelajaran demonstrasi serta mengetahui manakah diantara pembelajaran dengan mini labs dan pembelajaran demonstrasi yang lebih tinggi dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan proses. Penelitian ini tergolong dalam quasi eksperimen, yang melibatkan variabel perlakuan  berupa ketrampilan proses (processing skill) pada pembelajaran Mini Labs dan pembelajaran demonstrasi untuk materi pokok pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Nanggung tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 yang terdiri dari 5 kelas. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 kelas eksperimen yang dipilih dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pre test, penilaian ketrampilan proses pada materi kalor, penilaian ketrampilan proses pada materi pengukuran dan post test. Sedangkan teknik analisis data uji hipotesis menggunakan uji MANOVA dengan SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam ketrampilan proses fisika siswa pada materi kalor dan pengukuran antara siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran mini labs dan pembelajaran demonstrasi, dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kelompok pembelajaran mini labs adalah 73,76 dan kelompok pembelajaran demonstrasi adalah 66,88 dan fhitung berdasarkan prosedur Pillai’s Trace, Wilks’ Lambda, Hotelling’s Trace, dan Roy’s Largest Root adalah lebih besar dari ftabel (fhitung  =12.259 > 4,043); (2) Pembelajaran dengan mini labs lebih tinggi dibandingkan pembelajaran demonstrasi dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan proses dilihat dari nilai peningkatan kelompok pembelajaran mini labs yang tergolong kategori sedang sedangkan dan kelompok pembelajaran demonstrasi tergolong kategori rendah. Penilaian terhadap ketrampilan proses siswa pada kegiatan pembelajaran pengukuran mendapatkan hasil bahwa siswa dari kelompok mini labs memperoleh lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran demonstrasi.   Kata Kunci : ketrampilan proses (processing skill) , mini labs, demonstrasi.   ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the differences that occur in the process of students' physics skills on the concept of heat and measurement between students who use learning with mini labs and demonstration learning and to find out which learning with mini labs and demonstration learning is higher in improving process skills. This research is classified as a quasi-experimental study, which involves the treatment variable in the form of processing skills in Mini Labs learning and disclosure learning for measuring subject matter. The population in this study were all class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Nanggung for the 2022/2023 academic year, consisting of 5 classes. This research involved 2 experimental classes which were selected by proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used the pre test, the process of assessing skills in the heat material, the process of assessing skills in measuring the material and the post test. While the data analysis technique to test the hypothesis using the MANOVA test with SPSS. Based on the analysis of the data obtained by the research results, namely: (1) There is a significant difference in students' physics process skills in heat and measurement material between students using mini labs learning and demonstration learning, seen from the average value of the mini labs learning group is 73, 76 and the demonstration learning group is 66.88 and fcount based on Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Lambda, Hotelling's Trace, and Roy's Largest Root procedures is greater than ftable (fcount = 12.259 > 4.043); (2) Learning with mini labs is higher than demonstration learning in improving process skills seen from the value of the increase in the mini labs learning group which is classified as medium category while the demonstration learning group is classified as low category. The assessment of process skills in learning measurement activities resulted in that students from the mini lab group obtained better results than demonstration learning.   Keywords: process skills, mini labs, demonstrations.
