Abstract

This study aims to determine the diversity of macrobentos that exist in the turtle conservation pond University of Bengkulu which serve as a source of learning science class VII MTsN 2 Bengkulu City. This research was conducted in February 2017 until May 2017. The sampling of macrobentos using a quadrant transect measuring 1x1 meter made of 6 quadrants. Based on the results of research conducted obtained 1,086 individuals belonging to macrobentos belonging to 3 genus namely, Bellamnya, Faunus, and Pomaceae. The data obtained were calculated based on macrobentos community structure consisting of population density (KP), relative abundance (KR), presence frequency (FK), Diversity Index (H ') and dominance index (C). The macrobentos diversity index found in turtle conservation ponds is below 1.5, with the result it can be said that in both turtle conservation ponds it has low macrobentos diversity. Development of learning refers to the modified Dick & Carey model. The lessons developed include Syllabus, RPP, LKPD, and performance appraisal instruments that are viewed from the students' process skills. The result of the validation of learning development shows that the teaching materials developed are very feasible in the test try to learners. The results showed that the average of students' process skills from the aspect of the highest performance performance was in good criteria. This is indicated by the percentage that reaches 67%. While the criteria include very good reached 33%. While for the result of measurement of process skill of student which counted by classical which counted on each indicator included into good category and very good.

Abstract

This study aims to inventory the type of necton, knowing the structure of the necton community and measuring the critical thinking skills of students of class VII.1 SMPN 1 Ujan Mas Kepahiang. The results showed that the necton obtained from the Taman Pintar pond amounted to 7 species and Pipi Putih Pond totaling 4 species. The necton species in the Taman Pintar pond  with the highest KP, KS, and FK values are tin head fish with KP, KR, and FK values respectively  0.102 idv / m2, 75.71% and 83%. While on the Pipi Putih Pond is local catfish species with the value of KP, KR, FK of 0.01 idv / m2, 39.29% and 25%. Then dominance index (H ') in the Taman Pintar pond is 0.61 and C' Pipi Putih pond  = 0.76. While the index of diversity of necton species in both ponds also belonged to very low category with H’ value of Taman Pintar Pond = 0.28 and H' of Pipi Putih pond  = 0.17. The result of Percentage Of Agreement test showed that  environment-based learning tools developed are included in the category highly feasible to be tested. Students’ critical thinking ability on the perpormance aspect shows 33 ,3 % percentage including critically critical criteria and 66,7 % including critical criteria. While Students’ critical thinking ability on the cognitive aspect shows four criteria, that are very critical as 26 %, crittical criteria 40 %, criteria critical enough 27 % and  criteria less 7 %

Abstract

Potensi sampah organik rumah tangga yang ada di kelompok Dasawisma Jati A dan B belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Pengabdian pada masyarakat berbasis IPTEKS ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan, memberikan keterampilan, membimbing dan meningkatkan minat masyarakat akan penting produk ekoenzim. Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan melalui tiga langkah berikut, yakni: 1) Eksplorasi: menggali pemahaman ekoenzim dan potensi sampah. 2) Pelatihan: penyampaian materi dan praktek pembuatan ekoenzim dilakukan langsung oleh peserta dengan bekerja dalam kelompok dan 3) Evaluasi pemantauan kinerja, proses, pemahaman dan minat peserta pada pembuatan ekoenzim. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam kegiatan adalah angket. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2021. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan; banyak sampah organik rumah tangga yang masih memiliki potensi, meningkatnya upaya masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan sampah organik, meningkatnya pemahaman dan muncul minat peserta untuk membuat ekoenzim sendiri guna memanfaatkan sampah organik di rumah. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah penerapan IPTEKS melalui pelatihan pembuatan ekoenzim dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan minat pada kelompok dasawisma Jati A dan B Kota Bengkulu dalam pengelolaan sampah organik dilingkungan rumah tangga.

Abstract

LKPD digunakan sebagai suatu bahan ajar yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur, kelayakan dan kepraktisan LKPD berbasis SSCS (Search, Solve, Create and Share). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R & D dengan model Borg & Gall. Subjek penelitian adalah Guru dan 29 orang peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 01 Kota Bengkulu. Hasil penilaian validasi keseluruhan aspek pada bahan ajar LKPD Biologi berbasis SSCS materi sistem pernapasan yang dikembangkan memiliki kelayakan sangat baik dengan persentase 86,41%. LKPD yang dikembangkan dikategorikan sangat praktis, semua aspek penilaian yang diberikan melalui lembar respon peserta didik mendapatkan hasil dengan persentase 100%, peserta didik memberikan respon yang baik terhadap LKPD yang dikembangkan. Hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukan bahwa LKPD Biologi berbasis SSCS mampu memfasilitasi pengetahuan faktual, konseptual dan prosedural peserta didik dengan memperoleh persentase sebesar 92.09%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-LKPD berbasis discovery learning berbantuan virtual laboratory PhET pada materi kalor untuk SMP kelas VII. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) model 4-D, dengan pembatasan isi pada tahap develop yaitu uji penggunaan produk secara terbatas oleh peserta didik, sedangkan tahap disseminate yaitu penyebaran hasil penelitian yang dipublikasi dalam jurnal ilmiah dan sosial media berupa link. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara dan angket yang diberikan kepada guru dan peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi ahli dan angket respon peserta didik untuk mengetahui kelayakan serta respon peserta didik terhadap E-LKPD yang dikembangkan. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Validasi produk E-LKPD dilakukan oleh 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli media dan 2 praktisi. Uji penggunaan E-LKPD dilakukan di SMPN 1 Kota Bengkulu dengan subyek penelitian yang terdiri dari 20 peserta didik kelas VII. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan memperoleh rata-rata penilaian sebesar 0,97 dalam kategori validitas tinggi. Sedangkan respon peserta didik terhadap bahan ajar E-LKPD diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 94,32% dalam kategori sangat baik. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak oleh tim ahli dan mendapat respon positif dari peserta didik untuk dilanjutkan dalam uji coba skala luas untuk melihat efektivitas produk. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce an E-LKPD based on discovery learning assisted by a virtual laboratory PhET on heat material for VII grade of Junior High School (SMP). The research’s type applied is a 4-D model of Research and Development, with content restrictions at the develop stage, namely testing the use of products on a limited basis by students, while the disseminate stage is the dissemination of research results published in scientific journals and social media in the form of links. Data collection techniques used were in the form of interviews and questionnaires given to teachers and students. The instrument for data collection were experts’ validation sheets and students’ response questionnaires to determine the feasibility and also student responses to the developed E-LKPD. The data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. E-LKPD product validation was carried out by 2 material experts, 2 media experts and 2 practitioners. The test on the use of E-LKPD was carried out at SMPN 1 Bengkulu City with research subjects consisting of 20 students from VII grade. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the developed E-LKPD has obtained an average rating of 0.97 in the high validity category. Meanwhile, the students' responses to the E-LKPD teaching materials obtained an average percentage of 94.32% in the very good category. The conclusions of the results in this study have indicated that the developed E-LKPD was declared feasible by a team of experts and have received a positive response from students to be continued in a large-scale trial to evaluate the effectiveness of the product. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku saku kura-kura Sumatera yang layak dan baik untuk peserta didik. Pengambilan data kura kura Sumatera dilakukan di area konservasi kura kura Universitas Bengkulu dan sumber belajar ilmu hayati (SBIH). Media pembelajaran buku saku yang disusun terkait Kompetensi dasar (KD) 3.2 Mengklasifikasikan makhluk hidup dan benda berdasarkan karakteristik yang diamati. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat 10 spesies kura kura Sumatera hasil dari klasifikasi dan karakteristik yaitu: Kura Batok/ (Caura amboinensis), Kura Duri/ (Heosemysspinosa), Kura Ceper/ (Notochelys platyota), Kura pipi putih/(Siebenrockiella crassiocollis), Kura Baning Coklat/ (Manouria emy)s, Kura Daun/ (Cyclemys dentata), Kura Byuku/ (Orlitia borneensis), Kura Raksasa Cantor/ (Pelochelys cantorii), Labi hutan/ (Dogania subplana), Labi Bulus/ (Amyda cartilagenia). Uji kelayakan media pembelajaran berupa buku saku ini di dilakukan oleh validator ahli materi dan ahli media, ahli validator materi menilai sangat valid (0,87%) dan ahli validator media menilai sangat valid (0,9,5). Dengan uji keterbacaan terhadap 11 peserta didik di SMPN 13 Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil validasi tersebut, media pembelajaran buku saku yang dikembangkan ini sangat valid. ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a suitable and good Sumatran tortoise pocket book product for students. Data collection for Sumatran tortoises was carried out at the Bengkulu University turtle conservation area and life science learning resource (SBIH). Pocket book learning media arranged related (KD) 3.2 Classifying living things and objects based on the observed characteristics. Based on the research results obtained 10 species of Sumatran tortoise as a result of classification and characteristics that is: Kura Batok/ (Caura amboinensis), Kura Duri/ (Heosemysspinosa), Kura Ceper/ (Notochelys platyota), Kura pipi putih/ (Siebenrockiella crassiocollis), Kura Baning Coklat/ (Manouria emys), Kura Daun/ (Cyclemys dentata), Kura Byuku/ (Orlitia borneensis), Kura Raksasa Cantor/ (Pelochelys cantorii), Labi hutan/ (Dogania subplana), Labi Bulus/(Amyda cartilagenia). The feasibility test of the learning media in the form of a pocket book was carried out by material expert validators and media experts, material validator experts rated it very valid (0.87%) and media validator experts rated it very valid (0.9,5). With a readability test on 11 students at SMPN 13 Bengkulu City. Based on the validation results, the developed pocket book learning media is very valid. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R & D) yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik sumber belajar yang berupa LKPD berbasis literasi sains, dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari LKPD, serta untuk mengethui respon siswa terhadap LKPD berbasis literasi sains yang dikembangkan. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan LKPD berbasis literasi sains pada materi nutrisi kelas VIII yang dapat membuat siswa tetarik untuk belajar dan lebih mudah dalam memahami suatu materi. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan model 4D (define, design, develop,dan disseminate) yang dibatasi sampai 3D (define, design, develop). Untuk kelayakan dari para ahli menggunakan rumus aiken v dan realibilitas. Data berasal dari proses validasi oleh ahli desain, ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa. Dari hasil rekapitulasi yang didapat dari data untuk kesepakatan ahli menunjukan kriteria Valid dan untuk reliabilitas berada pada katagori baik sekali. Kata kunci: LKPD, Literasi sains, Gizi dan Kesehatan. ABSTRACT This research is research development ( R &D) which aims to describe the characteristics of learning resources in the form of student worksheets based on scientific literacy and to find out the feasibility of the student worksheets and to find out student responses to the developed scientific literacy-based student worksheets. From this research resulted of student worksheets based on science literature on nutrition materials for class VIII which can make students interested in learning and easier to understand a material. This development research was carried out using a 4D model (define, design, development,dan disseminate) limited to 3D (define, design, development). For the feasibility of the experts using the AIken v formula and reliability. The data comes from a validation process by design experts, materials experts, and linguists. From the recapitulation results obtained from the data for expert agreement, it shows that the criteria are valid and for reliability is in the very good category. Abstract

This study aims to explore perceptions related to the learning process and students' needs for environment-based learning media in the Biology Education Study Program at PGRI Silampari University. The method used is survey research with research samples, namely students who take Environmental Science courses and lecturers of the course. The study results show that the teaching-learning process in Environmental Sciences only takes place in the classroom using E-Books and relevant materials packaged in PPT as teaching material sources due to limited time for lectures. Student perceptions and criteria for the development of learning media from lecturers refer to the packaging of learning media products that contain information related to Environmental Science with the right material objectives and concepts, are easy to understand, interactive, easy to use, contain animation and media display must be attractive. In conclusion, it is necessary to develop learning media to make the learning atmosphere more fun, interactive and exciting, one of which is through the development of Learning Blog media. Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-booklet, namely the Lemea Lebong electronic booklet as a learning medium for biotechnology material. This research method is research and development. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, interview guides and observation. The research instruments were observation sheets, needs analysis questionnaire sheets, teacher interview guides, student readability test questionnaires and expert validation sheets. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the Lemea Lebong e-booklet as a learning media for biotechnology materials for students was very feasible to use based on the results of the validation test. Student responses to the readability of the Lemea Lebong e-booklet as a medium for learning biotechnology material for students showed a very good category. In conclusion, the Lemea Lebong e-booklet as a learning medium for biotechnology material is suitable for science learning on biotechnology material. Keywords: E-booklet, Lebong, Lemea

Abstract

Pteridophyta plants as plant communities in biodiversity have important ecological functions in rivers and human life. One of the habitats for ferns in the upper reaches of the river in Bengkulu is the Pasmah River. The Pasmah River is a source of water for the people of Bengkulu and its surroundings. To maximize the role of the river, it is necessary to make an inventory of plants around the river, one of which is ferns. This study aims to determine the diversity of types and variations of pteridophyta sorus. A sampling of ferns was carried out on the banks of the Pasmah River, Central Bengkulu. Purposive sampling was used in this study to pinpoint the location, and the cruising (cruise method) was used to collect sample data. The results showed that there were 15 types of ferns where 12 types of ferns were found with sorus, 6 types of ferns were round, 4 were elongated, 1 was in line, 1 was strobili and 3 species had no sorus.
