Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted at CV. Supra Jaya Motor engaged in the Automotive sector. Actually CV. Supra Jaya Motor already has inventory rules for goods sold every day, where the inventory is made to be reported to the Head Office. There are two types of inventory that are carried out, namely Daily and Monthly inventory. Inventory management is very important for achieving performance productivity within the Company in managing goods and stock of goods in the warehouse. One of the main obstacles is in carrying out spare parts sales inventory activities because at this time the running system still has deficiencies such as searching for spare parts information data, recording data, and making reports which take quite a long time because it is done manually so that employees feel hampered in doing work, especially in terms of data collection inventory sales of spare parts.Therefore, researchers propose a solution by creating a system that is able to answer the problems that occur in CV. Supra Jaya Motor, namely making a web-based application that can be accessed by users who have certain access rights. Based on the concept of Rapid Application Development (RAD). In designing the spare parts inventory sales information system, it can help improve time efficiency in collecting data on spare parts that have been sold to customers and provide more accurate and precise information and facilitate reporting of spare parts inventory sales to managers.

Abstract

The world of education today is very dependent on technological advances. The use of these technologies can be utilized as a medium of information. Especially in education at the high school level, the use of technology is necessary to facilitate students. One of the high schools that has used technological advances, especially in information media, is the State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Cibatu. The Graduation Information System is an information medium that is currently used by SMKN 1 Cibatu which is already online-based so that information media can be accessed anytime anywhere. However, at this time the developer or school wants to know whether the use of the Graduation Information System is correct or has not been used by its users, an analysis is needed with the aim that later it can be used as a reference for system developers or the school itself in improving/developing information media. so that the media information is made in accordance with the expectations desired by the user. This study uses the PIECES framework analysis method, which is an approach to determine user satisfaction so that maintenance or sustainable development can be carried out later. The output in this study is the result of an analysis of user satisfaction which will later be used as a reference by the developer or the school to develop an even better system.

Abstract

Sinar Mekar is a business engaged in the production of sills. Like other companies, UD Sinar Mekar faces problems such as residual production waste that is around the work floor which is very disturbing in the production process which can cause work accidents which can have a negative impact on employee productivity and safety. Then the amount of ventilation is lacking, so that employees feel uncomfortable at work, and are not enthusiastic about carrying out their activities. Insufficient lighting results in the worker's eyes not being able to see clearly during the cutting process and results in the worker's finger being hit by the cutting knife. This research is to find out the factors that cause work accidents at UD. Sinar Mekar using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and safe T score calculation. Based on the results of calculations in 2018, there were 3 accident victims at work, namely, 1 person in January did not put the item properly so that when working, the foot fell over the item, 1 person in March Worked jokingly which resulted in a pallet being squeezed, 1 person in December Not using a mask. In 2019, there were 4 accident victims at work, namely 1 person in January. Affected by a doctor blade, 1 person in March. Working while joking which resulted in a pallet being squeezed, 1 person in August Not wearing PPE, finger exposed to caterpillars, 1 person in October, eyes often get stuck dust. In 2020 there were 2 accident victims at work, namely, 2 people in April with 2 incidents where the material was installed incorrectly, they did not use PPE.

Abstract

Seiring dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi diantaranya perkembangan teknologi website saat ini maka semakin mudah akses terhadap informasi yang dibutuhkan. Website merupakan salah satu faktor penting bagi setiap organisasi khususnya lembaga pendidikan karena dapat memberikan kemudahan dan dapat menyajikan banyak informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Tampilan website menjadi salah satu faktor penting oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perancangan user interface yang menarik dan efektif agar pesan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik. Dalam proses desain sebuah produk yang penggunanya adalah manusia, maka tidak terlepas dari ilmu Human Computer Interaction (HCI). Thomas T. Hewett dan rekan-rekannya dalam organisasi Special Interest Group on Computer-Human Interaction (SIGCHI) mendefinisikan HCI sebagai disiplin ilmu yang berkaitan dengan desain, evaluasi dan implementasi sistem komputasi interaktif untuk penggunaan oleh manusia dan untuk studi seputar fenomena yang ada di sekitarnya (Hewett, 2009). Penelitian ini telah mengimplementasikan Kansei Engineering untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi konsep desain tampilan website Digitect University. Daftar kansei word yang digunakan sebanyak 15 kata dan spesimen website yang dipilih sebanyak 15 spesimen. Penelitian ini melibatkan 70 partisipan yang terdiri dari6 0orang mahasiswa dan 10 orang dosen. Hasil kuesioner dari partisipan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis statistik multivariat yakni Cronbach’s Alpha, Coefficient Correlation Analysis (CCA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Factor Analysis (FA) dan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk desain dengan konsep desain untuk seluruh partisipan menghasilkan konsep emosi “MEWAH”. Abstract

The development of science and technology has an important role in the success of development in the industrial sector. In the industrial world, machining processes are very important. A scrap machine is a machine tool that is used to change the surface of a workpiece into a flat surface with levels, corners and grooves.This research aims to find out the causes of damage to the automatic movement of the table, to determine the strength of the material using impact testing and calculating torsional moments, and to be able to repair damage using the welding method using brass. Damage that occurs to the automatic movement of the table is caused by the final limit of the moving table being exceeded. On a sledding table there is no final limit for the moving table, when the final limit for the moving table occurs, the automatic moving machine continues to work and exceeds the material strength limit of 14,133 joules and 1422 N.m, causing the nut to be damaged. Repairing the sliding table nut is done by welding. This welding is carried out using brass, brass is used because it has high wear resistance.
