Abstract

Kemajuan Teknologi terutama di bidang elektronika sangat pesat. Salah satu penerapannya adalah untuk alat monitoring otomatis. Dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar diperlukan monitoring kedatangan guru dalam ruangan kelas. Untuk saat sekarang ini monitoring dilakukan masih manual maka untuk mengurangi kerja guru piket maka penulis merancang “Prototype Simulator Monitoring Ruangan Kelas Berbasis Mikrokontroler ATMega32 Dan Display Scada”. Dari hasil perancangan dan dari hasil uji coba spesifikasi alat maka, alat ini bisa memonitoring sebanyak 12(dua belas) ruangan dengan tegangan masukan sebesar 5Volt - 12Volt. Sedangkan hasil pengujian pada tampilan layar sistem Scada untuk operator komputer dapat mengirimkan data-data hasil yang diperoleh dilapangan dan memungkinkan operator melakukan sistem pemantauan pengawasan dari jarak jauh.Pada indikasi lampu warna hijau menandakan bahwa seorang guru sudah berada di dalam ruangan kelas belajar, selanjutnya lampu berwarna merah menandakan kehadiran guru belum berada di dalam ruangan kelas tempat kegiatan belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Dalam hal proses pemasaran perusahan yang lain yang sejenis dengan PT. XYZ lebih mengoptimalkan adanya website. Dimana dalam website tersebut para customer dapat mengecek dan mengestimasi simulasi harga produk yang dibuat di perusahaan tersebut. Untuk menjawab permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. XYZ yaitu dengan merencanakan arsitektur enterprise. Untuk perencanaan arsitektur enterprise di PT. XYZ dapat menggunakan framework Togaf ADM karena banyak digunakan pada berbagai bidang seperti perbankan, industri manufaktur dan juga pendidikan.

Abstract

Posyandu di Desa XYZ memiliki peran penting salah satunya sebagai wadah untuk penyelenggaraan kegiatan meliputi keluarga berencana, kesehatan ibu dan anak, imunisasi, penanggulangan diare dan pemantauan dan pendidikan gizi bagi masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil survei dan wawancara dengan sekretariat desa, ibu kader posyandu, bidan, dan petugas gizi yang dilakukan terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa XYZ antara lain: mekanisme pendataan balita yang ada di Desa XYZ masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kertas/dokumen. Proses penetuan status gizi tersebut membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 3 bulan sehingga prosedur penentuan status gizi balita memakan waktu yang lama. Keterlambatan penentuan status gizi balita ini berdampak pada munculnya kasus balita yang terkena stunting dan gizi buruk dikarenakan orang tua tidak dapat mengetahui secara cepat status gizi yang dialami oleh anaknya. Selain itu rata-rata orang tua balita di desa XYZ tidak memiliki pengetahun tentang bagaimana cara memberikkan treatment yang tepat terhadap tumbuh kembang anak sehingga sangat memungkinkan munculnya penyakit stunting dan gizi buruk. Melihat permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan adanya solusi berupa sistem pakar. Sistem pakar diagnosa status gizi balita ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode naïve bayes classifier yang melibatkan beberapa kriteria diantaranya yaitu gejala  penyakit, jenis penyakit dan rules atau basis pengetahuan berupa aturan yang merelasikan antara penyakit dengan gejalanya berdasarkan instruksi pakar untuk mendapatkan diagnosa yang tepat dan akurat dalam pengukuran status gizi pada balita

Abstract

Sensors are devices used to detect changes in physical quantities such as light, motion, fire, humidity, temperature, smoke and other environmental phenomena. With the use of sensors, changes in the environment that are detected by the sensor can be seen. Each sensor has a different function but can be used for the same purpose, for example, in detecting a fire. A fire incident can be identified by two things, namely the presence of fire or smoke, but it cannot be known whether it is fire or smoke first which is easy to detect from the fire. Therefore it is necessary to do a sensor performance comparison test which aims to find out which sensor detects fire earlier. This study uses a quantitative two-sensor test comparison method. The two sensors, namely the Flame 5 Channel fire sensor, have a function to detect fire which will be tested with the time parameter needed to detect fire based on the distance and the fan's time requirement to turn off the fire. Then the MQ2 sensor has a function to detect smoke based on its thickness which will be tested with the estimated time parameter for the thickness of the smoke until the sensor detects it based on the distance and time it takes for the smoke to disappear using a fan. The results of this study are a comparison of the two sensor tests to become a recommendation for the use of sensors in detecting fires.

Abstract

Participation in the form of joint discussions between the village government and the village community is needed in developing the village. However, currently the village government is holding discussions on village development, only a portion of the community is aware of the discussion, so that only a portion of the community is present. In addition, the results of these discussions did not reach the entire community, so that only part of the community participated in village development. Therefore, a space is needed to accommodate opinions, aspirations or opinions as well as the results of discussions that can be known by the whole community, especially utilizing technological advances. So the solution to overcome this problem is to create a room in the form of a discussion group using a website-based Focus Group Discussion (FGD). It is hoped that this FGD will increase community participation in developing the village. This design research uses a software development method, namely using a waterfall. So with this research it is hoped that the village government and the community can access the discussion room anytime anywhere so that community participation can be comprehensive for the development of the village.

Abstract

Abstract PT X has a manufacturing center division which is directly responsible for the production process (transfer load) of the products it produces, starting from the process of checking images of products to be produced, checking the completeness of production materials, reporting production progress, and reporting quality assurance checks. /quality assurance. The production process is still carried out manually and is considered less efficient because it is prone to errors in conveying information, the controlling process is not transparent, it takes a long time to access the files being worked on and it is difficult to find work history/drafts, so this division created an information system website-based with the name MC BRO which can make it easier for employees to monitor production activities. Along with its use, this information system continues to be developed according to the needs of employees, including in terms of appearance. To meet these needs, a Front-End design for the MC BRO website was created which was made according to the interface design that had been designed by the UI/UX designer into HTML, CSS and JavaScript program code. In the creation process, the Front-End design goes through a workflow, namely the process of needs analysis, literature study, implementation, revision and utilizing the classes in the Bootstrap 5 framework in order to speed up the process and produce a responsive and comfortable MC BRO website appearance to use, so that it can meet user needs in the display aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design a project monitoring system at PT. XYZ. The company faces several challenges, including difficulties for Project Managers and clients to obtain information from production employees regarding the progress of their work, and the lack of proper income reporting. This design is expected to help the company get information about the progress of work completed by production employees and to record advance payments and final payments for a project. The methodology used in this research is the waterfall methodology, which includes the stages of requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. However, the author only uses two stages: requirement and design. In the design stage, the modeling of the system uses Unified modeling language (UML) diagrams, consisting of use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram, and class diagram. For database design, the entity relationship diagram (erd) is used. To create the user interface (ui/ux) design, figma is used to facilitate the system design process. The results of this research include a design with three main features: Project Managers can monitor the progress of production employees' work, clients can monitor the progress of the projects they have submitted, and advance payments and final payments for a project can be recorded. The recommendation is to develop this design into a mobile-based application to make it more effective and efficient, and to add a feature for direct payment within the app for advance payments and final payments for a project.

Abstract

The world of education today is very dependent on technological advances. The use of these technologies can be utilized as a medium of information. Especially in education at the high school level, the use of technology is necessary to facilitate students. One of the high schools that has used technological advances, especially in information media, is the State Vocational High School (SMKN) 1 Cibatu. The Graduation Information System is an information medium that is currently used by SMKN 1 Cibatu which is already online-based so that information media can be accessed anytime anywhere. However, at this time the developer or school wants to know whether the use of the Graduation Information System is correct or has not been used by its users, an analysis is needed with the aim that later it can be used as a reference for system developers or the school itself in improving/developing information media. so that the media information is made in accordance with the expectations desired by the user. This study uses the PIECES framework analysis method, which is an approach to determine user satisfaction so that maintenance or sustainable development can be carried out later. The output in this study is the result of an analysis of user satisfaction which will later be used as a reference by the developer or the school to develop an even better system.

Abstract

The futsal court reservation system in Subang Regency is still conducted manually, leading to several issues. From the renters' perspective, it is difficult to schedule futsal courts, and they must visit the futsal venue in person to make a reservation. From the court managers’ perspective, the manual recording process results in paper waste due to the use of notebooks, and there are frequent incidents of lost payment receipts and scheduling data. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), applying the waterfall model which includes the stages of planning, analysis, design, and system implementation to ensure a structured, tested, and measurable system that meets user needs effectively. To optimize scheduling recommendations, this system utilizes the greedy algorithm, which can provide alternative suggestions when the desired court is unavailable at the requested time. These recommendations are based on the nearest available times and aim to provide the best solution for renters. This study produces an information system designed to facilitate the reservation and scheduling process of futsal courts in Subang Regency. The system is designed for renters to make futsal court reservations and for managers to manage and record reservation data. In addition, the study implements the greedy algorithm to optimize scheduling recommendations when the desired court is fully booked. The system has been tested using Black Box Testing and functions correctly with 100% valid results, and the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) measurement yielded an 86% satisfaction rate, indicating that the futsal court scheduling reservation information system works well and is feasible for use.
