Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

In the world of education, the negative impacts caused by the industrial revolution 4.0, ranging from radicalism, discrimination, cultural fading local, criminal acts from social media and the real world resulting from a lack of understanding of multicultural education. Changes that occur from technology and information, economics, socio-culture, and education demand to be able to adapt to change. So that efforts are needed to improve multicultural education, which is based on the character and values ​​that reflect the identity of the Indonesian nation so that it can go hand in hand with technological sophistication, wisdom, taste and a strong nationalist spirit. This research method uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results of this study are, by inculcating life values ​​which are a reflection of the character and national identity of the Indonesian nation which is a reflection of national identity, resulting in religious attitudes, honesty, tolerance, discipline, creative, independent, democratic, national spirit, love for the homeland , and be responsible. Abstract

Abstract. Islamic law contains all human benefits, both the benefit of the world andthe hereafter, the benefit of individuals and groups. Human welfare is regulated insuch a way through legal instruments and their arguments. Ijtihad is a term that isquite popular among Muslims, especially in the study of Islamic law. In today's era,there are many differences in Ma'hab in Islamic law caused by ijtihad. All of that cannot be separated from the results of ijtihad and all certainly strive to find the bestlaw. Precisely with ijtihad, Islam is more flexible, dynamic, flexible according to thedynamics of the times, and Islamic law is not silent in dealing with the increasinglycomplex problems of life. Ijtihad is an effort made by a faqih in earnest to extract asyara' law from detailed arguments. The laws of ijtihad vary according to theconditions faced by the mujtahids. Ijtihad is divided into several parts according tothe point of view, including in terms of the arguments that are used as guidelines, interms of its implementation, in terms of whether or not it is possible to stop ijtihadactivities, and in terms of the results achieved by ijtihad. The ijtihad method consistsof qiyas, istihsan, maslahah mursalah, istishab, 'urf, and sadd dzarai'. Ijtihad hascontinued to develop from the time of the Prophet Muhammad to the present day.Therefore, the historical description of ijtihad can serve as a benchmark to see theimportance of ijtihad's position in the present context which is marked by changes invarious fields of life.Keyword: Device, ijtihad, study of uṣūl fiqh

Each unit of Islamic education is required to be able to develop acurriculum by orienting on increasing faith and piety as a guide in digging scienceand technology and to dig and to deceive the cultural diversity and potential of theregion, so that a skilled and virtuous figure will appear in order to meet worlddemands. work. In an effort to fulfill the objectives of the vision and mission ofnational education, the government authorizes the implementers of formal educationprograms to conduct quality assurance in each education program. The curriculum ofIslamic religious education includes efforts to realize harmony, compatibility,conformity, and balance between human relationship with Allah, human relationshipwith humans, human relationship with other creatures and the environment, humanrelationship with himself. The main aspect that should be considered in thepreparation of Islamic education curriculum materials is the change of cognitive,psychomotor, and affective aspects of students for the better. Abstract

This paper aimed to describe school management carried out for the process of forming student character in MTs. Bahrul Ulum Singgahan Tuban. The type of research carried out Was qualitative research. The results of the research indicated that there were three processes carried out by schools in the management of character education in MTs. Bahrul Ulum started from the planning, implementation, and evaluation process. The planning process was carried out jointly with the various parties involved (stakeholders) to formulate a plan or program to be implemented, the achievement strategy, and the required budget. Then, in the implementation phase, it appeared that there were several activities that were integrated with the process of inculcating character education, starting from praying together before and after learning, praying dhuhur in congregation, praying dhuha, integration in subjects, extracurricular activities, reciting activities together, and OSIS activities. Then, the evaluation stage was also carried out with the aim of seeing the implementation and non-implementation of the programs that have been implemented, where this was carried out regularly and followed by stakeholders. Abstract

Abstract, Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a micro lembaga keuangan sharia inIndonesia. As a microfinance institution, where BMT is expected to reach the smallcommunities that are not reached by the Bank. While on the other hand, theagricultural sector is one of the sectors of society that are still accessible by bankinginstitutions that exist in Indonesia. Whereas the agricultural sector is one of the pillarsof the national economy as Indonesia is an agricultural country. From the abovebackground, there were some formulation of the problem: first, how the loan productmurabahah in BMT Mandiri Sejahtera branch Babat Lamongan second, how thefinancing murabahah in developing agriculture in the village Kedungwaras ModoLamongan by BMT Mandiri Sejahtera branch Babat Lamongan.The purpose of theabove research in general is to know more details about the financing murabaha isapplied BMT Sejahtera Mandiri Branch Babat Lamongan for agriculturaldevelopment in the village Kedungwaras Modo Lamongan. This research is a fieldresearch using qualitative descriptive approach which aims to get the data from theinformant about the analysis of the application of murabahah in the development ofagriculture in the village Kedungwaras Modo Lamongan is applied from the BMTMandiri Sejahtera Branch Babat Lamongan, then researchers mendeskriptifkan to theconclusion with using the method of observation, documentation, and interviews. Thestudy concluded that BMT Mandiri Sejahtera in the village of the DistrictKedungwaras Modo Lamongan regency is one of the BMT which is in the midst of themajority community livelihood as farmers. Therefore, BMT has a loan product that isdevoted to the farmers, namely murabaha financing the seasonal period. Financingwhere repayment is done at the end of the growing season or after harvest. Inaddition, BMT Mandiri Sejahtera also undertake joint liability financing wherefinancing is channeled to Gapoktan and managed jointly with the farmers involved inthe Gapoktan. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the ability of Islamic religious education teachers toevaluate learning which is one of the indicators of teacher pedagogical competence inaddition to understanding the characteristics of students, understanding educationaltheory, the ability to develop curriculum and learning tools. Qualitative descriptiveapproach is used in this research, data collection is done by interview technique,participant observation, and documentation, then inductive analysis is carried out inorder to reveal and draw conclusions on the existing events. The results of the studyshow that 1) Good PAI MTs teachers. Four Five Assa'adah and PAI MTs teachers. Al-Bashor has an adequate understanding of the concept of assessment and evaluation oflearning. 2) Perform the procedure for assessing learning PAI subjects as stipulatedin the curriculum by conducting process assessments and assessments of learningoutcomes. 3) MTs PAI teacher. Four Five Assa'adah use the evaluation results morefor the improvement and development of learning, PAI MTs teachers. Abstract

Abstract, Higher education is a place of learning for students and has a big role in theformation of competitive character and human resources in society. These studentswill grow into educated, creative, innovative, and empowered human beings inproviding positive changes to society. Therefore, universities can increase their role inbringing about change in society, including in the fields of education, culture, social,economics, and various other fields. Through Product Photo Training forStrengthening MSMEs in Merakurak District, Tuban Regency during the Covid-19Pandemic, IAINU Tuban hopes to be able to contribute knowledge so that MSMEs inMerakurak District can improve their business marketing and be able to surviveduring the pandemic. Increasing the ability in product photos for MSMEs is expectedto be able to support them in increasing business marketing, one of which is bycreating an online catalog. It is hoped that after participating in this training, MSMEactivists can optimize the facilities they have for business development, carry outmarketing innovations, and in the end can replicate these skills to be taught to otherMSME activists. Through this training, many good hopes were raised. Abstract

Abstract, Changes in the business environment will occur at any time, generally in theform of changes in one or a combination of environmental factors outside thecompany, both on a national, regional and global scale. Business uncertainty willusually increase when the economic cycle is down, for example when we enter themillennium century, and then become optimistic when the economic cycle increases.The performance of a company will be greatly influenced by government policies inthe economic, monetary, fiscal, trade and investment sectors. Economic developmentin developing countries such as Indonesia is also influenced by the sharpness of thevision, mission and development strategies carried out by the government regime. Inmonitoring the economic turmoil because these factors can directly affect therealization of the achievement of business plan targets, the quality of businessprocesses and the achievement of company performance benchmarks in a sustainablemanner. The inflation rate is the most important economic variable that directlyaffects the condition of consumer purchasing power and the company's productioncost structure. Meanwhile, the development of interest rates should always bemonitored by the company, considering that this main economic variable is the basisor barometer for activities that are feasible or not appropriate for a business to run.Management decisions in today's business world are no longer solely based oneconomic considerations. According to the principles of economics, which were laterrevealed to the branch of managerial economics, management decisions lead to thegoal of maximizing profits, especially economic profits. Abstract

Abstract: This study seeks to discuss the implementation of Qur-any 2 learning inimproving students' understanding of the word translation of the Qur'an at MTs alUrwatul Wutsqo Jombang. Field research (field research). This study uses adescriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through interviews,observation, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out usingdescriptive qualitative analysis methods. From the results of the study of Qur-any 2research, it was found that there were 1. educators must attend training and coachingfor Qur-any educators first. 2. The implementation process applies the principle of2x3 learning, namely imitating and repeating in terms of sound, reading and writing.3. Evaluation is done by the educator giving verses of the Qur'an and then studentsare assigned to memorize it then translate the pieces which are then interpreted andgive examples of how to practice the verse in life. Increasing students' understanding,namely: 1. Applying or translating the verses of the Qur'an, 2. Knowing how topractice the verses of the Qur'an. supporting and inhibiting factors of learninginclude: teachers, media, infrastructure, environment. Based on the analysis of thedata sources obtained, it can be concluded that learning Qur-any 2 includes planning,implementation, and evaluation. Increasing students' understanding, namely: beingable to translate, interpret, and know how to practice it. And supporting and inhibitingfactors include, teachers, goals, methods, media, environment. It is important foreducators to continue to motivate students to become human beings who understandthe Qur'an and are able to practice it in life.Keywords: Learning Qur-any 2, Increasing Understanding.
