Abstract

Abstract, Understanding of Islam as a religion of rahmatan lil alamin must be based on its role in building, patterning and directing humans to be able to understand changes in context both in relation to muamalah, siyasah and worship. With the basis of Islamic teachings elasticism along with the value of huminism, its existence in the same way as humans will be an atmosphere that is able to protect Islam from all forms of intention to undermine and weaken systemically and massively confront the Islam itself. To reach the final point, the departure of mindset and basic thinking is needed with an emphasis on the basics of tasamuh and tawazun on the value of human collectivity along with a set of rules or culture that are so complex that the community is able to translate Islam as a religion that is not only a metaphysical religion but also has a high value of rationality. Age development has consequences for changes in human mindset and attitude. Such a situation will provide the value of its own space for Islam to provide an umbrella or legality so that people in behaving are not considered out of or violating Islamic teachings. The substance in the application of Islamic law and Islamic teachings is the reason for the acceptance of Islamic teachings in all world lines in good condition. Openness in accepting the changing times marked by globalization inspires those who wrestle in the world of Islamic law and muafassir to be able to understand humans in terms of conformity of text and context. Islamic elasticity in the face of changing times is a sign that the prosperity of the values of Islamic teachings can be felt wherever people are in funds with whatever cultural style they are engaged in. The diversity of ways of misrepresenting problems in Islamic law gives space to the public that the concept of Islam in solving problems has a flexible value. Abstract

Abstract, So far segregation has often been used in social sciences as an effort to resolve social conflicts without harming either party. Through this article, the author seeks to use class segregation in the world of education. In this case, this article analyzes the implementation of gender-based class segregation in overcoming negative student interactions in relation to the process of religion-based education (Islam) in Al-Falah Surabaya Middle School. With a descriptive-qualitative approach, this article argues that the application of gender-based class segregation needs to be done in a gradual and sustainable manner in which strict rules and regulations apply. In this context, leaders, teachers, guidance counseling (BK) teachers must work together in providing continuing coaching of students in matters of religion, because religion is a force that will foster positive energy. By implementing the system, Al-Falah Middle School students get a complete religion-based education (Islam); education is not only on the theoretical aspects, but also applicable to everyday life. Keywords: Segregation, Gender, Islamic Education, Student Negative Interaction

Abstract

Abstract: The struggle of Islamic thought with the dynamics of social reality, always giving birth to tensions that at the end not only create challenges for Muslims (who care about the position of Islam vis-à-vis) in their social reality, but also can create intellectual and social conflicts among Muslims as a whole. This condition often gives rise to various typologies of various thoughts in Islam. The wave (read: movement) of the Islamic thoughts that blaring loudly in the Islamic world proves that Islam as a discourse will experience an unstoppable diaspora. Abstract

Abstract, This study will examine how Ibnu Kholdun's political thought (732 H-808 H), in context as one of the Islamic thinkers who have contributed to the political system that once existed in the treasures of Islamic civilization. This research includes literature review, which focuses on the object of study in a particular literature, namely the work of Ibn Kholdun. The conclusions of this study are among others; that ‘ashabiyah is a certain socio-political characteristic contained in a tribe (community), and is in the village's cultural framework. Abi Ashabiyah is the driving force of a state and is the foundation of a state or dynasty. Ashabiyah has a major role in the expansion of the country after it was the foundation of the country's upholding. If ‘ashabiyah is strong, then the emerging country will be broad, on the contrary if‘ ashabiyah is weak, then the area of the emerging country is relatively limited. Ashabiyah can be a tool of struggle, an instrument of attack and defense. It can also be a tool for resolving conflicts between groups, that is, if this conflict must be resolved violently. In a settled society the ultimate goal of the Ashabiyah is Mulk, authority that ultimately weakens the will to be complied with, if necessary by force. When the state or dynasty or mulk is established, he will try to destroy ‘ashabiyah. Ibn Khaldun's thoughts about the state ‘ashabiyah had a very significant influence on the achievement of power and political continuity. Starting from the beginning of the movement to build strength, then continue to achieve victory, even to the stage of maintaining the social stability of the country. Conversely, the waning of ‘ashabiyah ties will potentially weaken the country's resilience from the onslaught of the enemy as well as from internal turmoil, and the changing times that are growing also play a role in testing and providing very heavy resistance as well. The country formed is based on ‘ashabiyah, usually three generations old, which is around 120 years. One generation is calculated for a person's normal age of 40 years. Keywords, Ashabiyah, Ibn Kholdun, Politics, and Siyasah
