Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Education is a conscious and deliberate effort to create an atmosphere of learning and the learning process so that learners are actively developing the potential for him to have the spiritual power of religion, self-control, personality, intelligence, character, and skills needed him, the community, the nation and the State (Law National education No. 20 Th. 2003) on quality improvement is one of the pillars of the development of education in Indonesia. Approachment of philoshophy or ideology in Islamic Law or philoshophy law use by careful with classical and contemporary religious sholars (‘ulama> ). The word of pholoshophy (falsafah) is not found in sources of Islamic law. Although not found in sources of Islamic law, however the meaning of pholoshophy (falsafah) in Ulama’s perspective is similar meaning with h}ikmah. Therefore. For understanding and seek the knowledge of Islamic law, someone must need the methodologies to understand it. Al-Qawa>’id al-Fiqhiyyah (legal principles) as deductive reason in legal reasoning through us}u>l al-fiqh approach. This paper seeks to answer a problem of how deductive reson using Al-Qawa>’id al-Fiqhiyyah is regarded as the sourch of Islamic law in the perspective of classical and contemporary religious sholars (‘ulama> ). Basing mainly on the legal approach , this paper argues that not all ulama> are familiar with, and therefor, employ Al-Qawa>’id al-Fiqhiyyah in the making of Islmaic legal opinion. Permitting the use of legel principle as reference on the condition should be drived from thr primary source of Islamic law (al-Qur’a>n dan Sunnah), not from the legal thought of jurists.

In Islamic studies has been known modern terms, modernization, and modernism. For example: "modern streams in Islam" and "Islam and modernization". Modernism in western society implies mind, flow, motion and effort to change the ideology-ideology, customs, old institutions, and so forth, to be adapted to the new atmosphere brought about by advances in science and modern technology. Thoughts and this flow very quickly enter the field of religion, the progress of science and modern technology into the world of Islam, especially after the opening of the nineteenth century, which in the history of Islam is seen as the beginning of the modern period. Further contact with the western world to bring new ideas into the Islamic world, including the idea is democracy. This created problems, which according to Muslim thinkers should be resolved.

Jihad and terrorism are two terms that have always been the focus of international attention. There are some mistakes that need to be clarified, especially related to the meaning of jihad in Islam. The international community assumed that both terms-tangible into motion some activist groups that exist in the Islamic-are two sides that can not be separated. Making of war or jihad that many written by Western scholars tend to confuse terrorism with the term jihad. This was done because it may depart from hatred and lack of empathy. Many people who believe that Islam is a religion that teaches tolerance values to his people. Theological argument which states Islam is a religion that teaches the values of tolerance to their communities they draw from a Quran and al-Hadith. in the Qur'an many verses that invites his people to be tolerant in religious life. There are at least eighteen verses that directly relate to the significance of the values of tolerance for religious life, among the letters terbeut is verse 30 of Surat al-Naml. Paragraph 120 surat al-Baqarah should not in tafsiri with the interpretations are loaded with cargo intolerance. Because, harfiyyah "لن" within the meaning of the verse does not menunjkkan eternally disclaimer. This verse is also derived in special conditions and situations that the war situation. The meaning of this verse is reminding people not to get caught by his own desires, because, man will never ridla before he follows his own lusts and if it follows his own desires, then the question has become people dzalim. With semikian, this verse does not become a threat to the life of religious tolerance. This verse is also not considered as a verse that teaches hatred or intolerance.

This study focused on (1) the form of polysemy in the discourse of ILK humor (2) the relation of meaning in ILK humor discourse, and (3) the cause of meaning multiplicity in ILK humor discourse. Based on the previous focus, the purposes of this study were (1) to find the polysemy forms in the discourse of ILK humor, (2) to find a relation of meaning in ILK humor discourse, and (3) to find a multiplicity of meaning in ILK humor discourse. The data in this study were gathered through the stages of video downloads, transcription of data, the selection of data, and sorting of data. The instruments of this study were divided into two; they were data collection and data analysis. In the data collection, the instrument used in this study was a non-test instrument, called documentation. The documentation here was in the form of speeches in the ILK video which were transcribed. The Instruments of analyzing the data in this study consisted of researchers, data cards, and notebook research. The researcher was as a major instrument in analyzing the data. The researcher acted as an analyzer of data findings. The data collection technique used in this research were documentary and observation. In analyzing the data, the used techniques were agih and frontier methods along with their techniques. The results of this study were 37 forms of speech which had a new meaning, included words and combinations of words.

The court as a means of dispute resolution, most known, but among business will always strive to be avoided by many, due process and the relatively long period of time and protracted due to there are multiple levels in the hierarchy of the courts which have to be passed. In addition it is also because the identity of the parties to the dispute will be known by the public, because the principle of the hearings of the judiciary is, in principle, open to the public. For those who already have a name in the business world, does not want his identity known to the public because the case in court, this was due to worry big name kebonafiditasnya are always protected and preserved will be tarnished, especially among business associates, in addition also for justice that exist in Indonesia today are considered less able to meet the sense of justice in society. Therefore based on the background of the above, to be revealed in this study is whether the Arbitral as an alternative dispute resolution already has a legal binding for the parties to the dispute and shall be final. Arbitral always dependent on technical capabilities Arbiter to give a satisfactory decision and in accordance with the sense of justice of the parties. May not be suitable for the demands made up of various parties. Need to get a court order to do so, when there are parties, especially the losers do not want to implement the Arbitration Award, and (6). Final and binding principles that are attached to the Arbitral not absolutely true, in other words still open a few remedies that can be done to deny an Arbitration Award. Inconsistency of the Arbitral besides a problem, but also make the barriers and obstacles on the level of practice, especially in terms of the execution of an Arbitration Award.

Status and strategic role also held by teachers, especially in efforts to form a national character through the development of personality and values as desired. The dimensions of the position and role of teachers is difficult replaced by others. Viewed from a dimension of learning the role of teachers in Indonesian society remains predominant even technology that can be utilized in the learning process sometimes still very classic and far from modern. In this case the teacher has to be a change agent capable of promoting understanding and tolerance, and not just mencerdasakan learners but was able to develop a complete personality, morals, and character. For this purpose, it is necessary ideal and knowledgeable teachers who have sufficient competence and professionally accountable. In addition, for teachers to be accepted and recognized in the community of teachers should be able to be a role model for them is reflected in the behavior and daily activities, teachers should also be able membuktikann to all the people of the attitude of professionalism as a teacher, so the teacher profession is slowly and spontaneous be recognized by society. And in Muslim society, teachers must also be able to be a pioneer in any religious activities, both individually and collectively. Teachers are also responsible for the harmonious relationship of the school and community.

Marriage according to Islamic law is a contract made by the bridegroom to the bride guardian to submit a dowry to the bride in person.
