Al Hikmah : Jurnal Studi Keislaman
Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. In language learning, linguistic studies should be complemented with studies interdisciplinarity between psychology and linguistics, which is commonly known Psycholinguistics, which are crucial for trying to apply knowledge of psychology and linguistics at issues such as the teaching and learning of languages, the teaching of reading the beginning and read further, bilingualism and kemultibahasaan, disease-spoken as aphasia, stuttering, and others; as well as other social problems concerning language, such as language and education, language and country and nation building. Psycholinguistics as a discipline aiming for a theory of language linguistically acceptable and psychology can explain the nature of language and pemerolehannya. Studies in psycholinguistics is competency (the process of language in communication and mind), first language acquisition, performance (the behavior patterns of language), verbal associations and the problem of meaning, the language in the abnormal perception of speech and language, and language learning.

In the middle of the swift currents of globalization, education as fertile ground in contributing to the culture of various nations around the world. The loss of a divider between countries create contiguity between nations values was inevitable. In such circumstances, the identity of a nation semakinn difficult to maintain that tend to be difficult to recognize a characteristic of a nation, not a nation terkeculai Indonesia. As social beings, humans can not live without any legal or sebutannya- name that regulate their social life. It is inconceivable there is a communion of life that knows no sort of order-in this case-law that will govern their lives. A belief that hold true Muslims is that Islam contained in the Quran and al-Sunnah is the guidance of Allah that must guide all his life for the salvation of the human race in the world and akhira.Berbeda case with teachings never before revealed by God, the teachings of Islam are not only applicable to a particular group of people and limited to a period tertentu.Ajaran Islam since revealed to have been established as a handbook for all human groups at various places and the time until the end of masa.Hal was affirmed by Ibn Qayim in his book "al-muwaqqi'in knows best," about the legal changes with the change of time, place, traditions and conditions. Although Islamic law, or Shari'ah is eternal as set forth in the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah, but human interpretation of Islamic law through the instrument of fiqh (jurisprudence) is flexible and responsive to the needs and problems of modern. Therefore reinterpretation is possible by keeping within the scope of the objectives of Shariah, so that excessive human activity can be prevented and foreign cultural elements can be removed. In the theory of Islamic law (fiqh fiqh), besides due to difference places and circumstances, changes to the law relies heavily on 'ilatul hukm (logical reason) behind their establishment. Similarly, the legal systems of the others, who live and act in various parts of the world are different, the Islamic legal system, especially family law, still exist and continue to apply Islamic world.

Generally, when we discussed about family there are two types of family, nuclear and extended family. But in the sunna there is no clear definition that explain about family. There are many words of “أهل” in the sunna, that referred to the family, relative, kinship and wife. Based on the variety meaning of “ahl / أهل” word, I can conclude that family concept in the sunna is the collaboration or the fusion between nuclear and extended family. It is also showed about the flexibility in Islam for people in deciding family concept, whether nuclear or extended family.

Son is the saving grace of Almighty God, every child has the right in this world began he was born until he died. Kids would say legitimate child of the law if the child was born of a legal marriage under Islamic law and is also listed in the VAT (Nikah Registrars Employees) local district religious affairs office. This will affect the rights of children, ranging from the rights of the state administration, the community and also in terms of inheritance. Marriage according to villagers Kalisat District of Rembang, is a bond between a man and a woman who qualifies and harmonious marriage. Marriage should be done according to Islamic law, according to Islamic law invalid, the wedding was also legitimate in the eyes of the public. Child marriage was also the result of a legitimate child in religion, as a result of child marriage in the register at the local KUA. Reducing juvenile delinquency is so complex because the issues surrounding it are related to one another. This is understandable for the interaction within the community is a system. In regard with very rapid development in any sector of life, the patterns of behavior and lifestyle of teenagers have also changed. The lack of addressing both physical and mental needs could make adolescent psychology become emotionally disturbed and unstabil. The psychological disorder in adolescence and still emotional lability make teenagers misbehave. The form of juvenile delinquency is broadly divided into four, namely individual, situational, systematic and cumulative delinquency. The cause of juvenile delinquency is because of both internal and external factors. Juvenile delinquency can be addressed through preventive, repressive, curative ways, including rehabilitation.

Manajemen pendidikan Islam mencakup objek bahasan yang cukup komplek, dan dalam membahas manajemen pendidikan Islam senantiasa melibatkan wahyu dan budaya kaum Muslimin ditambah kaidah-kaidah manajemen pendidikan secara umum. Wahyu adalah merupakan pembeda yang paling dasar antara manajemen pendidikan Islam dan manajemen pendidikan. Wahyu merupakan ciri yang paling menonjol, sehingga wahyu bukan hanya mendasari dan mempengaruhi manajemen pendidikan Islam, akan tetapi wahyu bahkan ditempatkan pada posisi yang terhormat dan tidak tertandingi oleh posisi-posisi sandaran lainnya. Wahyu memiliki fungsi yang sangat besar dalam manajemen pendidikan Isam yaitu pertama wahyu berfungsi sebagai petunjuk, Kedua Wahyu berfungsi sebagai acuan, Ketiga Wahyu sebagai konsultan atau tempat konsultasi, Keempat Wahyu sebagai pendorong dan pengendali, Kelima Wahyu berfungsi sebagai penyemangat kerja.

Long before Islam came, the human race on this earth has known since the old system of polygamy. Abrahamic religions law allows polygamy, with evidence that some prophets did. Similarly, in the Arab society before Islam, polygamy is practiced without any limitation of the number of wives. When Islam came, the custom of polygamy is not immediately eliminated. Even so, that does not mean the rules of polygamy in Islam is exactly the same as the pre-Islamic Arab culture. Muslims make many changes. The most noticeable difference is the absence of restrictions on the number of wives and the conditions for polygamy. This is confirmed by the Qur'an Sura al-Nisa 'third paragraph. In understanding this verse, Muslim clerics and scholars of classical and modern different opinions related to polygamy. One of them was Amina Wadud Muhsin. For Amina Wadud, if you pay attention to detail to al-Nisa 'third paragraph, it can be understood that Islam is more likely on the concept of monogamous marriage of polygamy, given the conditions of justice can not be done by the husband to marry more than one.
