Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the Meaningfull Instructional Design Learning Model influences students' Mathematical Reasoning abilities on the subject of number patterns, after implementing the Meaningfull Instructional Design (MID) Learning Model. The type of research used is the Pre-experimental Design research method. The research subjects were class VIII-9, totaling 30 people. In this research the author used a quantitative approach. The design used in this research is one-shot case study. Data collection techniques in this research are in the form of tests and questionnaires to determine students' mathematical reasoning abilities in the research process carried out. Data analysis techniques were carried out using normality, linearity and hypothesis testing. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the results of students' mathematical reasoning abilities showed that the influence was shown through the regression equation Y = 7.280 + 0.224X. This influence is through the t-test, namely ????count ????table(3.448 > 2.048) or p (sig.) < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is an influence of the Meaningful Instructional Design Learning Model. It can be concluded that by applying the influence of the Meaningful Instructional Design Learning Model, it can improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities in students' mathematics learning material on number patterns in class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to analyze students' mathematical understanding of gradient materials for linear function graphs for Class IX 7 UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive data analysis. The subjects in this research are all students in class IX 7 of SMP Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar in the 2023/2024 academic year. The number of subjects in this research was 30 students. The instrument used in this research is a mathematical understanding test in the form of a description using 3 indicators, namely restating concepts that have been studied, presenting concepts in various forms of mathematical representation, applying concepts or problem-solving algorithms. These 3 indicators are used in 6 questions. Based on the data analysis carried out, the overall mathematical understanding ability of students is at a medium level, namely with a percentage of 47.8%. The indicators used are 1) restating mathematical concepts, 2) presenting mathematical representations, 3) applying concepts or problem-solving algorithms. Based on the previous explanation, it can be concluded that the mathematical understanding of students in class IX 7 UPTD SMP Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar as a whole is at a medium level.

Abstract

The purpose of developing this mathematics learning evaluation is to understand: (1) the application of learning to students' abilities to understand mathematical concepts, (2) differences in abilities to understand mathematical concepts in terms of students' self-efficacy, (3) interaction between learning and the ability to understand mathematical concepts in terms of self-efficacy. student efficacy. Mathematics is one of the important subjects studied by students. Mathematics is a science that studies numbers, algebra, geometry and statistics. Mathematics is the queen of sciences (Mathematics is the Queen of the Sciences), meaning that mathematics does not depend on other fields of study. (Ruseffendi, 1991: 260). Mathematics has an important role in everyday life, from personal life to professional life. However, not all students like mathematics lessons. In fact, many students feel afraid or anxious when taking mathematics lessons. In addition, there are significant differences in the ability to understand mathematical concepts between groups with different levels of self-efficacy. However, the ability to understand mathematical concepts and students' self-efficacy. These results provide an important contribution in the development of mathematics learning methods that can improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts.

Abstract

This study presents a fundamental analysis of three major Indonesian bank stocks—BBCA, BBRI, and BBNI—as of March 2025. Using key indicators such as Price-to-Earnings Ratio (P/E), Price-to-Book Value (P/BV), Dividend Yield, and Return on Equity (ROE), the research evaluates valuation, income potential, and efficiency. Data were based on February 2025 stock prices and 2024 financial projections. Results show BBRI offers the best investment value with a low P/E (10.49x), strong Dividend Yield (7.65%), and solid ROE (18.37%), ideal for income and value investors. BBNI appears undervalued (P/BV 1.27x) with decent yield (5.95%) but lower ROE (12.12%). BBCA maintains premium status with high efficiency (ROE 19.78%) and valuation (P/E 18.85x), suitable for growth-focused investors. Overall, BBRI stands out as the most balanced stock, although sector-specific risks like NPL should be considered. These insights aim to support investor decisions in navigating Indonesia’s banking sector during economic uncertainty.

Abstract

In the printing industry, maintaining product quality is a critical factor for ensuring customer satisfaction and competitive advantage. This study applies the Exponentially Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) control chart to monitor and control the quality of book production at CV Renjana Offset. Using secondary data from November 2023 to July 2024, the analysis focuses on the percentage of rejected products as a key indicator of quality performance. The EWMA method, with a smoothing constant of ? = 0.3, effectively highlights small shifts in the production process. Results show that all EWMA values lie within the control limits (UCL = 22.54%, LCL = 0.00%), indicating the process is statistically under control. Furthermore, comparison of different alpha values demonstrates the trade-off between sensitivity and stability. A moderate negative correlation (r = -0.505) between production volume and reject percentage suggests increased efficiency at higher production scales. The predicted reject percentage for August 2024 is 4.74%, indicating process stability. Overall, EWMA proves to be a valuable tool in continuous quality monitoring and data-driven decision-making in book production.
