Abstract

Relationship of Parenting Patterns With Entrepreneured Characters Graduations In Indonesia. There has been an increase in the number of educated unemployed who come from college graduates (diploma & bachelor degree), making the government encourage graduates to become entrepreneurs with various facilities and policies. However, not everyone has the will and ability to be entrepreneurial. The creation of entrepreneurship is not only influenced by environmental support, personal characteristics today are considered a significant variable influencing the creation of entrepreneurship. It is known that positive parenting that provides proper autonomy to children is related to the independent, courageous, and creative character that characterizes entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine whether the (authoritative) parenting style is positively related to the entrepreneurial character of Indonesian university graduates. This study is a non-experimental correlational quantitative survey method using entrepreneurial character measurement using the Entrepreneurial Scale (SK-WIRA) and Parenting Patterns using the Parenting Authoritative Questionnaire (PAQ) . It was found that there was no significant negative relationship between authoritarian parenting and the entrepreneurial character of college graduates (p> 0.05). The null hypothesis is accepted and the alternative hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

Pt. PN is a company engaged in coal mining contractors. One of the vision &mission of PT. PN is becoming a global top 8 company that has excellence in all fields. Business expansion is one of the company's agenda to become an excellent mining company in Indonesia. This research was conducted to identify and map problems in PT PN by using open system model diagnostic method and data collection with qualitative method. The results showed that there are problems in the HRM system, not optimal HRM system because the development program has not been optimal, so it has an impact on employee competence, competency problems then impact on employee readiness on the business expansion agenda. Mentoring program intervention at the deputy project manager level aims to assist the company in carrying out the development process in the company. The intervention of this mentoring program also supports the company's mission in improving the quality of human resources and preparing competent cadres for organizational sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between parental meta-emotion and emotion regulation on pre-school kids. In IndonesiaThe two dimensions of parental meta-emotion are emotion coaching and emotion dismissing. The independent variable in this study is emotion coaching and the dependent variable are emotion coaching and emotion dismissing. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling technique with 97 mothers in Bandung City. The measuring instrument used in this study is Emotion Regulation Checklist (ERC) and Maternal Emotion Style Questionnaire (MESQ). The validity and reliability test in this study uses the Cronbach Alpha technique. The result of the validity coefficient on ERC move from 0,339 to 0,953 with reliability coefficient of a = 0,951 for liability/negativity dimension and 0,948 for emotion regulation dimension. While on MESQ move from 0,317 to 0,697 with reliability coefficient of a = 0,649 for emotion regulation dimension and 0,747 for emotion dismissing dimension. Based on data analysis, a correlation value between emotion coaching and emotion regulation is 0,139 with a significance level of 0,173 and a correlation value between emotion dismissing and emotion regulation is -0,416 with a significance level of 0,000. This shows that there is not a significant relationship between emotion coaching and emotion regulation, and also there is a significant relationship between emotion dismissing and emotion regulation on pre-school kids.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of work family conflict on career development. The subjects used in this study were 196 police officers in the North Sumatra Regional Police Directorate General of Criminal Investigation. The hypothesis proposed in this study states that the influence of work family conflict on career development, where work family conflict tends to undermine the career development of a police officer. Analysis of the data used in this study is Correlational Analysis through the help of SPSS 25 for windows. The results ofcorrelation analysis correlation values (r) of -0.416 with p = 0.000 (P <0.05). This research shows that the contribution of Adjust R Square given to work family conflict on career development is 16.9%, the remaining 83.1% is influenced by other factors. With this result it shows that there is a negative relationship between work family conflict and career development, where work family conflict significantly influences career development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and aggressiveness. The research subjects used in this research are high school students in one of the schools in Cirebon, totaling 151 people. This study uses quantitative methods. The data collection technique consist of a conformity questionnaire to see the conformity the subject and an aggressiveness scale to measure the level of individual aggressiveness. The data analysis used is Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.347 with a significance of 0.000 (p <0.05) and showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between conformity and aggressiveness. The results of this study indicate that the contribution given by conformity to aggressiveness is 34.7% percent, this indicates a very significant relationship between the conformity variable and adolescent aggressiveness

Abstract

PT.PN focused on the mining and energy sector contractors. Then it is trusted to work on quary, limestone, clinker, dam construction and road construction. PT PN has human capital development department that is tasked with managing the systems an processes of human resource development through the formulation of development strategies in line with rodmap people of Astra an PT PN. Increase organization effectiveness either by increasing manpower productivity. The research aims to improve the performance of human resources is closely related to man power productivity. One way to increase the contribution and value of human resources by using work sampling analysis method. This study involved five employees in the human caiptal development departement. Consisting of three people as the human caiptal learning an leadership development officer, one person inthe data management officer, and one person as the human capital development admin. Based on the measurement resuts of work sampling analysis, employeesin the HCD department have performed their duties effectively. This can be seen from the total employees man activity of 67,87%, support activity of 24,3% and allowance of 7,8%. The increase in the contribution and value of human ressources will directly affect the increase in man power productivity.

Abstract

PT TTA is a coal concession company that is part of the AIS Group. The HCGS Department as the manager responsible for managing human resources at PT TTA is one of the factors that can improve organizational performance. Management and planning of human resources can be done with workload analysis. Workload analysis is a method used to determine the amount or quantity of labor required. Full time equivalent is a workload calculation method by comparing the time used to complete various jobs and the available effective working time. Based on the results of these measurements, workload analysis was carried out on 6 HCGS employees, 3 of whom were overloaded, one employee was overloaded, and 2 employees had normal workloads. An even distribution of workload to employees is expected to improve organizational performance and reduce employee work stress

Abstract

This study aims to help organizations work more effectively than before by overcoming the existing problems in the Organization. The method used in this research is qualitative by using an open system approach and the assessment used to collect data is interviews, observation, and study of documents. This research was conducted at a coal mining company located in Jakarta. The data that has been collected will be integrated with the aim of completing the data found using other data collection methods. The problem that becomes the main point is the absence of role design and there is no career path scheme. This problem has an impact on the motivation to work down, difficulty in working, unable to work optimally and feel uncomfortable when working. Therefore it is necessary to design an appropriate intervention to overcome the impact of the above problems. The design of interventions carried out is the making of career paths

Abstract

Human Resources are assets that are needed for an organization, both those engaged in services and in the field of production goods. Every organization will certainly have the potential of human resources that are different from one another. This is a challenge for the organization to find and map the potential of its human resources, so we need an alternative that can be used to find potential employees owned by an organization or known as potential review. This study aims to measure the potential capacity of employees who are following the performance evaluation process so that they can identify the hospital's needs in employee self-development. In addition, the purpose of this study is to provide recommendations and suggestions for interventions that are in accordance with the results of the assessment in order to help optimize employee performance. Subjects in this study amounted to 1 person who is in the position of Cashier Supervisor. Methods of data collection using psychological tests and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results of the assessment show that the subject meets the potential standards that are expected to fill the Cashier Supervisor position with recommendations that can still be developed to occupy the Hospital Cashier Supervisor position so that later they can maximize their potential in carrying out the tasks and responsibilities given. In conclusion, a potential review assessment for the Cashier Supervisor position is needed to be carried out in the development of human resources through Coaching to develop the potential of the Subject's leadership abilities in order to carry out the functions, duties, and responsibilities as a leader in the cashier work unit

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Especially in Indonesia, DM is one of the diseases that are often suffered, ranging from mild to serious chronic. The existence of DM suffered by individuals, can affect their psychological health, one of which is anxiety. The purpose of this study was to reduce the anxiety experienced by DM survivors by using cognitive behavior group counseling techniques. The research subjects consisted of 7 DM survivors who came from the XXX Puskesmas in Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is an experiment with one group of DM survivors who have been given the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. The data collected was then analyzed using the SPSS program through the Wilcoxson test. The results show that cognitive behavior group counseling is significant for reducing anxiety in DM survivors (p 0.018<0,05).
