Low back pain (LBP) significantly impacts Indonesian workers, including those in Jambi's rubber processing factories. This study, involving 102 respondents, used a cross-sectional design to identify LBP-associated factors. Statistical analysis found significant correlations: age (p-value 0.000, PR 1.83), years of service (p-value 0.000, PR 3.50), workload (p-value 0.000, PR 6.00), work attitude (p-value 0.000, PR 0.06), BMI (p-value 0.005, PR 1.20), and smoking (p-value 0.000, PR 2.42) with LBP complaints. Medical history had no significant association (p-value 0.351, PR 1.13). LBP complaints in rubber factory workers may be triggered by factors such as advancing age, length of service, heavy workloads, suboptimal work attitudes, abnormal BMI, and smoking habits.

This ensures that the market remains healthy and prevents monopolies from harming the economy. Contracts and contract law. 2) Business law regulates the creation, interpretation, and enforcement of contracts. This provides legal certainty for parties involved in business transactions and allows contractors to rely on contract fulfillment. 3) Banking and financial regulations, regulation and supervision of all financial activities must be carried out with integrity. 4) Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). Cacao (Theobroma cacao) is one of the Indonesian plantation commodities which can be processed into cacao and chocolate products which contain natural antioxidants. In Lampung, the cacao commodity is very superior because every year it has significantly increased and cocoa production is one of the plantation commodities that has contributed to the export development of Lampung Province. In this case, forecasting can be used to estimate that cacao production will always experience an increase or decrease. Another function is to provide information for farmers and the government. Forecasting uses the Double Exponential Smoothing method because the technique is suitable for forecasting with trend patterns and for the long term. The results and discussion of this research is that cacao production has increased in forecasting for 10 years with good MAPE criteria, namely 10.81484. From the discussion above, forecasting cocoa production using the Exponential Smoothing method, namely the Double Exponential Smoothing technique assisted by R software, is suitable for use because it produces good forecasts and a low forecasting accuracy value.

The paper investigates the impact of Habit Reversal Technique (HRT) and Contingency Management (CMT) on the study habits of secondary school students, employing a quantitative research approach and secondary data sources. The results indicated that HRT effectively improves students' study habits, while CMT also demonstrates a positive influence on study habits. The study concludes that HRT can effectively transform negative behaviors, including poor study habits, into positive ones. Additionally, CMT is found to enhance both academic and non-academic activities, including study habits. The recommendations include granting school counselors the authority to utilize HRT for treating students with inadequate study habits and implementing CMT, involving reinforcement like tokens, to motivate students to adopt positive study habits.

Halal tourism in practice is still full of uncertainty. This is due to inconsistency from Muslims, especially in Blitar Raya. This article will discuss three issues, the first is about why halal tourism is still full of uncertainty, the second is designing a Muslim-friendly tourism categorization that supports the implementation of Muslim-friendly tourism and the third is discussing the digitalization of quality Muslim-friendly tourism. This research uses a qualitative method with a mixed approach. The first result of this research is that Muslim-friendly tourism has a high level of uncertainty and causes inconsistencies. Second, uncertainty regarding Muslim-friendly tourism can be minimized by categorizing Muslim-friendly tourism starting from the red, yellow and green categories. Third, this categorization needs to be supported by digitalization to encourage the availability of Muslim-friendly tourism in Blitar Raya.
