Abstract

A concept of an ideal alternative solution to Islamic banking that is less attractive, especially in sharia deposit fund investment products, is certainly an issue that must be resolved immediately. The concept of Islamic banks that should be oriented towards rahmatan lil alamin certainly must be open to all humanity, including non-Muslims. The customers' insecurity towards sharia bank deposit products is one of the reasons for this is "unrepresentation" or incompatibility of Islamic banking towards the desire of non-Muslim customers to discuss profit agreements in Islamic banking. This is evidenced by Islamic bank products in the form of sharia deposits that only use mudhorobah contracts. This agreement emphasizes that profits cannot be determined at the beginning like conventional banks, this is a problem for non-Muslim customers. Therefore, as a form of rahmatan lil alamin orientation, Islamic banking needs to find a solution so that non-Muslims want to put deposit funds in Islamic banks by using fixed profits and can be determined in the beginning but do not violate Islamic teachings. So in this paper we will discuss a solution solution for sharia deposit contracts using murabahah contracts, especially for non-Muslim customers whose studies are supported by theories whose references are valid and relevant literature

Abstract: Halal tourism is becoming a new trend and is of greater concern to Muslims in Indonesia. The existence of halal tourism is contained in the roadmap for Indonesia's sharia economy which is expected to be able to attract more tourists because of the large economic potential from the demographic aspect of Indonesia which is predominantly Muslim. Types of halal tourism that have developed in Indonesia include halal tourist attractions, Sharia hotels, halal food, and many more. One that is controversial in the development of halal tourism is Islamic karaoke. Some aspects that become debatable regarding Syariah karaoke, for example, the Muslim community's perception of ethics by following per under the al-Quran and hadiths in karaoke activities. On the other hand, the existence of karaoke is a form of stretching the economy of the tourism sector. However, the existence of sharia karaoke seems to be less attractive to the public due to various reasons such as the perception and ethics of the majority of Muslims, this failure has occurred in Islamic karaoke in Lamongan, but for non-sharia karaoke, it is, even more, numerous and crowded. This research is a type of qualitative research that uses a phenomenological approach. The purpose of using this approach is to capture the problems that occur in the business value field between public karaoke and Islamic karaoke in Muslim-majority areas. The results of this study indicate that there are two groups of consumers who have different tastes, different ethical measures, and different perspectives. Some groups consider all activities at karaoke to be immoral so that even though the name is sharia karaoke it will still damage the image of Muslims, which is one of the reasons for the failure of sharia karaoke at night. The second group considers public karaoke to be a fun place and is supported by the perception that not all karaoke performs immoral. This second group is the most numerous in Lamongan Regency. Abstract

Halal tourism in practice is still full of uncertainty. This is due to inconsistency from Muslims, especially in Blitar Raya. This article will discuss three issues, the first is about why halal tourism is still full of uncertainty, the second is designing a Muslim-friendly tourism categorization that supports the implementation of Muslim-friendly tourism and the third is discussing the digitalization of quality Muslim-friendly tourism. This research uses a qualitative method with a mixed approach. The first result of this research is that Muslim-friendly tourism has a high level of uncertainty and causes inconsistencies. Second, uncertainty regarding Muslim-friendly tourism can be minimized by categorizing Muslim-friendly tourism starting from the red, yellow and green categories. Third, this categorization needs to be supported by digitalization to encourage the availability of Muslim-friendly tourism in Blitar Raya.
