This research explores the rise of apoliticalism at the intersection of human rights and legal violations in Indonesia. The objective is to examine how factors such as education, access to information, and trust in the political system influence apolitical attitudes and evaluate the legal frameworks governing political participation. The study uses a literature review method, analyzing academic journals, reports, and government data. Results indicate that while apoliticalism aligns with human rights principles, it threatens democratic legitimacy when widespread. The research concludes that balancing individual freedoms with collective responsibility is essential to mitigate the adverse effects of apoliticalism, ensuring both human rights protection and democratic participation.

This research aims to examine the conflict between the goals of restorative justice and its implementation in marriage cases involving rape victims and perpetrators in Indonesia. Using a desk-based research method, this study analyzes legal frameworks, case studies, and relevant literature to understand the dynamics of restorative justice in this context. The results show that many sexual violence cases are inadequately resolved, with a significant percentage of victims not receiving satisfactory outcomes, often leading to forced marriages or financial compensation instead of justice. This research concludes that restorative justice practices should not be applied to rape cases and law enforcement officials must understand the concept and purpose of restorative justice in implementing it. Law enforcement in rape cases should prioritize recovery and justice for victims.

This study will analyze transportation and logistics companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017 and 2022 to determine the influence of audit tenure, audit rotation, and committee composition on audit quality. Secondary data from this case is the basis for a quantitative approach. 102 data points were collected from 17 sample organizations in the study. This study used statistical tools for panel data analysis, including CEM, FEM, and REM (Random Effect Model). Choosing a suitable panel data regression model is easy with the help of rigorous testing methods such as Chow, Hausman, and LM testing. We then used the F-test, R2 test, and T-test to examine our hypothesis and confirm the relationship was significant. To implement this strategy, we processed the data using EViews version 12, which resulted in meticulous statistical findings. The results show that among the logistics and transportation companies studied, the audit committee does not seem to have a statistically significant influence on audit quality, audit rotation decreases audit quality, and audit duration does not affect audit quality.
