Development is an ongoing process embraced by nearly all nations globally, as it constitutes an integral aspect of a nation's pursuit of progress. The objectives of this research are delineated as follows: Firstly, to identify the fundamental sectors in Madiun Regency and Malang Regency. Secondly, to ascertain the sectors propelling growth in other regions within Madiun Regency and Malang Regency. Thirdly, to discern which sectors are experiencing accelerated growth rates in both regions. Fourthly, to determine sectors exhibiting specialization or locational advantages in Madiun Regency and Malang Regency. Lastly, to classify the economic growth within Madiun Regency and Malang Regency. Employing a descriptive-quantitative analysis method, this research provides an overview or description of the variables associated with the phenomenon under study. The findings of this research demonstrate a significant influence of the Basic Sector on poverty levels. Additionally, the coefficient of determination value, at 65.7%, corroborates the contribution of independent variables in elucidating variations in poverty levels.

This research aims to understand the Bugis tribe's marriage accounting for migrants in Labuhan Lombok. This research uses an interpretive and ethnographic paradigm as research methodology. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with four informants consisting of the bride and groom, the woman's family and the local community. The results of this research show that the series of Bugis wedding processions consisting of Memanu-manu, Massuro, MappatuAda, Mangolli, Cemme, Mappanre Temme, Mappacci, Mappabotting, Reception, and Mapparola contain the values of affection, steadfastness, honesty and family values. . The implications of this research can develop cultural accounting practices that are relevant for Bugis tribal migrants in the context of marriage.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of risk management and entrepreneurial orientation on the sustainability of MSME businesses. This research uses quantitative methods with the research population being the Gold Mutiara MSMEs in Mataram City, totaling 60 MSMEs, of which 56 MSMEs were sampled. Data analysis in this study used SPSS 25. The results of this study show that the variables of risk management and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on the sustainability of the Emas Mutiara MSME business in Mataram City. Based on these findings, it is recommended that Emas Mutiara MSMEs practice risk management and entrepreneurial orientation to improve the sustainability of MSME businesses.

The purpose of conducting this research is to find out the management of APBDes in Gampong Gue Gajah in 2021 and 2022 as a comparison in fulfilling the accountability principle in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018, Permendes Number 21 of 2020, dan Permenkeu 201/PMK.07/2022. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interview documentation and observation. The results of the study are that the Government of Gampong Gue Gajah in the stages of implementation, administration, reporting and accountability has fulfilled the principle of accountability. However, at the planning, implementation, and accountability stages there is one indicator that is not in accordance with applicable regulatory standards, namely the Gampong Government has not submitted complete information regarding the implementation of the APBG in the information media, such as information regarding activity budget executors and activity implementing teams, as well as complaints addresses and the activity implementing team was late in submitting the activity report. In addition, in the administration stage there is a rationalization of mistakes made by village officials in data entry.

The beauty industry, especially skincare, is currently experiencing significant progress so that skin care producers are required to be innovative and creative in their marketing strategies. With so many choices available to consumers, it becomes important for them to make the right decision when choosing skin care products. In connection with this trend, the author conducted research to investigate the impact of Islamic branding, price, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for Wardah skin care among Islamic Economics Students in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods, collecting primary data through distributing questionnaires from 160 respondents using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square on SmartPLS 4. The findings showed that Islamic branding did not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, while price and online customer reviews had a significant influence on Wardah skincare purchasing decisions. This shows that consumers, especially Islamic Economics Students in Surabaya, prioritize price and online reviews over the Islamic image of the Wardah skin care brand when making purchasing decisions.

This study was conducted to analyze and demonstrate the influence of a social media influencer, consisting of the variables of source credibility, source attractiveness, agreement with the product, and meaning transfer, on the purchase intention of fashion products for Generation Z on the Instagram application. The population in this study is Generation Z in Bengkulu province. The sample in this study consisted of 210 respondents who met the research criteria. The technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression, t-test and coefficient (R-squared) test were used in this study. The research results show that: Source credibility, source appeal, product agreement and meaning transfer have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention for Generation Z fashion products on Instagram application.

To support business growth and continuity, it is important to understand the influence of competitive advantage through product innovation and product quality. This research uses quantitative methods to explore competitive advantage which is influenced by product innovation and product quality implemented by IGI Restaurant. In this research, data was collected through surveys and statistical analysis to identify the relationship between product innovation and product quality on competitive advantage. The results of the quantitative analysis show that the innovation and product quality of IGI Restaurant have a positive impact on achieving competitive advantage with the regression coefficient value of product innovation on competitive advantage has a positive value. The regression coefficient value of the product quality variable on competitive advantage also has a positive value. This research provides strong quantitative support for the effectiveness of achieving competitive advantage through product innovation and product quality implemented by IGI Restaurant. These findings can be a basis for other culinary business players to make decisions in developing product innovation and product quality.

The purpose of this study is to examine how price, product quality, and service quality affect a coffee shop's ability to compete in Cirebon City. Using questionnaires and the non-probability sampling approach, 40 respondents made up the study's sample. According to the Instrument Test findings, the study's data turned out to be accurate and genuine. The data in this study were shown to be normally distributed using the Classical Assumption Test, which also yielded a regression model devoid of heterokedasticity and multicollinearity. The study's findings demonstrate that: (1) Cirebon City's coffee shops' competitive advantage is not significantly impacted by service quality. (2) The Cirebon City Coffee Shop's Competitive Advantage is positively and significantly impacted by the quality of Prodik. (3) Cirebon City's Coffee Shop is not greatly impacted by price.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work motivation and flexibility on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is an associative type with a quantitative approach. Through SEM-PLS analysis, path analysis, bootstrapping analysis, and mediation analysis, it was found that partially, work motivation and flexibility had a positive and significant effect on performance, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, flexibility had a negative and insignificant effect on satisfaction. work, as well as work motivation and flexibility partially do not have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.

The aim of this research is to understand how the quality of the Dompu Regional General Hospital's financial reports is influenced by the implementation and use of accounting information systems. The population in this study was the staff or financial administration section of the Dompu Regional General Hospital, with a non-probability sampling technique, namely all members of the population totaling 33 respondents were taken as samples. Quantitative methods are used in research by collecting data using questionnaires measured using a Likert scale. The results of this research show that the implementation and use of an accounting information system has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the financial reports of the Dompu Regional General Hospital.
