Abstract

The aim of this research is to prove the effectiveness of visual motion learning media products in Class IV Indonesian language learning at SDN 091355 Urung Panei. The type of research used in this research is research and development (R&D) with a 4D model. This research and development was carried out at SDN 091355 Urung Panei which is located in Purba District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra. The subjects of this research and development were 26 class IV students at SD 091355 Urung Panei. The object of this research is the development of motion visual media in Indonesian language learning. The results of the research show that visual motion learning media is successful in improving student learning outcomes and increasing students' interest inlearning, and educational videos with animation are positive enough to be used in learning and meet the criteria "Very effective". In cycle I, student learning outcomes were obtained with an average of 43,53 with a percentage level of completeness of student learning outcomes of 0% and in cycle II, student learning outcomes were obtained with an average of 86,67 with a percentage level of completeness of student learning outcomes of 100%. This has increased from Cycle I to Cycle II by 100%. The results of the research above prove that using visual motion media can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning theme 8 subtheme 3 class IV SDN 091355 Urung Panei.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices in improving employee performance as well as obstacles and efforts made by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia,Tbk KCP Indrapura. The study used qualitative research methods, data obtained from primary and secondary data sources. The results of the study that all employees have signed a commitment to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) to comply with the provisions of BSI legislation and develop a mindset of human resources. In addition, it is founded on standards of professionalism, fairness, accountability, and openness. The implementation of GCG principles is necessary because BSI believes that it is in accordance with Sharia principles. as a form of the company's commitment to PoJK Circular Letter No.8 / PJK.03/2014 and OJK No.10 / SEOJK.03/2014, which regulates the assessment of the soundness of Sharia commercial banks and Sharia business units. The efforts made are the need for supervision from the branch leadership and become a role model for discipline and discipline of officials and employees, discipline in order to achieve good performance goals in order to operate in accordance with applying the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Abstract

The development of science and technology today is the coming of the era modernization with electronic equipment more and more people are relying on these devices more and more. In this case, the electronic equipment used by everyonepeople, from smartphones, PCs, smartwatches to home devices and other electronic devices connected to the Internet, you can promotes social relations between individuals, but on the other hand saves a large number of potential victims of crime are people who do not to be responsible. Although this crime is similar to what happens in the real world, such as theft, defamation, impersonation of a company's label and so on, modern technology makes this crime possible without presenting the perpetrator at the scene, such as hackers who hack into customers' bank balances and so on. Cyber crime certainly brings its own concerns for law enforcement in Indonesia because of its characteristics which, according to the author, are still quite unique.

Currently the service booking process is still manual and requires the eustomer lo come directly to the dealer, This information system will makeit easier for eustomers to hook their motorbike services online from their cellphones and also with this information system the customer can choosethe right time to do the service without having to come lo the motorcycle dealer first. This information system can also make it easier for customers to get information and interesting offers about Honda motorcycle services. This informnation system is built on a Web-based basis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the payroll and wage accounting information system that has been implemented by PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch and analyzing the payroll accounting information system to improve internal control. This type of research is qualitative research, which uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, data collection techniques using interview method analysis, which focuses on the Payroll accounting information system and Internal Control System at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch. Data analysis in research begins by analyzing related functions, supporting documents, accounting records used, procedural networks and the effectiveness of internal control. The research results found evidence that the payroll system at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch has been running quite effectively but there are still several shortcomings, where every time there is a change in salary and wages there is no provision from the management for changes in salary and wages, that is without showing a decision letter for changes to employee salaries and wages so that fraud can occur, Fair practices applied to support internal control are by transferring employees' basic salaries to each employee's account by the director and making duplicate salary slips, and employee negligence in absent fingerprints or barcodes, as well as having duplicate duties in the payroll accounting information system and Remuneration.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work overload and work stress on employee performance with compensation as an intervening variable at PT Teluk Luas. The approach to this research is quantitative research using saturated samples. Data was obtained using a survey method with a total of 39 respondents who worked at PT Teluk Luas. The analysis used is SEM-PLS which consists of an outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing using Smart-PLS software. The results of this research show that there is an influence of work overload on compensation. There is an influence of compensation on employee performance. There is no influence of work stress on employee performance and compensation. Furthermore, there is the influence of work overload through compensation on employee performance. And there is no influence of work stress on employee performance through compensation at PT Leluk Luas. Excess workload is not a problem for employees at PT Teluk Luas to improve their performance if they receive compensation that is commensurate with the load they have been given.

Abstract

During this time the wedding package information service at Cindy Salon and Decoration is done through recording on the order book. Recording in the order book is sufficient, but it is less effective and efficient because it cannot be processed into a report. In addition, the problem of checking transactions is more difficult. Therefore, a web-based wedding package ordering information system is needed at Cindy Salon and Decoration to improve service to customers. The purpose of making this information system is to be able to provide solutions to the problems mentioned above. This web-based wedding package ordering information system is expected to simplify the process of ordering wedding packages that are simple, easy and practical. This is needed especially to face competition in the world of wedding organizers. This information system can help disseminate information, manage ordering data, and make it easier for customers to order. This system is created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and implement Augmented Reality (AR) technology in the Beat Saber game at Game Blink Padang. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines the real world with virtual objects to create an immersive interactive experience for users. Beat Saber is a musical rhythm game that is popular among game lovers, where players have to cut incoming blocks according to the rhythm of the music being played. It is hoped that the implementation of AR in this game can improve the playing experience by adding more interesting and realistic visual and interaction elements. This research involves evaluating the user experience of the AR version. Research methods include data collection through surveys and direct observation by playing the Blink Padang Game. The research results show that the use of AR in Beat Saber significantly increases player satisfaction and engagement. Players report a more fun and challenging gaming experience, as well as improvements in immersion and interactivity. The implementation of AR technology opens up new opportunities in the development of music rhythm games and can become a model for the integration of AR in other games in the future.

Abstract

Writing this final project aims to assist in how to design an application program in realizing and creating a program that will be run. The information system needed by UD. Sinar Baru which provides convenience in the activities of promoting materials needed by the community quickly, accurately and integrated. The methodology used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). With the language used is PHP and the database used by MySQL, Information System Design Data Material Materials UD. Sinar Baru Sigambal produces information systems for data management of materials that can facilitate the sales process. Material is raw material that has not been processed, but sometimes it has been processed before being used for further production processes. Material is consumer material that has not been completed. Material is also needed by people who want to build a building.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the product produced can provide maximum profits from the sale of cilok and to find out what variables hinder optimum value in the cilok business so mathematical modeling can be created using a simplex method linear program. Cilok is a business that operates in the culinary sector, namely food made from various ingredients, with the main ingredients being tapioca flour and wheat flour. Cilok is round in shape like meatballs, only the basic ingredients are different. Cilok has various filling variants, one of which contains chicken meat and some that don't use any filling. As for the complementary ingredients, namely peanut sauce, soy sauce and sauce, it is a problem that if one of these ingredients is not fulfilled then production in the cilok business will be hampered. From the research results, it is known that the optimal input combination provides a profit of IDR 320,000.00/day.
