Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an important sector in the Indonesian economy. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a very important role in improving people's welfare and creating jobs. However, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises also face various obstacles, such as limited access to capital, limited access to information, and limited market access. This scientific study aims to examine the impact of economic growth and inflation on MSME credit growth in Indonesia during the 2015-2022 period. This scientific study uses the method of multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data originating from the Financial Services Authority, the Central Bureau of Statistics, and Bank Indonesia  and processed using the Eviews application. The results of the analysis show that economic growth and inflation have no effect and are not significant on the growth of MSMEs credit in Indonesia during the study period.

Abstract

Compliance means obeying and liking to obey important human resource rules, because the more obedient employees are to the company, the higher the work performance they can achieve. Work loyalty, apart from work discipline/obedience, is very important for managing human resources in a company. Work loyalty can be defined as loyalty, devotion and trust given or shown to the company; This creates a sense of ownership and strives to provide the best behaviour and service. This research involved 38 permanent employees of PT XYZ and aims to find out how compliance with loyalty impacts their work performance. All employees of PT XYZ were used as subjects of this research to see how compliance at work, work environment and work culture influence company performance. The research results show that compliance greatly influences the performance of PT XYZ employees, and work culture also has a positive influence on their performance. Apart from that, compliance, work environment and overall work culture have a positive effect on the performance of PT XYZ employees. Employee compliance analysis can help management identify areas where improvement is needed. If there is low compliance with a particular policy or regulation, corrective action may be taken, such as additional employee training, increased communication to employees, or stricter enforcement of the rules. An effective compliance analysis can help organizations prevent legal issues, promote a company culture of integrity, and create a safe and efficient work environment. Apart from that, compliance analysis can also help in building a good reputation in the eyes of shareholders and customers.

Abstract

Problems such as inequality and economic inequality are two big problems that are often experienced by developing countries, with the inequality of income distribution between high- income groups and low-income groups. High economic growth at the development stage can indeed be achieved, but it is accompanied by problems such as unemployment. The method used in this research is the library research method. Recent studies show that the relationship between income inequality and economic growth through several channels (channels). The largest and smallest income inequality can affect the existing economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of zakat and the empowerment of the poor in an effort to alleviate poverty in the village of Laud Dendang, Deli Serdang.Data collection methods are conducted through field studies, interviews, and data analysis.The results showed that the management of zakat by the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) has had a positive impact in empowering the poor.Zakat funds collected and managed properly are used for the program "reaching sustenance and Divine Blessing" which aims to send children who drop out of school.The Program involves local government, community leaders, educators, students, and local security.With this program, children who drop out of school can return to school and get assistance in the form of tuition payments, uniforms, and other school needs.The Program also has robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure its effectiveness. The sustainability of the program and transparency in the management of zakat funds are also a focus in efforts to alleviate poverty.The results of this study provide insight into how zakat management can empower the poor and serve as an example for similar programs in other regions. The Program" reaching sustenance and Divine Blessing " is expected to provide long-term benefits and help alleviate poverty in Laud Dendang Village.

Abstract

The DPRD Secretariat is an element of administrative services and provides support for the DPRD's duties and functions. The DPRD Secretariat is led by the DPRD Secretary whose operational position is technically subordinate to and responsible to the DPRD Leadership and administratively responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. The DPRD Secretariat has the task of carrying out secretarial and financial administration, supporting the implementation of the DPRD's duties and functions, as well as providing and coordinating the expert staff needed by the DPRD to carry out its rights and functions according to needs. The DPRD Secretariat, in carrying out its main tasks, carries out the following functions: Carrying out DPRD secretariat administration, Carrying out DPRD financial administration, Facilitating the holding of DPRD meetings, and Providing and coordinating expert staff required by the DPRD.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. Qualitative research is based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained by conducting observations, interviews and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to the research. The purpose of this research is to determine building maintenance at PT XYZ which includes maintenance scheduling as well as building conditions and solutions for carrying out building maintenance. From the results of this research, it can be seen that PT XYZ has carried out routine and periodic maintenance, however due to a reduction in employees, maintenance has decreased. This can be seen from the lack of maintenance of storage warehouses, employee work spaces and toilets.
