Abstract

This research analyzes and examines the influence of product quality, price, and promotion strategy on the intention to buy steamed abu snacks in Jakarta. This research was conducted at Uapik Abu Snack in Jakarta which is located on Jalan Syaridin, South Jakarta, and was carried out using quantitative research. This type of research data with quantitative descriptive. The nature of the research uses explanatory descriptive. The population of this research is customers who buy at Uapik Abu Snack, totaling 130 respondents with a sample of 100 respondents. the sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, T-test, coefficient of determination test, classic assumption test used as normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the partial test of the variable price on buying interest is -0,334 are significant 0.000 <0.05, testing the product quality variable on buying interest is 0.589 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, and the promotion strategy variable on buying interest is 0.723 with a significant 0.000 <0.05 it can be concluded that product quality, price, and promotion strategy have a positive and significant effect on the intention to buy Uapik Abu Snack in Jakarta, then H1, H2, H3 are accepted.

Abstract

The rapid development of business has led to sharp competition among companies. Therefore it is necessary to make efforts to improve quality to produce products that are in demand and in accordance with the wishes of consumers. This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by companies to increase competitiveness and the constraints faced by companies in increasing competitiveness. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative methods. Sources of data in this research consist of primary data obtained through observations and interviews with related company owners, and secondary data obtained through literature related to research. The sample used in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The results showed that the marketing strategy analysis of PT. Kinarya Selaras Solusi to increase company competitiveness through the 4P marketing mix: Product, price, promotion, place has provided a lot of strength and knowledge to take advantage of existing opportunities, with the formulation of an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats so that it can be formulated that the right strategy for the company is a low-cost strategy, so that it can be implemented with product policies, pricing policies, promotion policies by marketing products through advertising such as TV or radio, sales promotions with direct sales going wide, promotional publicity events using banners , and place policies. So that it can produce feedback that can be mutually accepted and given by both consumers and PT. Kinarya Selaras Solutions that influence one another.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) on Competitive Advantage (CA), considering the mediating role of Loyalty Employee (LE) and Green Creativity (GC) at Alfamart in Kabupaten Bekasi. The Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method was used to analyze data collected from 50 respondents in the company. The latent variables in this study include GSCM, Loyalty Employee, Green Creativity, and Competitive Advantage. The analysis results show that the research model has a good Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) and Comparative Fit Index (CFI), which are 0.926 and 0.951, respectively. In addition, there is a positive and significant influence of GSCM on Competitive Advantage, which can be mediated by Loyalty Employee and Green Creativity. The analysis results also show that Loyalty Employee and Green Creativity mediate the relationship between GSCM and Competitive Advantage positively and significantly. Therefore, Alfamart in Kabupaten Bekasi can improve its CA by implementing socially and environmentally responsible GSCM, and paying attention to Loyalty Employee and Green Creativity as important mediators in the relationship between GSCM and Competitive Advantage.

Abstract

The development of the business world cannot be separated from the development of human resources. Human resources are an important aspect in a company to achieve a goal. Every organization has a target to be achieved to achieve the goals of a company. Organizations as managers of human resources who have the value of progress and organizational life. This type of research uses statistical analysis methods through the SPSS Version 25 application. This sampling uses a random sampling technique with a total of 129 respondents. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of job training, job communication and job satisfaction on employee performance in the Social Service Office of Serdang Bedagai Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at the Serdang Bedagai District Social Service, totaling 58 people. In research sampling using saturated samples. Then this sampling is based on the total population, namely 58 people with a saturated sample/sampling quota. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, questionnaires and questionnaires with data measurement scale Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability and classical assumptions. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the t test show that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that job training, job communication and job satisfaction simultaneously affect employee performance at the Serdang Bedagai District Social Service with Fcount (39.948) > Ftable (2.77), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The adjusted coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.689, this means that 68.9% of the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables while the rest (100% - 68.9% = 21.1%) is explained by other variables outside the variables explained.

Abstract

The use of the internet is currently growing rapidly, making the exchange of information even easier and faster, this is what makes people tend to prefer using the internet for long-distance communication. Social media has many benefits in everyday life, including in the field of business, social media as a means of marketing or promotion of a product so that it can be reached by many consumers, plus this Pandemic period where the government recommends reducing people's activities outside the home so that prevent the spread of Covid-19. Product marketing through social media is very easy and is currently an alternative that people are interested in. The research objective is to find out the use of social media as a means of marketing student businesses in Magelang. Maqasid sharia has the goal of achieving mutual benefit and preventing harm. So that maqasid sharia has policy problems in the field of Islamic economics. In this study using a type of qualitative research by interviewing five business actors run by students in Magelang Regency. The data in this study used primary data, which was conducted by interviewing, documenting and direct observation of business actors.

Abstract

Human resource management has an important role in fulfilling the smooth running of activities in an organization. Organizations that are driven by human resources must have the same specifications as the needs of the organization, so as to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of carrying out tasks in order to achieve organizational goals. For this reason, human resource management must look for factors that can encourage job satisfaction from their employees. The following factors that are thought to have an influence on employee job satisfaction are person organization, person job fit, and intrinsic motivation. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach (explanatory research). The population in this study were all employees at the Grage Resort Bengkulu hotel and the sample used in this study totaled 59 people. The sampling technique (sampling) in this study using total sampling. Data analysis in this study was using the t test (Partial Coefficient Test), f test (Joint Regression Coefficient Test) and the coefficient of determination test with a significance level. The results showed that the significant value of the f test results between Variable X1 (Person Organization Fit) has a significant value of 0.001, so 0.001 ≤ 0.05 means that X1 has a significant effect on Y. X2 (Person Job Fit) has a significant value of 0.000, therefore 0.001 ≤ 0.05, this means that X2 has a significant influence on Y. And (Intrinsic Motivation) on Y (Job Satisfaction has a significant value of 0.072, therefore 0.001 ≥ 0.05, this means that X3 on Y does not have a significant effect. Therefore X1, X2 and X3 on Y have a significant effect. So that the results of the hypothesis in this research is that there is a significant influence between Person Job Fit and Person Organization Fit at Hotel Grage Resort Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how companies identify, recognize, measure, present, and disclose environmental costs in financial reports. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in the UG Technopark research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was taken from interviews and secondary data was taken from the company's financial statements. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative, namely comparing the theory of the application of environmental costs according to Hansen Mowen and the application of adjustments to financial statements based on the Conceptual Framework of Financial Statements (KKLK). The results of the study show that UG Technopark in recognizing environmental costs has not implemented a grouping of environmental costs. Then the measurement of environmental costs uses the appropriate monetary units issued based on the realization of the previous period's budget. Disclosure of environmental problems in financial reports has not been specifically regulated in UG Technopark's financial reports, so that their application is in accordance with each company's policy.

Abstract

The economy in Indonesia has developed in a better direction. This can be seen by the rapid development of the business world, where more and more business actors open and develop their businesses. One of the growing businesses in Indonesia is the culinary business. Many similar businesses have sprung up resulting in stronger competition, therefore business people must be able and quick and responsive in making good decisions so that the business they establish can develop. This research uses quantitative methods. The method used in the quantitative research approach. The research method is utilized in sample studies and certain populations, where data acquisition is carried out using research instruments and data analysis which has statistical/quantitative properties with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. This quantitative research approach is used by researchers to measure the influence between brand ambassadors, brand image, product quality and purchase decisions. The results of several analyses that have been said state the conclusion that partially service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, facilities affect customer satisfaction, price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis of service quality, facilities and prices simultaneously affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of a company where the individual can do the work in accordance with the directions made so as not to harm the company. This study aims to determine how much influence Soft Skills and Hard Skills have on Work Performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi. The variables of this study are Soft skills and Hard skills. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires. This research is a qualitative approach research. Sources of data in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation and distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The population of this study were all employees of PT Putra Sebakas Abadi, the respondents in this study were 45 samples using the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this study uses SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) soft skills did not significantly influence work performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi, (2) hard skills had a significant effect on work performance at Pt Putra Sebakas Abadi. (3) Soft skills and Hard skills simultaneously influence work performance at PT Putra Sebakas Abadi. So as to produce feedback that can be mutually accepted and given to the company so that the company benefits, it influences each other.
