Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Organizational Culture Characteristics and Communication on Employee Work Productivity at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Branch Office Ringroad Medan. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 75 employees and the research sample was 75 employees of PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Branch Office Ringroad Medan with a saturated sampling method. The results showed that partially the characteristics of organizational culture had no effect on employee work productivity while communication had an effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously test showed that the characteristics of organizational culture and communication have an effect on employee work productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location and facilities on purchasing decisions at Bang Faizs Cafe. This research was conducted on Cafe Bang Faizs consumers who are located at Jalan Tengku Fahruddin, Lubuk Pakam I-II Village, Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2020. The population of this study was Café Bang Faizs consumers for 2017 to 2019, amounting to 33,056 people. The research sample consisted of 100 people who were obtained using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. The variables observed in this study consisted of location, facilities and purchase decisions. Location variable indicators consist of access, visibility, parking space, expansion, and the surrounding environment. The facility variable indicators consist of facility design, function value, aesthetics, and conditions. and supporting equipment. Meanwhile, the indicator of purchasing decision variables consists of problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, and purchasing decisions. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and literature study, questionnaires were developed from the indicators of each variable that became observations. The data test was conducted with validity and reliability, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination, simultaneous test and partial test. The data were processed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the location and facilities have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Bang Faizs Cafe

Abstract

Cryptocurrency, or crypto is an alternative medium of exchange. Cryptocurrencies are used with security, transparency and cost-effectiveness in mind. The purpose of this paper is to analyze cryptocurrencies. In this study, the methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is cryptocurrency. The data is secondary data obtained from journal articles on the database of reputable journal websites. Regarding the characteristics of money, cryptocurrencies are acceptable, but from an economic perspective, cryptocurrencies do not fully meet the characteristics of currencies due to high price volatility. Research findings are based on journal articles. Further discussion regarding the viewpoint of Islamic economics will be a good input to enrich the research. This study also includes implications related to the opportunities and risks of cryptocurrencies that can be discussed for the development of cryptocurrencies with cryptographic techniques in the future. The implication of this paper is that cryptocurrency is the nature of money and not as a speculative instrument. This paper discusses cryptocurrencies specifically from an economic point of view

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence advertising and service quality have on customer decisions in saving at BANK SUMSELBABEL Pasar Prabumulih Cash Office. The number of members of the population is 2,094 customers. Sampling using Accidental Sampling because the number of customers in this company is quite a lot, so this study was conducted using a sampling technique based on chance. Thus the number of samples in this study were 150 customers, 50 customers for trials and 100 for research trials. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis that uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool and uses multiple linear analysis techniques. Data processing in this study is assisted by the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 22 program. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA),Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) On The Stock Market in manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (in for the 2014-2016 Periode. The analytical method used is quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis tool. T-count value of the variable Net Profit Margin amounted to 1.810, Return on Assets amount to 0.370, Return on Equity of 0.421 and Debt To Equity Ratio of 0.915 <2.11991 t-table means partially these four variables do not have a significant influencet on the stock price. While simultaneously F-count is 4.399 >3.01 F-table explains that each variable has a significant influence on the stock price on manufacturing companies listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2016 periode. Determination coefficient value (R2) is 0.405, meaning Net Profit Margin (X1), Return on Assets (X2) and Return On Equity (X3), and Debt To Equity Ratio (X4) contributed to the stock price (Y) by 40.5% while the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other variables which are not included in this study such as internal factor and eksternal factor

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Third-Party Funds (X1), Liquidity (X2), and Credit Risk (X3) on the Profitability (Y) of Banking Companies listed on the IDX (SOE Bank 2015-2019 Period). The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%. In addition, this study also carries out a classic assumption test which includes normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicolonierity test, and autocorrelation test. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id and from the address of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the results of tests carried out on this study it is known that simultaneously TPF, Liquidity (LDR), Credit Risk (NPL) have a significant influence on Profitability (ROA) at SOE Banks for the 2015-2019 period, while the partial test results show that TPF has a significant positive influence, Liquidity (LDR) has no influence, Credit Risk (NPL) has a significant negative influence. The results of the Adjusted R Square determination coefficient analysis show that 0.815 or 81.5% of the contribution of TPF, LDR, NPL affects profitability (ROA) while the remaining 18.5% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

Abstract

Fingerprint attendance is one of the developments in information technology that makes everyday life easier, especially in the field of human resource management work. Attendance is applied to determine the presence of employees in carrying out work and the realization of work discipline. This study aims to see the effect of fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Palembang employees. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data obtained were then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of Balai Pelatihan Kesehatan Palembang employees. The effect shown is a positive effect

Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of training and work motivation at PT ISS Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative using primary data sourced from employee data at PT ISS Indonesia. The research test used classical assumption test, instrument test and data analysis used descriptive and verification analysis and the hypothesis test was t test and f test. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample with 100 respondents from all the population samples in this study. The results of the t-test that have been carried out, the number resulting from the training tcount (X1) is 7,160 and the motivation (X2) is 6.730, which means tcount > ttable (ttable is 2.70). Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that training has a partial (individual) effect on performance. Then from the results of the f test that has been carried out, the number resulting from fcount is 31.337, meaning that fcount > ftable (ftable of 2.70) meaning H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a jointly significant influence between training and motivation on performance. The statistical results show that the effect of training (X1) on employee performance (Y) is 0.586 or 58.6%, while the influence between motivation and performance is 0.562 or 56.2%. The results showed that the training and work motivation of employees with the regression equation Y = 3.675 + 0.577 (X1) + 0.312 (X2). The results of the regression analysis showed that the training coefficient of 0.577 was positive and the motivation was 0.312.

Abstract

Predicting the future cash flows of a company is a fundamental problem in accounting and finance which reminds that the value of a security firm depends on its ability to generate cash flows. Based on PSAK No. 1 of 2015 states that financial statements are a structured presentation of the financial position and financial performance of an entity. This report displays the history of the entity quantified in monetary value. The results of the study show that net income has a positive and significant effect on future cash flows in the Basic and Chemical Industry sector on the 2018-2020 BEI, operating cash flow has a positive and significant impact on future cash flows in the Basic and Chemical Industry sector on the 2018-2020 BEI, and inventories have a positive and significant impact on future cash flows in the Basic and Chemical Industry sector on the IDX 2018 – 2020

The hospital is one of the places to meet the needs and expectations of patients in solving their health problems, one of which can be fulfilled by providing satisfaction to patients.
