Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the solvency of the budget at the Regency and City Governments in the Province of South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Secondary data in the form of Financial Statements to be analyzed is the Budget Realization Report for Regencies and Cities in South Sumatra Province for the 2016-2020 Fiscal Year. The budget solvency analysis uses the calculation of the budget solvency ratio, the budget solvency ratio index, and the budget solvency dimension index which are the final results to determine the budget solvency value. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the budget solvency in the districts and cities in South Sumatra Province shows quite good results, where within 5 years all districts and cities in South Sumatra Province have passed the indicator of the local government financial health value for budget solvency by showing an average increasing every year, although in 2020 it decreased again due to the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

In the era of globalization like today, we must often hear and talk about the business world, a sector that is developing in Central Lampung, namely food, namely Pempek 299. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of product quality and price on customer loyalty in Pempek 299 partially and simultanously. The population in this research, namely Pempek 299 consumers in 2020 as many as 975 consumers based on data from Pempek 299 consumers. The research sample totaled 91 respondents. Collecting data by means of interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. The analysist technique is in the form of validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regressions analysist, determination coefficientR2, hypothesis testing. The research results show 1. Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty at Pempek 299 in Central Lampung. 2 Price has a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty at Pempek 299 in Central Lampung. 3. Product Quality and Price have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty at Pempek 299 in Central Lampung.

Abstract

Prepaid electricity or smart electricity is a service for using electrical energy by means of pln customers paying the initial fee to obtain electrical energy for use or using a token system, so that customers do not need to deal with the monthly electricity bill payment schedule and can make it easier for customers to control electricity usage and Prepaid electricity is also expected to be able to reduce late payments or what can be called arrears. The aim of the researchers in this study is to analyze and find out what strategies are appropriate in an effort to achieve the migration target of prepaid electricity customers at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Karang using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method and Expert Choice analysis tools that are useful for giving weights. with the aim of obtaining priority strategies. The conclusion of this study shows the right strategy to achieve the prepaid customer migration target in this research, namely improving prepaid customer service followed by free UJL promos and discounts on adding power to pln mobile and village migration programs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job demand on work engagement mediated by burnout at the Pasuruan City Transportation Department. Job demand refers to the physical, psychological, social, and organizational aspects of work that require psychological (cognitive and emotional) and physical resilience to complete the task. Work engagement is a combination of three concepts, namely job satisfaction, commitment to the organization, and extra behavior, namely discretionary efforts that go beyond the tasks of one's own work. While burnout is a syndrome of fatigue, both physically and mentally which includes developing a negative self-concept, lack of concentration and negative work behavior. This research is a quantitative method using a questionnaire from 40 respondents as the total sample from the otor vehicle testing division at the Pasuruan City Transportation Department. According to the results of this study, job demands have a positive and insignificant effect on work engagement, job demands have a positive and significant effect on burnout, burnout has a positive and insignificant effect on work engagement, and burnout cannot mediate the effect of job demands on work engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy and development of promotion during the COVID-19 pandemic at Puncak Mas Sukadanaham Tourism Destinations, Bandar Lampung. This thesis explains about observing, identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and describing how promotion strategies and promotion development are at the peak tourist destinations of Massukadanaham Bandar Lampung. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by conducting direct interviews with informants and data obtained exclusively in the field. Methods that can be used for data collection in this study are observation and documentation. So that they get the following results: 1) Puncakmas tourist destinations in choosing their target market do not make it specifically in identifying visitors who are the target market. 2) Puncakmas in conveying message information that has meaning in it in describing/telling the beauty of tourism objects and what attractions they have. 3) Media selection is in the form of word-of-mouth recommendations and indirect communication. The promotion development strategy is only carried out personally (word of mouth) and non-personally (print media, Instagram social media, and electronic media).

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to be able to measure and make a comparison of a company's financial performance before the pandemic and also after the covid-19 pandemic at PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk. The population is also the sample used for this research, namely using the financial statements at PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk. in 2019 and 2020. The method used for this research is descriptive quantitative. This time the measurement uses only three ratios, namely the liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and also the profitability ratio. The results that have been studied show that there are differences in the financial performance of PT. Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk before and after the covid-19 pandemic. There are several indicators that have decreased, namely the profitability ratio, ROA has decreased due to declining sales after the covid-19 pandemic. The company's burden increased due to the covid-19 pandemic which caused a decrease in NPM but was still within reasonable limits. However, there was a positive impact after the covid-19 pandemic, namely on the liquidity ratio, where the current ratio or current ratio increased after the covid-19 pandemic, which means the company's financial situation is getting better in paying its debts. The very current ratio and after the covid-19 pandemic was stated to be still in the good category, but the company was considered inefficient in utilizing its assets after the entry of the covid-19 pandemic. After the covid-19 pandemic, the DER value decreased, indicating that the debt and liabilities in the company were smaller than all the assets owned by the company. The company experienced a decrease in DAR meaning that the company could minimize its debt and maximize its asset management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mapping of potential, creative economy potential, review of the contribution of the creative industry, namely according to the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), based on Employment, and according to Company activities and increase economic growth in urban areas in Palembang. Based on the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to Employment, as well as based on Company activities and increasing economic growth of urban areas in Palembang. The research method used in this study means: Desk research sourced from the agency based on the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), based on employment, and based on activity. The company also increases the economic growth of urban areas in or related departments, namely the industrial department of Palembang City and literature on the creative industry using studies that are in accordance with the value of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), based on employment, as well as according to the Company's activities and increasing economic growth in urban areas. And a short survey to the creative industry was selected to receive primary data as an evidentiary activity supported by a structured survey tool. The mapping method used is the social mapping method.

Abstract

Village funds used for village development aim to improve community welfare, improve quality of life and reduce poverty and those used for village community empowerment aim to increase the capacity of citizens in entrepreneurial development, increase income, and expand individual economic areas of community groups. One way to strengthen the rural economy is to improve the rural infrastructure which aims to enlarge the existing potential and make the countryside the backbone of the regional and national economy. Rural development is multi-aspected. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a more focused analysis and linkages with sectors and aspects outside the countryside (physical and non-physical, economic and non-economic, social and cultural, and non-spatial).

Abstract

This paper aims to analize the financial deepening on Indonesia economy. The focusof analysize is to identifiying effect of interest rate, exchange rate and Gross DomesticProduct (GDP) to financial deepening on Indonesian economy for 1980-2007. Methodeof analysize is linier regression model. The result of analysize is Gross DomesticProduct (GDP) and interest rate have significant effect to financial deepening on Indonesian economy.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategy in increasing sales at PT Intan Pariwara Metro Branch. The type of research that can be used is descriptive qualitative method with interview techniques conducted to obtain company data from employees at the Metro branch office of PT Intan Pariwara. The focus of this research is how is the marketing strategy in increasing sales at PT Intan Pariwara Metro Branch? The results of the study indicate that the management of marketing strategies includes. 1) segmentation, 2) targeting, 3) positioning, 4) marketing mix. The results above are concluded as a marketing strategy in increasing sales which is currently optimal by using components of segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix so as to increase revenue with good results.
