Abstract

Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) is one device used to measure students' ability. This study aims to tell students, teachers and physics teachers candidates about AKM. This study used a mixed method design at SMAN 17 Surabaya and Universitas Negeri Surabaya by giving questionnaires and interviews. The study was implemented from November 25 to December 7 2021, with 103 respondents. The quantitative data analysis technique used Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett's test include Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient test, while the data qualitative used reduction, presentation and conclusion. Based on the results of the analysis of research data obtained on the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin test (KMO) and Bartlett's of 0,691 and 0,584, while in Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of 0,782 and 0,752. Thus this study is valid and reliable. The perspectives of students, teachers and physics teachers candidates agree with implementing the AKM as a substitute for the National Examination. Respondents stated that the AKM was more complex than the National Examination. However, the AKM cannot be used as a graduation requirement and a reference basis for formulating education in Indonesia because it is still being implemented. Need some preparation before implementation of AKM, such as guiding students. AKM can be integrated into physics learning. In this case, physical theory is associated with everyday life. Research that discusses the results of AKM implementation is a little bit. Based on the results of the research can be concluded that students, teachers and physics teachers candidates disagree with the AKM as the basis for reference and graduation requirements. Physics problems can be used as an AKM associated with the environment. Research related to the results of AKM implementation is not too much, so the research needs to follow up. Abstract

The learning system in the 21st century has a goal that focuses on the ability of students to solve problems and think critically. In the process, this ability needs to be supported by a skill, namely the ability to carry out scientific arguments. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Argument-Driven-Inquiry learning model in physics learning, the effect of the application of the ADI learning model on students' scientific argumentation abilities and student responses to the application of the ADI learning model. The type of research used is Experimental Design, with a research design of Pretest-Posstest Control Group Design. Data collection methods used are observation, tests and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that ADI's learning was carried out very well. Based on the class category, the ability to argue scientifically in each student has a significant difference where this is reinforced by the gain value. The gain value for the experimental class reached 0.49 (medium category) and the control class only reached 0.17 (low category). The statistical perspective noted that the student's response had three main factors as factors that formed the pattern of students' argumentation, with a cumulative percentage of 69.591%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is (1) To identify the distribution of articles related to the use of TVA as a medium in publications over the past 5 years; (2) To identify the distribution of languages used in the writing of TVA publications; (3) To identify the number of TVA scientific publications as Physics media research; (4) To identify the correlation between subjects used in TVA. The method used in this research is bibliometric analysis that can help researchers in researching the contents of bibliographies, analyzing the correlation of objects from Scopus metadata in the last 5 years, namely 2016 - 2020. From the search results on Scopus with the keyword TVA obtained as many as 24,495 documents. There are three dominant groups, namely Study, State, and Object. TVA deals with studies, research models and learning, related to tracking an object or benchmark, related to community activities or activities in a country.

Abstract

Abstract The challenge of education in Indonesia in the 21st century is that at least students need to have critical thinking competencies and effective communication, students can practice these competencies by having good scientific argumentation skills. Arguments are easier when using media such as photovoice, with photovoice helping students express something that is being discussed. This study focuses on and aims to determine the level of scientific argumentation ability of students using Photovoice media on light refraction material in class XI IPA SMAN 1 Sumberrejo. The method used is mixed quantitatively and qualitatively, with quasi-experimental. The population in this study were all students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Sumberrejo as many as 210 students, with a sample of 30 students in class XI IPA 6 of SMAN 1 Sumberrejo. Students' scientific arguments were measured using an essay test with photovoice media. Quantitative data analysis used a one-sample t-test, while qualitative data analysis used the TAP (Toulmin's Argumentation Pattern) pattern component. Based on the results of calculations using the one-sample t-test, which was carried out twice, it showed that the students' scientific argumentation ability scores were in a good category. The results of coding students' scientific argumentation patterns using TAP obtained an average score of 2.34 this score was in a good category, as well as stated in the percentage of 77.4% of students got a good category. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the value of the scientific argumentation ability of students using photovoice media on light refraction material is in a good category, although it is difficult to develop arguments both written and oral because it is based on students who do not understand the concept of the material well. Abstract

Learning Problem Based Learning (PBL) on Environment Learning is a learning model in which it relates material to the environment. This study aims to determine the improvement of problem solving abilities in high school students by using the Environmental Learning-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest design. This research procedure uses learning instrument validation and analyzes research data using the SPSS application. The conclusion of this research is that learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model based on Environment Learning has increased the problem solving ability of students compared to using conventional learning models. Student responses in learning Environment Learning-based Problem Based Learning (PBL) are also positive and make learning more interesting and easy to understand compared to using conventional learning models. Abstract

Today's learning is still too focused on memorizing concepts and memorizing formulas, so that physics learning is less meaningful. Basically, there are various learning models that can strengthen the approach and meet the needs of Curriculum 13 (revision). One of them is the guided inquiry learning model. This study aims to find out how much the effectiveness of learning using guided inquiry learning methods. The research method used by Pre Experimental Design with the design of one group pretest-posttest design is carried out in one class without comparison. To find out the results of the hypothesis test conducted t-test, obtained tcount > ttable (16.715 > 2.045). The decision of the test is to reject H0 and accept H1 so that from the data it can be said that there is a significant change in the final test results (post-test). To find out how much the effectiveness of guided inquiry learning methods was conducted the N-Gain test obtained a score of 0.56 including the category "medium”. The results of the study show that the application of the guided inquiry learning model has a positive influence on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to measure the level of students' ability to argue scientifically using Performance Assessment. Performance Assessment is a form that can make students understand, master skills and are competent in observing or providing results. In this study, the assessment used is Performance Assessment, which is to assess the ability of scientific argumentation with components (claims, data, warrants, backings, and qualifiers) of students. This research uses a quantitative survey method, with one data being a test and two data being a questionnaire. The sample selection used random sampling so that the respondents obtained as many as 36 students in SMA Negeri 14 Surabaya. Based on the results of the data obtained, there is a positive and significant influence. Instruments on Performance Assessment affect the ability of scientific argumentation of students in learning Physics by getting a high/good category. And from the results of the response questionnaire, there is a positive relationship, namely that students are well interested in the application of Performance Assessment and learning is carried out using scientific arguments. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis jalur perjalanan Isra’ dan Mi’raj Nabi Muhammad serta perspektifnya di bidang fisika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah strategi penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder sebagai pendukungnya. Dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini, dibutuhkan data hasil wawancara serta karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian ini, yang mana diperoleh data yang bersifat teoritis. Untuk memperoleh data yang akurat, yang harus dilakukan adalah mempelajari topik Isra’ Mi’raj dalam perspektif fisika melalui data yang telah dikumpulkan sebelumnya. Dalam hal ini, peneliti memperoleh pengetahuan baru yang kemudian dapat dikaji lebih dalam. Setelah itu, melakukan analisis data yang telah dipelajari dan dikumpulkan sebelumnya dan mengandalkan konsep dan teori yang ada untuk kemudian memperoleh pembahasan dalam penelitian. Melalui penelitian ini, dapatdiketahui bahwa Teori Nol Kelvin dan Prinsip Ketidakpastian Heisenberg sejauh ini sesuai untuk menjelaskan peristiwa Isra’ Mi’raj. Sedangkan Teori Relativitas Einstein dianggap belum cukup mampu menjelaskan peristiwa Isra’ Mi’raj, karena terdapat penjelasan yang kurang sesuai. Seperti, ketika tubuh Nabi Muhammad melaju dengan kecepatan cahaya, maka tubuhnya akan meledak. Dengan demikian, Teori Relativitas Einstein bukan teori yang tepat untuk menjelaskan fenomena Isra’ Mi’raj.

Abstract

The development of technology is very useful in the education world. One of the impacts of technological developments on the education world is the development of learning media. Learning media is made as attractive as possible to increase the student’s interest which affects their learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the use of Quizizz media as an evaluation tool to increase student learning outcomes in class XI physics using static fluid using Quizizz media. The method in this study is an experiment with a Quasi-Experimental Design. The sample used in this study amounted to 80 students from a total population of 308 students who came from two classes XI science.. The sample is divided into two classes, namely experimental and control. The experimental class was treated using Quizizz media (paperless-based test), while the control class was given a paper-based test. The instrument in this research is multiple-choice questions. Before being tested on students, the validity of the instrument was tested and the results were valid. According to the results of research that has been carried out, the difference in the average pretest-post-test between the experimental class and the Quizizz treatment is higher than the control class with a value of 39.37 so it is categorized as moderate. The significance value in the post-test t-test of the two classes got a value of 0.019 which means there is a difference. To find out the improvement in physics learning outcomes for class XI static fluid material using Quizizz media, the n-gain test was carried out. Obtained a significance value of 0.008 which means it is smaller than 0.05 and the t-count is greater than t- table, therefore it can be said that the results of the hypothesis test Ha are accepted. So it can be said that the application of Quizizz media in static fluid material can affect the improvement of student learning outcomes in class XI. So Quizizz can be applied as an evaluation tool to measure students' abilities.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the increase in students' creative thinking skills based on article reviews with the implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model. This research includes qualitative research with the type of research using library research, namely library research that uses data grouping methods and then carried out by analyzing and reviewing various relevant journals and research articles. By using analysis techniques of collection, unification and identification of secondary data obtained from several relevant studies. Based on the results of this study, it can be obtained that the application of the Problem Based Learning learning model itself can improve students' creative thinking skills. In the research that has been done through library research, it was found that the students' creative thinking ability showed increasing results, including in the medium category. In this study, the increase in students' creative thinking skills was also seen from four aspects, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. This is obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the learning model that Problem Based Learning can improve students' creative thinking skills.
