Abstract

The activities of the DPRD public relations and secretariat section to increase the publication of Kaur Regency DPRD activities are carried out to cover and publish activities carried out by DPRD leaders and members to be conveyed to the public so that the public can know about the activities carried out by DPRD members for the 2019-2024 term as bearers of the legislative mandate. that society has given. There are many problems that occur in the implementation of coverage and publication of the activities of the leaders and members of the Kaur Regency DPRD, including poor internet signal, frequent power outages, journalistic staff in the public relations department and protocols that do not exist, and the attitude of the people in Kaur Regency that does not follow activities carried out by the people's representatives. The aim of this research is to describe and understand the implementation of policies in the public relations section of the DPRD secretariat to increase the publication of Kaur Regency DPRD activities which will be studied using George C. Edward III's theory. The research method uses a qualitative research approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation studies and triangulation. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of policies by the public relations section of the DPRD secretariat to increase the publication of Kaur Regency DPRD activities which are studied using Edward III's theory is quite good.

Abstract

Perangkat elektronik dan digital tidak lagi bisa lepas dari segala aspek kehidupan di era ini. Teknologi digital membuat kemudahan sekaligus membawa perubahan tatananan kehidupan masyarakat dunia termasuk Indonesia. Khusus pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa, melalui Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia (LKPP-RI) telah membuat platform Layanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Secara Elektronik (LPSE) berbasis website. Akan tetapi fakta dilapangan masih banyak ASN Pengelola pengadaan yang belum memahami penggunaan aplikasi ini sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Efektifitas Strategi peningkatan Pengetahuan Perangkat Daerah Dalam Proses Pengadaan Secara Elektronik dan menganalisis faktor apakah yang paling dominan dalam Strategi Efektifitas Peningkatan Pengetahuan Perangkat Daerah Dalam Proses Pengadaan Secara Elektronik (e-procurement) di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ekploratori dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penentuan informan dengan teknik purposive sampling.  Dalam analisis data kualitatif ini dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Efektifitas Strategi Peningkatan Pengetahuan Perangkat Daerah Dalam Proses Pengadaan Secara Elektronik di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu terlaksana dengan cukup efektif dan faktor yang paling dominan adalah pencapaian tujuan dikarenakan pentahapan e-procurement, kurun waktu pelaksanaan e-procurement dan sasaran pelaksanaan e-procurement sudah terlaksana sesuai Peraturan Presiden Nomor 12 Tahun 2021 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 16 Tahun 2018 tentang Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah dan Peraturan Lembaga Nomor 12 tahun 2001 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Melalui Penyedia.

Abstract

Employees are actors who play an active role in carrying out tasks in the organization, according to their field of work. Therefore, employees as members of the organization are required to have good and optimal performance, so that the organization can run effectively. The important role of employee performance in improving organizational effectiveness encouraged the author to conduct research on the role of performance in improving the organization at the Kaur District Health Service. The Kaur District Health Service was chosen for research because the Health Service is closely related to public health. Research on employee performance focuses on the quality of work results, timeliness, initiative and communication. Meanwhile, organizational effectiveness is focused on achieving goals, integration and adaptation. The aim of this research is to analyze the role of employee performance in increasing organizational effectiveness. The main data source is a primary source from Health Service employees as informants. The technique used in data collection is interviews. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out descriptively qualitatively. The results of the research conducted show that employee performance from the 4 aspects studied is not all good, as a result employee performance has not been able to increase organizational effectiveness optimally, because organizational effectiveness is not yet optimal.

Abstract

This investigation was carried out with the aim of assessing the basis of the Bengkulu Province National and Political Unity Agency in its efforts to strengthen national integration and integration. The study method used is a qualitative study. The data in this investigation was obtained from primary and secondary sources. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and inference/validation procedures. The results of the study show that: 1) The basis of the Bengkulu Province National and Political Unity Agency in strengthening national unity and integrity has been implemented well and responsibly, this can be seen from the results of the study which is based on information obtained from informants. 2) Assessment of the policies of the Bengkulu Province National and Political Agency in strengthening national unity and integrity has gone well, in accordance with public policy indicators which include: a) Input Indicators, b) Process Indicators, c) Output Indicators, and d) Result Indicators . 3) The employees have also tried their best to continue to improve the basis of the Bengkulu Province National and Political Unity Agency in strengthening national unity and unity.

Abstract

The presence of law within society is of paramount importance, as it serves to regulate human behavior. The law necessitates subjects, or implementers, namely the members of society, creating a reciprocal relationship between law and society. Consequently, law can function both passively and actively to control human actions, with the ultimate goal of guiding society toward deliberate and improved change. There are numerous objectives behind the creation of laws in societal life and the reasons why society necessitates their existence. Primarily, laws are established to foster peace, tranquility, welfare, and to provide legal certainty, ensuring that each individual can attain their rightful entitlements and justice. The comprehensive realization of these legal objectives within society, however, is contingent upon public adherence to the law. Therefore, it can be posited that a society devoid of guidelines, such as laws, would likely generate numerous disputes, resulting in a chaotic and arbitrary existence. This research adopts a qualitative approach and is analyzed descriptively The findings underscore the inherent interdependence between law and society, revealing that the efficacy of law is contingent upon its reception and implementation by society at large. Consequently, the symbiotic nexus between law and society emerges as indispensable for the attainment of societal order and justice. The symbiotic relationship between law and society is characterized by a reciprocal exchange, wherein society provides the necessary context and adherence for the efficacy of law, while law, in turn, serves as a guiding framework for societal behavior and interaction. This symbiosis is essential for fostering a cohesive and harmonious social fabric, wherein individuals coexist within a structured framework of rights, obligations, and responsibilities.

Abstract

Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is a government organization whose duties are to provide services. Service will be able to satisfy if the service performance provided is of high quality. The importance of quality service is why the author focuses this research on service performance with the factors that will be studied in influencing service are productivity, service quality, responsiveness and accountability. This research is quantitative research with data sources obtained from 30 respondents. The main tool for collecting data is a questionnaire. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using the t test (t-test) obtained that the calculated t value of the four independent variables had a significance < alpha 0.05. The results of hypothesis testing using the F test (F-test) obtained a calculated F value with a significance of <alpha 0.05. Therefore, productivity, service quality, responsiveness and responsiveness partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on service performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Kaur Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of mobility and job changes on the performance of National Service Providers (NSP) of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service. This research is a quantitative type which involves data collection through questionnaires and data analysis through a multiple linear regression analysis model. Random sampling is a sample selection method. Multiple linear regression analysis was used on a sample consisting of eighty respondents. The results of the regression analysis show that 31.70% of the performance characteristics of employees of the National Private Organization (ASN) of the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Service are explained by circulation and movement, the remaining 68.30% is explained by other influencing factors. This was not researched in Bengkulu Province. This research. Currently, the F test results. count = (19.347) > Ftable = (2.49) which shows that the independent variables that change and change at the same time have many positive and negative influences on workers' work. The results of the t test show that the conversion rate analysis tcount (3.769) is ttable (1.664) and it is known that this variable has a significant influence on employee performance, and this change is the result of table (2.558). 1.664), many variables have a significant influence on employee performance. It could be said to be the most important change affecting the performance (ASN) of the Youth Sports Service in Bengkulu Province.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of standard operational procedures for the financial administration of the treasurer's expenditure on assistant officials who make supervisory commitments. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The results of the research show that: (1) Implementation of Standard Operational Procedures at the Bengkulu Province National Road Planning and Supervision Work Unit Office in the Treasurer Sector, Expenditures of Assistant Commitment Making Officials, the implementation has gone well in accordance with standard operational procedures set by the Ministry of PUPR. Implementation of standard operational procedures is also followed properly by the project consultant (2) If the files or billing documents from the project consultant are incomplete, they will be returned to the project consultant so that the files are complete in accordance with standard operational procedures (3) The Commitment Making Officer Supervision assigns tasks and the responsibility of the project consultant to supervise project control in terms of quality, quantity and costs (4) If the billing files or documents are incomplete. Abstract

The quality of human resources in an organization, including school organizations, is influenced by various factors such as education, training and experience. Therefore, in this research the author focuses on aspects related to the quality of human resources. Qualifications include education, training and experience. This research is a quantitative research with 30 respondents as employees of SMK Negeri 4, and the analytical tools used are multiple linear regression analysis, truncated analysis and t test. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of education, training and experience on the quality of DM at SMK Negeri 4. It is assumed that education, training and experience will influence the quality of human resources at SMK Negeri 4. The research results found that education, training and experience have a positive effect on quality of human resources at SMK Negeri 4 South Bengkulu. Hypothesis testing is based on multiple linear regression and t test. This proves the hypothesis formulated above.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing the policy of providing incentives given to Koran teachers in educating and teaching students/youth and the role of local governments in providing attention to Koran teachers. The research used in this paper is qualitative descriptive research through case studies. This research data is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentary methods. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and decision making/validation. The findings of this research are as follows: The Al-Quran Teacher development policy in Kaur Regency has been managed well and accountably, which is reflected in monitoring indicators which include: 1) Procedures and objectives and targets of policy/practice. , 2) resources, 3) characteristics of implementing agencies, 4) communication and implementation activities between related agencies, 5) attitudes or attitudes of trainers, 6) social, economic and political environment.
