Journal of Office Administration: Education and Practice, published in May, August, and November, is a peer-reviewed journal that is managed by the Department of Education of Office Administration, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This Journal aims to help researchers publish their papers, from their study, for a wider audience. This journal focuses on office administration research, in education and practice, by all approaches that can be responsible for their study. Abstract

In the learning process at a Vocational High School, a teacher requires learning materials that are by the 2013 Curriculum to facilitate students in increasing their learning independence. This research aims to explain the validity of the product resulting from the development of a problem-based learning (PBL) employee management automation module based on student needs. This research method is a type of development research (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The research focused on the module assessment results of validation experts consisting of material, language, and graphics experts. The research results show that the module is included in the very appropriate criteria by experts with an average score of 96% from a maximum score of 100%. The results of the material expert assessment were 90%, the language expert assessment was 100%, and the graphics expert assessment was 97%. This states that the module developed by researchers is suitable for use in the learning process according to learning objectives and student competency standards.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the process of problem-based learning emphasizes creativity, cooperative learning, critical thinking, and idea development. The instruments used in these assessments cannot reflect the principles inherent in the problem-based learning method, which prioritizes contextual and daily-life applications. The objectives of this study aim to validate the developed product using ADDIE model, focusing on the outcomes of assessments by instrument and learning evaluation experts. The results of this study showed that the assessment instrument was categorized as very feasible by experts with an average score of 4.59 of 5 as maximum score. The learning evaluation expert assessment score was 4.71, and the instrument expert assessment was 4.47. Thus, it can be stated that the products developed are valid and suitable for use by target group. Valid and feasible instruments are expected to provide more accurate student learning assessment results according to learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of enjoyment and trust on using artificial intelligence-based voice assistants in vocational high school students using TAM. The subjects of this study were students of the Program of Office Management and Business Services (OMBS) at Buduran Vocational High School. A sample of 140 students was selected from a population of 219 using the Krejcie and Morgan formula, with a significance level of 0.05. The study used Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM) with the GSCA pro software. The results showed that enjoyment and trust significantly influence perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, and actual use. In addition, this research model successfully explains the variability of the dependent variable with a FIT value of 0.522 and AFIT of 0.515, indicating that the model has a good level of fit. The findings emphasize the importance of enjoyment and trust factors in the acceptance of new technologies in educational settings and provide insights for the further advancement and integration of artificial intelligence technologies in vocational education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of archive management in the secretariat section of Hospital X in Sidoarjo. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected using observation, documentation and unstructured interviews. The result of the study shows that the management of archives using a manual system atHospital X in the Sidoarjo area is not yet effective. Despite employees having job satisfaction and a high sense of responsibility, the hospital has not consistently achieved 100% target fulfilment. Various obstacles continue to hinder effective archival management
