Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world of education, because face-to-face learning activities were stopped and the learning process shifted to using online methods. Changes in the learning process cause academic stress in students. This paper aims to describe the results of research on the effect of student self-efficacy and self-regulation on academic stress experienced by students in online courses. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 for windows. The results of the study state that self-efficacy and self-regulation have an effect on student academic stress which can be seen from the calculation results obtained with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Then, there is a significant effect between self-efficacy and academic stress on students as seen from the calculation results obtained with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Furthermore, there is an influence between self-regulation and academic stress on students as seen from the calculation results obtained with a significance value of 0.007 ≤ 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Google Classroom in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research sample was students of the Office Administration Education Study Program at the State University of Surabaya, batch 2017, 2018, and 2019, which means 95 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used a percentage. The results showed that Google Classroom was effectively applied in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Informasi menjadi salah satu kebutuhan yang mendasar dan sumber pengetahuan bagi setiap orang di era modernisasi seperti saat ini dan arsip merupakan salah satu sumber informasi. Fungsi kearsipan menjadi semakin penting pada saat ini karena arsip merupakan alat bukti akuntabilitas sebuah organisasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, selama ini yang terjadi dilapangan peserta didik mengalamai kesulitan dalam memahami materi prosedur penyimpanan arsip. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menggabungkan Augmented Reality (AR) ke dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai media pembelajaran, sehingga diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar kepada peserta didik tentang konsep atau gagasan abstrak yang mungkin sulit dipahami oleh peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran ini diharapkan peserta didik akan lebih mudah memahami prosedur penyimpanan arsip. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran ini adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang bersumber dari Luther dan sudah dimodifikasi oleh Sutopo. Pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) diawali dengan pembuatan konsep, pembuatan desain, pembuatan video animasi, dan pengujian media terkait dengan kemampuan kamera telepon pintar mendeteksi overlays. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dan pengujian terhadap media pembelajaran berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) pada materi prosedur penyimpanan arsip dapat dikatakan berhasil. Hal ini sesuai dengan yang diharapkan yaitu untuk mempertajam pengetahuan peserta didik dalam memahami prosedur penyimpanan arip sehingga lebih mudah dalam mempraktikkan sistem penyimpanan arsip.

Abstract

Students have been forced to study from home because of the covid-19 pandemic. However, lecturers have been expected to be more innovative in guiding and delivering teaching from home, requiring lecturers to work from home (WFH). The presence of digital systems due to technological developments and data that is neither spatially nor temporally constrained can be used to search for learning module data. ICT Literacy enables readers to access information at any time and from any location via features connected to the internet network. ICT literacy is the ability to access, organize, integrate, evaluate, generate, and transmit data to contribute to knowledge. Apart from ICT, another factor contributing to student learning independence is Self-Directed Learning  (SDL). Self-directed learning is when a student uses their knowledge in the form of initiatives to take responsibility for their lessons, with or without the help of others. This involves comprehending points of view, practice strategies, practice activities, assessments, and interpersonal skills. By combining ICT literacy with SDL, students’ learning resources can be enriched, resulting in increased learning independence. This study employs associative research with a quantitative approach.  The data were analyzed using the Partial T-Test and Simultaneous F-Test. This research shows that ICT literacy, self-directed learning, and the learning independence of students in the Office Administration Education study program in 2021 and 2022 all have a positive effect.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu guna menganalisis: 1) dampak dari keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; 2) dampak dari keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa; dan 3) dampak dari keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan populasi siswa jurusan OTKP di SMK Negeri 2 Buduran Sidoarjo yang berjumlahkan 222 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dari kelas XII OTKP dengan total sampel sebanyak 71 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner beserta observasi. Uji coba perangkat menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Ada berbagai teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan guna lebih memahami data yaitu: 1) uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedasitisitas dan uji autokorelasi; dan 2) uji hipotesis yang memakai uji regresi linier berganda. Kesudahan penelitian menghasilkan data bahwa: 1) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; 2) tidak adanya pengaruh signifikan antara keterampilan mengajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa; 3) adanya hubungan signifikan secara simultan antara keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial motivation on the formation of the entrepreneurial spirit of green students. This is because movements in Indonesia are still a problem that needs attention. The government's effort to overcome this problem is by requiring every university in Indonesia to add a compulsory subject, namely entrepreneurship, one of which has been implemented in the Office Administration Education Study Program, State University of Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, then sampling using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with closed questions. As for the data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. After the observations were made, it turned out that only a few students had implemented the learning both theory and practice that they had acquired during the entrepreneurship course.

Abstract

Semenjak ditetapkannya PSBB di Jawa Timur khususnya zona merah yaitu Surabaya, maka semua aktivitas pendidikan dihentikan termasuk kegiatan pembelajaran di UNESA. Beberapa mahasiswa UNESA masih tertahan di Surabaya karena adanya himbauan pemerintah untuk tidak pulang kampung sebagai pencegahan penyebaran wabah virus corona tinggal di Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meringankan beban civitas akademika UNESA kurang mampu khususnya pada mahasiswa yang masih bertahan tinggal di Surabaya melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok sebagai dampak pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masayarakat ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap persiapan, dilakukan untuk mengetahui pokok permasalahan yang dialami oleh mitra, 2) tahap pelaksanaan melalui pemberian bantuan berupa bahan pokok secara langsung sebagai salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dan 3) ahap evaluasi untuk mengetahui ketercapaian target. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini hanya dihadiri oleh pengurus, perwakilan mahasiswa Asrama Pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry dan perwakilan dosen dari tim PKM serta mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran yang membantu penyaluran bantuan dan dokumentasi kegiatan. Selain itu kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik dilihat dari data angket respon dan testimoni pengurus sekaligus mahasiswa UNESA sebagai bagian dari pesantren Putri Jagad Alimussirry.

Abstract

Records management plays important roles in an agency or organization. Technology develops rapidly along with time. In terms of electronic-based management information systems, the researcher tries to innovate to improve the conventional archive management system using a Microsoft Access-based archive application system. This study aims to (1) determine the process of designing an Electronic Archive Management Information System (E-Archive) using Microsoft Access and (2) determine the effectiveness of the E-archive design using Microsoft Access for the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. This Research & Development (R&D) used the ADDIE development model. The test subjects were 3 Administrative Archives of SMKN 4 Surabaya. Quantitative and qualitative data were obtained from validation sheets and questionnaires. The validators involved were Design Experts, Media Experts, and Practitioners. Data were analyzed using Accuracy Figures adapted from Liang Gie. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Microsoft Access-based archive applications get an average percentage of 92.8% with "Very Eligible" category to be applied to the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya. (2) The value of the accuracy to measure the effectiveness of the archive retrieval process at the Administration of SMKN 4 Surabaya is 1 with the criteria of quite effective.

Abstract

Riset ini berguna menganalisis kecerdasan berpikir serta hasil belajar siswa kelas XI OTP pada pelajaran OTKK di SMK Negeri 1 Jombang memanfaatkan model group investigation bantuan media edugames baamboozle. Termasuk model Quasi Eksperimental Design tipe Nonequivalent Control Group Design. 33 siswa kelas XI OTP 2 dan 33 siswa kelas XI OTP 1 dijadikan sampel. Data hasil tes, psikomotor, observasi, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi. Menerapkan uji gain score, uji homogenitas, uji hipotesis, dan uji normalitas dalam analisis data. Dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, temuan uji hipotesis kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah thitung > ttabel. Dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka temuan uji hipotesis terhadap hasil belajar siswa adalah thitung > ttabel. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa H1 dan H2 adalah hipotesis yang valid. Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan group investigation yang didukung oleh baamboozle edugames.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing learning media, knowing the feasibility, and response of students to android-based learning media with the AppyPie application in class X archival subjects of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. This research is a type of development research commonly referred to as R&D (Research and Development) using a 4-D development model which includes the stages of definition (define), planning (design), development (develop), and deployment (disseminate), but this research is limited only to the development stage. The subjects of this study amounted to 20 students from class X OTKP SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The assessment instrument used in this study used material expert validation sheets and media expert validation as well as student response questionnaires. The results of the development of this learning media are in the form of an Andorid-based application called Arsipintar which contains menus that support archival learning in KD to understand archival norms, standards, procedures, and rules. The results of the material expert validation assessment get a score of 90% with very strong criteria, The results of media expert validation get a percentage of 80% with strong criteria, and student responses get a score of 95.42% with very strong criteria. So, it can be concluded that Android-based learning media with the AppyPie application is feasible to be used in the learning process.
