Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan Bidang Pembangkitan dan Bidang Perencanaan PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan dan Penyaluran Kalimantan yang berjumlah 34 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus, seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2). Stres Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3). Variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja adalah Lingkungan Kerja. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Stres kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi, self-efficacy, locus of control dan empowerment baik secara simultan, parsial dan dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Kalsel Kantor Cabang Utama Banjarmasin. Pendekatan penelitian yang dipergunakan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear ganda dengan Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 121 orang yang berstatus sebagai karyawan aktif di Bank Kalsel Kantor Cabang Utama di Banjarmasin.. Model regresi telah melalui uji asumsi klasik dan dinyatakan berdistribusi normal, bebas gejala multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji F membuktikan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi, self-efficacy, locus of control dan empowerment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara parsial budaya organisasi (X1) dan empowerment (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan self-efficacy (X2) dan locus of control (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji dominan membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai Standardized Coefficients Beta 0,425 lebih besar dari nilai variabel bebas lainnya. Abstract

Abstract: Competition between companies is getting higher, making companies have to be able to maintain the continuity of the company by further improving the capabilities of its human resources. Through competent and good quality employees, companies can improve their performance through reward and punishment. This research was conducted at PT Barito Berlian Motor Banjarbaru with a total population of 173 people and 121 people who were sampled from the total population using the slovin formula. This type of research is quantitative which is descriptive and associative of causal relationships. This research used the IBM version of the SPSS 22 test tool which the results tested were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests and correlation tests. For both variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance. Correlationally, the relationship between reward and punishment variables has a positive and significant influence as well. Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the variables of organizational culture, work environment and competency on employee performance at the Office of Energy and Mineral Resources of South Kalimantan Province simultaneously, partially and dominantly. The research method emphasizes the distribution of questionnaires distributed to 54 respondents. Data analysis techniques to find out the overall picture of the influence of the independent and dependent variables in this study, then carried out with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show the regression equation Y = 6.504 + 0.068.X1 + 0.099.X2 + 0.124.X3 + e. The three hypotheses in this study are proven and accepted that there is a simultaneous, partial and dominant influence on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of South Kalimantan Province. Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on workplace learning and transformational leadership and organizational culture on innovative work behavior of employees at the Regional Development Planning and Research Agency for East Barito Regency. This study uses the census method. The sample used in this study was 40 respondents, where data was collected through questionnaires distributed. The analysis is based on respondents' answers obtained through questionnaires distributed by researchers. The data analysis technique used partial least squares (PLS) structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the SmartPLS 3.2.0 program. The results of research on 40 employees at the Development Planning Agency and Regional Development Research in East Barito Regency showed that 1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on workplace learning as evidenced by the significance value. 2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on workplace learning. 3) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative work behavior. 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative work behavior and 5) Workplace learning has a positive and significant effect on employee innovative work behavior at the Regional Development Planning and Research Agency for East Barito Regency Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, Workplace Learning, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

Health Centers are required to provide quality health services supported by the commitment of officers so as to provide patient trust and satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and staff commitment on the trust and satisfaction of outpatients at the UPTD Tamiang Layang Health Center. This research is a quantitative study with a population of all outpatients at the Tamiang Layang Health Center UPTD with a sample of 288 people, using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis using Partial Least Square based Structural Equation Model. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on patient trust, there was an effect of staff commitment on patient trust, there was an effect of service quality on patient satisfaction, there was an effect of staff commitment on patient satisfaction, and there was an effect of patient trust on patient trust. Abstract

This study aims to find out partially how much influence family support and peer support have on patient self-confidence and post-stroke patient motivation at Pambalah Batung Amuntai Hospital, Hulu Sungai Utara District, both directly and indirectly. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and with a population of 96 (ninety six) people, a total sampling technique of 96 (ninety six) people is taken, the research instrument is tested for validity and reliability testing, the data is tested using partial regression analysis (Partial Least Square/PLS) to test the five hypotheses proposed in this study. Each hypothesis will be analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of the influence of family support and peer support on patients' self-confidence and there is an effect of family support, peer support and patient self-confidence on the motivation of post-stroke patients in Pambalah Hospital, Batung Amuntai, Hulu Sungai Utara District, the influence of family support and support. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the variables of parents' education level, school environment, facilities & infrastructure, and parenting patterns of parents on student achievement at Selat Baru State Elementary School in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province simultaneously, partially and dominantly. The research method emphasizes the distribution of questionnaires distributed to 32 respondents, namely students of the New Straits State Elementary School in South Barito Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. Data analysis techniques to find out the overall picture of the influence of the independent and dependent variables in this study, were carried out by instrument testing, classical assumption testing and multiple linear regression analysis. The three hypotheses in this study are proven and accepted that the variables of parents' education level, school environment, facilities & infrastructure, and parenting patterns have a simultaneous, partial and dominant influence on student achievement at the New Straits State Elementary School in South Barito Regency Central Kalimantan Province. The data analysis technique used is using SPSS.The results showed that Human Resource Competence, Discipline and Work Environment had a significant effect simultaneously on Excellent Service at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of South Kalimantan Province, Human Resource Competence, work discipline and work environment had a partial significant effect on Excellent Service at the Department of Labor Work and Transmigration of South Kalimantan Province, Work Environment with a Dominant Influence on the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of South Kalimantan Province. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of integrity, independence, objectivity and competence on APIP performance through audit quality. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The independent variables consist of integrity, independence, objectivity and competence, the dependent variable is APIP performance and the intervening variable is audit quality. The sample used in this study was 29 people from 41 population, namely employees who carry out direct supervisory duties (Auditors and PPUPD). The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, direct observation and interviews. Data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and path analysis (Path Analysis) with the help of Smart PLS version 3.3.2 Professional. The results of the study show that the direct effect: (1) integrity has a significant effect on audit quality; (2) independence has a significant effect on audit quality; (3) objectivity has a significant effect on audit quality; (4) competence has no significant effect on audit quality; (5) integrity has a significant effect on APIP performance; (6) independence has no significant effect on APIP performance; (7) objectivity has a significant effect on APIP performance; (8) competence has a significant effect on APIP performance; (9) audit quality has a significant effect on APIP performance. As for the indirect effect: (10) integrity has a significant effect on APIP performance through audit quality; (11) independence has a significant effect on APIP performance through audit quality; (12) competence has a significant effect on APIP performance through audit quality; (13) competence has no significant effect on APIP performance through audit quality at the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Barito Selatan Keywords: integrity, independence, objectivity, audit quality and APIP performance.
