Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of training and work discipline on the performance of officers at the Samarinda City Fire Department. This research is a research using quantitative descriptive method. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 117 respondents using the Slovin formula. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study show that partially the training variable has an effect but is not significant on the performance of firefighters in Samarinda City and the discipline variable has an effect and is significant on the performance of firefighters. Simultaneously training and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of firefighters in Samarinda City. The value of Adjusted R Square is 0.492, which means that all independent variables can explain 49.2% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 50.8% can be explained by other factors not tested in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of changes in organizational culture, individual characteristics and leadership on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Samarinda Square. This research method is quantitative with data collection using quota sampling techniques with a total of 48 samples, data collection techniques using descriptive analysis, the data presented is data obtained from the results of respondents' answers using the SPSS version 2.2 calculation tool to fully understand the relationship between each variable. . From the results of the t-test analysis (partial) there is a significant effect of 10% which is relatively low or there is no influence on the variables of organizational culture change (X1) Individual Characteristics (X2) and Leadership (X3) on employee job satisfaction (Y) at PT . Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Samarinda Square. And while the rest is 90% which may be influenced by other factors that are not explained by the researcher in this thesis. But from the results of the F test (simultaneous) the three variables have no influence on the variables of organizational culture change (X1) Individual Characteristics (X2) and leadership (X3) on employee job satisfaction at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk Samarinda Square.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using working capital on profitability. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative and uses an analytical tool, namely financial ratios as a tool to determine the effect of using working capital on profitability at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the use of working capital, namely cash turnover in 2015 to 2019 has decreased but mostly is above industry standards, receivables turnover in 2015 to 2019 fluctuated but was above industry standards and inventory turnover Inventory turnover from 2015 until 2019 has increased but is below industry standards. thus making the use of working capital can affect the profitability of PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze, and compare the financial performance of PT. Eastparc Hotel Tbk with similar sector companies (sample) before and during the 2018-2020 COVID-19 pandemic which were analyzed based on the liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total assets), activity ratio (total assets turnover), and profitability ratio (return on assets and net profit margin). This research method is descriptive qualitative by using financial ratio analysis tools to determine and analyze the value of liquidity (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency value (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total assets), activity value (total assets turnover), and profitability values ​​(return on assets and net profit margin), which are then compared between the companies that the researcher chooses with other similar sector companies. From the analysis results, the researcher can conclude that the liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total assets), and activity ratio (total asset turnover) are below the industry average or more. lower than the industry average (sample), while the profitability ratios (return on assets and net profit margin) are above the industry average or higher than the industry average (sample).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and relationship of product quality, halal labels and discounts on Oriflame cosmetic products on the buying interest of the people of Samarinda. This research method is descriptive quantitative with Multiple Linear Regression analysis, and uses statistical analysis tools with the help of SPSS version 26 computer program to determine the effect and relationship of each variable. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the correlation coefficient between product quality, halal labels and price discounts has a strong relationship of 0.730. The results of statistical tests state that jointly product quality, halal labels and price discounts affect buying interest with a Ftable value of 30.860 > 2.72 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study indicate that 1) Product quality has a significant effect on buying interest; 2) Halal label has no significant effect on buying interest; 3) Price discounts have no significant effect on buying interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Marketing, Brand Image and Brand Trust on the purchase decision of Ades branded bottled drinking water in Samarinda City. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are Ades consumers in Sarinda City. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the F test and T test to determine the joint and partial effect using the SPSS ver 23 program. have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of statistical tests state that together Green marketing, Brand Image and Brand Trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Product Quality, Service Quality, Satisfaction, and Consumer Loyalty to Purchase Decisions at KFC Hasan Basri in Samarinda. The number of samples is 100 respondents who are consumers of KFC Hasan Basri in Samarinda. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Determination of the sample size in this study is to use the Slovin formula. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with T test and F test to determine the joint and partial effect using the SPSS ver 23 program. (Y) while the variables of Service Quality (X2) and Satisfaction (X3) have no significant effect on Consumer Decisions (Y).

Abstract

Purpose and objectives Review tourism destination objects in Bontang City that can be developed with the aim of destination objects that can be developed for the advancement of the tourism industry. With the starting methodology, the preparation consists of forming groups, selecting themes and locations, as well directives for implementing activities. Finally, preparation is the stage that is carried out after the Fact Report and Analysis has been completed. The contents of the Plan Report include several points, namely Background, Purpose, Objectives, Policy Review, Overview of Study Areas, Tourist Destinations, and Tourism Development Policies and Strategies. As a result, the Bontang Kuala Village also has a mangrove conservation area in the form of the Dutch River. Bontang Tourist destinations in the Bontang Kuala and Bontang Lestari Villages have natural and cultural tourism attractions. Cultural Tourism in Bontang Kuala is located in the Tourism Village: Kampung Laut Bontang Kuala. Meanwhile, nature tourism in Bontang Kuala can be found in Bontang Mangrove Park TNK (Kutai National Park), Sungai Netherlands, and Segajah Island. As for cultural tourism in the Bontang Lestari Village, there is the Nyerakat Kampung. Natural tourism can be found in the Green Sustainable Valley, Lallo' Beach, Tihi-Tihi Village, Kadere Bay, Selangan Island, Beras Basah Island, Mangrove Park, Segajah Island, and traditional ceremonial activities. Abstract

Abstract-The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of leadership and communication toward employee`s performance at Employment BPJS Branch Office Juanda Samarinda. This research use descriptive quantitative methode. Sources of data that used in this research are primary data and secondary data with several of data collecting techniques ; observation, interview, questionnaire. Total of sample in this research is 41 respondent taken by saturated sampling. Statistic methode that used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis supported by SPSS version 16. The result of this research shows partially that Variable of Leadership has positive effectand significant on employee`s performance at Employment BPJS Branch Office Juanda Samarinda and Variable of communication has positive effect on employee`s performance but not significant. Silmutaneously, leadership and communication has positive effect and significant toward employee`s performance at Empoyment BPJS Branch Office Juanda Samarinda. The value of adjused R square is total 0.440 which means every of independent variables able to explain 40% toward dependent variable, while the rest of 56% can be explained influenced by another factors that not being test in this research.

Abstract

Pemasaran sangat penting dilakukan ditengah menghadapi persaingan dunia usaha yangkompetitif sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang baik dan tepat. Penurunan yangterjadi pada jumlah nasabah diakibatkan karena kurangnya pemasaran yang dilakukan terlebihpada periode 2018 hingga periode 2021 masuk atau mengalami masalah pandemi atau krisiskesahatan Covid 19. Strategi pamasaran yang dilakukan pada PT Asuransi Bangun AskridaKantor cabang Samarinda menggunakan 7P. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui sejauh mana terkait bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) pada kenaikan jumlahnasabah asuransi kebakaran pada PT. Ausransi Bangun Askrida Kantor Cabang Samarinda..Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptiv kualutatif yang mana datadiperoleh dari hasil amatan atau observasi serta wawancara lapangan yang dilakukan olehpeneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk pada PT. Asuransi Bangun ASKRIDAKantor Cabang Samarinda memiliki produk unggulan untuk asuransi kebakaran dengan namaPolis Standar Asuransi Kebakaran Indonesia (PSAKI); harga pada PT. Asuransi BangunASKRIDA Kantor Cabang Samarinda didapat dengan harga premi atau kontribusi yangditawarkan.
