Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu: (1) Relevansi kegiatan kepramukaan dengan pengembangan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan; (2) faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pengembangan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan melalui kegiatan kepramukaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengurus Inti Pramuka SMA Negeri 1 Kahu Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 12 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah mendeskripsikan hal-hal berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Relevansi kegiatan Pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Kahu  sangat menunjang dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan khususnya nilai karakter bangsa peserta didik. Nilai karakter bangsa yang dapat dikembangkan meliputi nilai religius, cinta tanah air, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, semangat kebangsaan, kreativitas, peduli lingkungan, kerjasama, dan keberanian. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat melalui berbagai kegiatan yang dilaksanakan dalam kepramukaan. Seperti: (a) Perkemahan dapat membentuk karakter mandiri, peduli lingkungan dan kerja sama. (b) Ketangkasan pioneering dapat membentuk karakter keberanian, ketelitian, percaya diri, ketekunan, kerja sama dan kesabaran. (c) Keterampilan tali temali membentuk karakter ketelitian, kesabaran, kerjasama, dan tanggung jawab. (d) Penjelajahan dengan tanda jejak dapat membentuk karakter religius, toleransi, cinta tanah air, peduli lingkungan, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. Dengan adanya pendidikan nilai karakter bangsa yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan kepramukaan, sedikit demi sedikit sikap dan perilaku anak (anggota Pramuka) mulai mengalami kemajuan secara progresif. (2) Faktor yang mendukung kegiatan dalam pengembangan nilai-nilai kewarganegaraan yaitu sarana prasarana yang menunjang, dimasukkannya pendidikan kepramukaan sebagai ekstrakulikuler wajib, kualitas pembina serta adanya dukungan dari keluarga. Hambatan yang ada dibagai menjadi dua yaitu hambatan internal dan hambatan eksternal. Hambatan internal antara lain yaitu rasa kelelahan anak-anak karena banyaknya tugas dari sekolah, terbatasnya dana kegiatan untuk mengembangkan nilai karakter bangsa melalui kegiatan kepramukaan. Hambatan ekstrenal yaitu perbedaan lingkungan berkarakter antara lingkungan sekolah dengan lingkungan masyarakat sekitar.KATA KUNCI    :    Pengembangan Nilai-nilai Kewarganegaraan, Kegiatan       Ekstrakurikuler, Kepramukaan

Abstract

ABSTRACTBali is a renowned travel destination that is visited by travelers from all over the world. European travelers, particularly, has been one of the largest share markets that visit and spend their holiday in Bali since a long time ago. Marketing communication campaigns are executed by practitioners in hospitality industry to grab European market share, through not only traditional media, but also digital or online media, to increase room nights as well as revenue. This study focuses to identify the effectiveness of online and offline Integrated Marketing Communication strategy towards the buying decision of European travelers, including their behavior in the process of decision-making. Do the marketing communication strategies through traditional media influence them in choosing a hotel, or does the tendency of using new technology make the online media play more roles in decision-making? Knowing which media is effective, it is beneficial to the companies in hospitality industry in Bali to understand the behavior of the clients’ decision-making and to push their marketing communication campaigns through the right medium that influences their clients’ buying decision.Keywords :Integrated Marketing Communication, , European Tourist Consumer Behavior, Travel Agent , Online Travel Agent .Purchase Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine, analyze, and compare the financial performance of PT. Eastparc Hotel Tbk with similar sector companies (sample) before and during the 2018-2020 COVID-19 pandemic which were analyzed based on the liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total assets), activity ratio (total assets turnover), and profitability ratio (return on assets and net profit margin). This research method is descriptive qualitative by using financial ratio analysis tools to determine and analyze the value of liquidity (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency value (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total assets), activity value (total assets turnover), and profitability values ​​(return on assets and net profit margin), which are then compared between the companies that the researcher chooses with other similar sector companies. From the analysis results, the researcher can conclude that the liquidity ratio (current ratio and cash ratio), solvency ratio (total debt to equity ratio and total debt to total assets), and activity ratio (total asset turnover) are below the industry average or more. lower than the industry average (sample), while the profitability ratios (return on assets and net profit margin) are above the industry average or higher than the industry average (sample).

Abstract

Infectious diseases related to health care are the latest health related problems in various countries of the world, including Indonesia. The incidence of nosocomial infections or commonly referred to as Healthcare Associated Infection or HAIs in 2018 by Majene Regional Hospital received Decubitus is 10 percent, IDO 10.6 percent, Plebitis 47.8 percent. While the target that must be achieved by Majene Hospital is Decubitus is 10 percent, IDO 2 percent, Plebitis 1 percent. Majene Regency Regional General Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research with cross sectional research. Data were processed univariate and bivariate using the chi square test. Results obtained There was a dispute between respondents who answered against and controlling HAI with a significance level of p equal 0.00 or p is smaller than 0.05. means there is a relationship between the level of knowledge of infection protection and control in Majene Regency Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the effect of providingforage and concentrate on physiological response and performance of Simental Cross Beef Cattle.  This research was conducted by using Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three treatments and four blocks.  Beef cattle that used are bull of Simental Cross Beef Cattle with the body weight between 280—359 kg.  The treatment of providingforage and two hours late concentrate (P1), providing concentrate and two hours late forage (P2), providing forage together concentrate (P3).  The data in this research is tested by analyzed of variance and continued with Least Significance Difference (LSD).  The result of this research showed that providing forage and concentrate was significant (P<0,05) on the respiration rate,heart rate, body temperature, dry matter intake, average daily gain, and feed conversion ratio.  The providing forage together concentrate (P3) was the best treatment. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT) pada materi aritmatika sosial di kelas VIIA SMP N 4 Sigi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Rancangan penelitian ini mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri atas empat komponen, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIA SMPN 4 Sigi yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIIA SMPN 4 Sigi dengan menerapkan fase-fase yaitu: 1) penyampaian tujuan dan pemberian motivasi, 2) penyajian informasi, 3) penomoran, 4) pengajuan pertanyaan, 5) berpikir bersama, 6) pemberian jawaban atau evaluasi dan 7) pemberian penghargaan pada materi aritmatika sosial. Kata kunci: numbered heads together, hasil belajar, aritmatika sosial. Abstract: The objectives of this research is to obtain the description about application of cooperative learning of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) of arithmetic social in grade VIIA of SMPN 4 Sigi. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The design of this research refered to the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart’s research design, that consist of 4 components, those are 1) planning, 2) acting, 3) observating and 4) reflecting. The subject were students of Grade VIIA of SMPN 4 Sigi totaling 32 student. This research consist of two cycles. The results of the research showed that the application of cooperative learning type NHT can improve student’s learning outcomes in grade VIIA of SMPN 4 Sigi by applyingthe phases, those are: 1) conveying the learning objective and motivating, 2) presenting information, 3) numbering, 4) questioning, 5) heads together, 6) answering or evaluating and 7) giving appreciation of social arithmetic. Abstract

"Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum). This paper looks at how the Merdeka Curriculum was developed and implemented in an attempt to raise the standard of instruction at SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan using policy analysis and pertinent theoretical frameworks. In order to understand the goals of the policy, the tactics used, and its effects on the caliber of education, we gather and examine pertinent policy documents, literature evaluations, and pertinent research findings. Our research pinpoints important elements that affect the Merdeka Curriculum's success, including the function of educators and a well-organized curriculum. Furthermore, we identify implementation issues encountered while putting the Merdeka Curriculum into practice and offer suggestions for its advancement and enhancement. In addition to providing insights for education to improve the quality of learning at SMA Unggulan Al-Azhar Medan, this research advances our qualitative understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum as an educational strategy.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces major challenges, including disparities in access and quality between urban and rural areas. This article discusses these challenges and opportunities for transformation through the use of technology, strengthening character education, and developing 21st-century skills. By adapting technology- and skills-based curricula, and strengthening collaboration between the government, private sector, and communities, Indonesian education can be more inclusive and relevant to future needs.

Abstract

Perlindungan data pribadi di dunia digital telah menjadi isu krusial seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan internet, media sosial, dan aplikasi digital, individu sering kali tidak menyadari betapa rentannya data pribadi mereka terhadap penyalahgunaan. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mendalami pentingnya penyuluhan tentang perlindungan data pribadi, serta menganalisis tantangan dan solusi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan edukatif yang meliputi workshop, seminar, dan kampanye media sosial, penyuluhan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai hak-hak individu atas data mereka, risiko yang mungkin dihadapi, dan langkah-langkah praktis yang dapat diambil untuk melindungi data pribadi. Penyuluhan ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kebijakan perlindungan data yang efektif dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan lingkungan digital yang aman. Dengan adanya regulasi yang jelas dan upaya edukasi yang berkelanjutan, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih proaktif dalam menjaga privasi dan keamanan data pribadi mereka. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi, serta keinginan untuk menerapkan praktik terbaik dalam kehidupan sehari- hari. Jurnal ini menekankan bahwa perlindungan data pribadi bukan hanya tanggung jawab individu, tetapi juga merupakan kewajiban bersama untuk menciptakan ruang digital yang lebih aman dan bertanggung jawab. Dengan demikian, penyuluhan mengenai perlindungan data pribadi di dunia digital diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap upaya perlindungan privasi individu dan mendukung masyarakat dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Al Azhar Medan's flagship high school in strengthening students' digital literacy as an effort to maintain adolescent mental health in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the school has a strong commitment to building a culture of digital literacy through the integration of technology into learning, training for teachers, and the formation of a student digital community. Digital literacy is not only understood as technical skills, but also includes ethics, responsibility, and reflective awareness of the impact of social media on psychological well-being. Increased digital literacy has been shown to contribute to reducing levels of stress, anxiety, and social pressure experienced by students. The school implements educational, collaborative, and preventive strategies through programs such as digital well-being seminars, Islamic digital ethics training, and thematic counseling. Challenges faced include limited learning time and the gap in digital skills among students, but these can be overcome through mentoring and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. This study confirms that strengthening digital literacy plays a crucial role in shaping adolescent character that is resilient, mentally healthy, and responsible in using technology.
